I liked the person who did my hair and it was easy to get an appointment. It was a bit of a higher price than I am used to for a root touch up. There were a few spots missed but they were underneath so I didn’t care too much. The most annoying part was after just 2 weeks of washing my hair, the gloss/dye was already washed out and my roots looked very bad again.

Was visiting from out of state for a wedding The blowout itself was amazing so smooth/bouncy/beautiful, the shampoo prior was lackluster though which in my opinion is just as important as the blowout. My crown and nape wasn't properly cleaned so the blowout didn't last as long as I wanted because I had to wash my hair again in 2 days, when I can usually go about a week in between washes with the help of dry shampoo. Also got a couple of facial waxes, she went over the areas a good three times and there was still hairs left behind so that was also a bit disappointing. The staff was friendly, the place is beautiful, they offer drinks and are moderately priced.

I go once a week for a blow out and also get my root touch ups here, they always do a great job! Been coming here since they opened and all the girls are wonderful and do a great job blowing my hair out!

Eric was so cordial and payed attention to details. I had a last minute event I had to get ready for and was very nervous about not looking my best. My hair was dry, brittle and Eric not only did a consultation but educated me about what was best for my hair to be healthy and look good. 10 out of 10 will go back here again. I got treated with respect and was able to talk about life without feeling judge or mistreated. The ambiance was a positive one and felt welcomed right away. Left with my hair looking silky smooth and not heavy at all. Left feeling much better and happy.

I had Eric as my stylist, it was the BEST experience. I came in wanting a change with my hair, and we ultimately decided on curtain bangs and face framing layers in the front. He was sweet, attentive, listened to what I wanted and knew what I needed. So talented and professional, I will be back again for sure.

It took me a week to write this review and I am going to copy and paste it under Spa Bar because they took over Just Blow It. I'm a mom and personal time is just non existent. SO...On the one day that I happened to be kid and husband free I wanted to get my hair done. Unfortunately, everywhere I normally go to was closed. I looked up Just blow it, drove from Winter Park to Waterford. When I got there I couldn't find it because it was purchased by Spa Bar. So I figured, well at least I can check to see if they do hair here. I went in and there was Eric, with a bright, cheery smile and a warm welcome. I have curly hair so I was hesitant to get it cut, but as soon as I walked in Eric said "You have curly hair, so we are going to cut it dry and then color." I was sold. With curly hair you can't just blow it out and then cut it, it changes the curl pattern. I was given a mimosa, which was amazing, and then they began the process. I did a very fall themed Bayalage, and having dark hair it's hard to get a nice redish hue. Eric gave me exactly what I was looking for, and although I wanted to try to diffuse and leave it curly, I really wanted to see the color difference so I did end up getting a blow out. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. I say "was" because I am back to normal life and no time to make my hair look as good as Eric did. (Not that I would know how because I am not a professional) I hadn't done my hair in a really long time so it was a bit expensive. I had to have my hair lightened and then colored. However, I was able to book a follow up (which guarantees another me time day... WHOOP WHOOP!!) ALSO.... The money you spend adds up to loyalty points that you can use in the spa. And if you are doing color it will be cheaper if you keep up with it. So I will be returning, and hopefully enjoying more mimosas, me time and more Eric! Because he is amazing!

Returned to this salon on 1/6/23 after a long absence. Wow! I was impressed with the care of the stylist. She was professional, did an excellent job washing my hair and did a fabulous job on my hair. I will definitely be back to request her again! Love, love, love this place. You will be treated great and leave looking beautiful!

This used to be my fav little place for a quick Tuesday blow out. After trying a few stylist I landed one I really liked and starting coming every Tuesday for the special. Then they changed it to where the stylist of my preference was a “master stylist” and no longer a part of the Tuesday special. But I had already book with her before this announcement was made. I went in for my blow out and the Tuesday special price was not honored. I haven’t been back since. I would have paid the “master stylist” rate moving forward for special occasions, but not after I booked prior to rates being raised and my rate I booked at wasn’t honored. I also do not care for the owner/manager. She doesn’t have very a personable, or friendly manner for someone hosting a room full of women daily. She doesn’t exactly make me feel warmly welcomed. She did my blow out once and it was not good. I like to walk in somewhere and feel invited not snubbed like it’s run by a high school mean girl. I really loved this place when the stylist I liked was there, and I could pop in for a Tuesday self care treat. After raised rates, rude manager, and the only stylist that I liked leaving, I won’t be back.

I called this location the day before a big event to book an appointment. My flight ended up getting delayed by 8 hours and I missed my appointment and was also late to my event. I was charged $30 for missing my appointment. I think this is a silly policy for something that is so out of my control. There should be a one time freebie and repeat offenders should be charged.

I made an appointment while I was in Orlando on 3/28/21.The studio is very nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was that multiple employees saw me walk in and no one greeted me for several minutes. They were with customers but it's an open layout so a "hi welcome someone will be right with you" would have been nice. Especially for a new customer.Someone finally came to let me know my turn was coming and once I went back it was quick and easy. No complaints on the service itself, fast and convenient. I did the eye lash application which I think is $10 if you bring your own lashes and $20 if you use there's. I did the $20 one.

I was conversing with the owner on booking hair and makeup for the day of my wedding. But after speaking over the phone with Erica and her poor attitude was just NOT a good vibe, and I decided to not book. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what but when chatting with her she put me on hold 4 times in a 10 minute conversation. On top of that I was asking questions about timing because I was unsure and for someone that does weddings often I was looking for guidance and OH BOY did that just seem to annoy her. Disappointing, hopefully someone else has a better experience than I.

Me and my friend had a great time there! We loved our hair!! Such a beautiful place, great environment. We loved the massage while they were washing our hairs!! I loved my curls, my hair looks amazing! Its great for the self esteem, to have a moment to take care of ourselves. All the products used were great! Definitely recomend to everybody! We did everything in the time frame we needed.
