Arin exceeded my expectations! My neck was sore and stiff, but she worked her magic, loosening it up and relieving some tension and knots. I appreciate a slightly painful yet effective massage, and Arin nailed it. She was considerate throughout the session, checking in to ensure the pressure was comfortable for me. I specifically asked for Arin, based on a recommendation from a good friend who is a loyal client of Arin. My friend raved about her massages, so I decided to try it. When I called to make an appointment, Arin was available, and I booked a one-hour massage with her. T he check-in process was smooth, and the person at the counter was friendly and welcoming. The facility seemed clean, and I had no trouble finding parking in a nearby lot, which was a plus.

Arrived a little late so we chose to do a 30 minute message instead of an hour. The staff said it was ok. Then when we went to pay and redeem a gift card they did not want to accept it. We had to fight and speak to a manager so they would accept the gift card. Not only that but they also charged us for the whole hour! We even called in advanced and said we were going to be late and they said " Sure no problem." Under no circumstance did anyone communicate to us that we would be charged for the whole time. The lady said "THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM" and proceeded to charge us for the full amount. Horrible customer service, that ruined the whole experience.

Good price for an hour massage. I really needed this as I had terrible sciatic pain on my left side and Anne really helped!! Not only did she massage but she stretched and did wonders to my pain. She also had the perfect pressure, not too hard but firm enough to provide muscle relief.

. I had Senpang. The worst massage I ever had. She talked too much during the service. Her technique was horrible. Her energy felt very rushed. Her hands had no soothing to them. They felt like robotic instruments rather than nurturing and healing of stress and pain. She snapped my head from side to side very aggressively. Her hands and motions were sloppy and remedial. I have had many massage treatments all over the world and hers was the worst experience, I ever had

I had one of the worst massages of my life here today! She had a very rough and rushed style, only uses her thumbs and when I said something about it she would interrupt me and say it’s because my muscles are tight. Lol yeah, that’s why I came in today. Other massage therapists have a finesse and use their elbows to glide down a tight muscle from end to end and it’s very effective. I had to stop the massage half way through and leave. I have never done that before. The only reason I gave it two stars not one is because the front desk woman was very kind to urge me to move my car from the street because they might tow it. I appreciated that. I’ll never go back there again tho, I’m not convinced the massage therapists have actually gone through professional training. There are so many other options to choose from.

i had a great experience here with Airin! She made me feel comfortable and her technique was perfect. not too hard and not too light. This business has been here for a long time and you can really tell, it has a family vibe and everyone seems to know each other well which is always a good sign. i will be back!

From an appointment to walk-in filled out a small form, walked in straight to a room. The therapist is professional a full body massage. I will definitely go back at least once a month. My therapist was alexa. Thank you man I needed a massage. Rooms are clean I literally felt at peace.

The massage was good but the staff was wildly rude. I’m pretty sure the owner put me on some spammy calling list after we got into an argument because I’ve been getting spam calls 5x a day since I told him not to text me. I would stay away from this place at all costs.

Crazy pain. calling all at the moment for relief. First I find it shady when a ‘business on google’ doesn’t at least ACT like a business Re: of their shady transactions But this chic answers Hello. Then I keep asking if this is the right place. I was trying to reach a massage studio, she would never admit whether or not this is the place I called, She pretended like she couldn’t speak English all of a sudden when I asked her if this was in fact, a massage parlor I guess she thought I was shopping trying to make a bust? Too bad and she said no speak English. Which sounded kind of funny to me because she was clearly not Spanish or Hispanic. It’s OK we’re all just trying to survive I get it.

After calling and booking an appointment for deep tissue I was disappointed that the receptionist made the error of booking me with someone who I had prior and clearly was NOT trained in deep tissue. What made things worse is the receptionist said, and I quote, “I am sorry, the therapist says she cannot work on you because you have had her before and did not like her and I do not have anyone else available who can do deep tissue or THAI massage.” Well, one thing I know about service industry is that the client is always right and deserves to be accommodated. Besides the fact that over the phone I had especially made the request to have a therapist trained and specialized in deep tissue work because I myself, a 22 year massage therapist as I clearly explain to the receptionist over the phone while making the appointment, understand that not everyone is able to perform a quality deep tissue massage. This establishment does not deserve a star rating and I caution anyone considering having a massage at this location. ESPECIALLY now with COVID-19 risks. I am actually relieved that my appointment was forcefully cancelled. Be safe out there! COVID-19 is NO joke. I regret having to submit this but I am forced to share my experience today. I did mention to the receptionist, for whom English was a secondary language, I would never say that I did not like a therapist because of the work they did or did not do. To which she became defensive trying to explain “oh no it’s not personal we understand here.“ I responded, “it’s not that it’s a personal issue here, I understand that. What I am saying is that you said I said that I “did not like her“ you should never imply something like that because that is implying that it is a personal issue. What you need to do is your job better, these massage therapists are required to follow medical and health standards and it is the client, myself, who are their livelihood. You have just turned me away without any regard. You have lost a sale by mis-booking this appointment and have wasted my personal time.“
