Definitely not impressed. Just spent $40 on an overlay that I have to go home and fix myself. I didn't even get gel polish because I knew I was going to have to go home and file them down. Myself. Won't be back

Fue por una pedicura, la señora me lastimo mucho cada que me cortaba las cutículas y a los lados de las uñas. En el dedo grande del pie me corto demás ocho días después y no sana este es el resultado.

Fui a hacerme un cambio de look , y OMG !! Las chicas son de lo mejor , todas ellas , muy amables , muy profesionales , y sobre todo buena onda , encanta les recomiendo este lugar 100% satisfecha en el más amplio sentido de la palabra

Nails services are the best! They do even better Than any Pinterest reference picture in design and is very affordable. They speak Spanish and for me is a RELIEF! Sheylan is my favorite.

The lady who cut my hair did okay. But charged me twice and though I was going to notice it. She had to give me cash back and look mad about it.

the lady was nice but did a bad job on my son's hair it looked like she was a beginner his hair was uneven and she cut way too much when we asked her to keep it long on top she trimmed off too much. The chair was dirty with hair from the previous customer . She tells my 11yr old son to sit in it. i told him no wait for it to be cleaned so she just blew it off with the blow dryer. i ended up sweeping off the hair that was on the seat.

Cero profesional el trabajo que hacen estas mujeres, son groseras entre ellas se tiran 💩y la gente se da cuenta de todo. Fui a una aplicación de uñas y me hicieron un pésimo trabajo aparte que la señora no se enfocaba en su trabajo por platicar con las demás, hablando por celular todo el tiempo y no tenía sus herramientas necesarias 🙄.

I went in to get a perm,the employee was nice, talkative,but rest of crew used a lot of profanity, unprofessional atmosphere. During waiting process,I felt she didn't time my perm correctly,I paid $141 for perm,products. My perm looked ok,as I left,but the next few days,weeks,it wasn't even curls,just burnt and dry. I took it upon myself to put relaxer, because I have been depressed since. As a result to this,my hair fell out w relaxer. I don't know what went wrong. But now I have to live with short,faded hairstyle.

I am disappointed in the customer service here. I went in for a trim, and had to pay $20 when the sign posted listed $12 for short hair, $15 for medium hair, $18 for long hair. Those prices were for a regular haircut! I have medium length hair, and got a trim (less than an inch taken off). The trim was fine and the stylist was nice until this happened. When I questioned her why the price was so high, I didn't receive a straight answer. You must pay for a service and I am aware of that. However, to be charged a higher fee "just because"... I'm disappointed and will not be returning.

I went in to get my eyeshades$7and eyebrows $23as advertised when I was done the total was $35 I asked why so much and no one could give an answer because they spoke very little English and not even an hr after my lashes starting falling off and went back to have them taken off and asked for a refund and they said it wasn't their fault and could give me back half which they started to give me $10 (needless to say that's not half)owner gave me an attitude and still wouldn't give me all my money back I wouldn't recommend ever going here for anything!!
