This is the best nail salon in the state of Nevada! I only go to this location! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure my nails are perfect. I come here every month and with every visit I leave highly satisfied with a smile on my face. Everyone working at this salon is friendly, accommodating and highly skilled in their craft. I only trust this salon with my pedicures and manicures. It is refreshing to have finally found a place where I can relax, have a genuine conversation and know the staff here will take care of my nails. Thank you so much for making me feel and look beautiful ❤️

I have been getting my pedicures and my nails. Done at just nails and spa since 2017. They are the best. Everyone there is great. Michelle is my preference.. But everyone there is good at their job. Me being a cosmetologist I am very picky, I have never had nails stay on And not break which is very important to me, just amazing!

First off, I came here to celebrate my birthday. The service was good, and everyone was nice; however, I had a pedicure that turned out to be quite painful. The young lady who did my pedicure went too deep into my toenail, which caused a burning sensation while my feet were in the water. After that, I got my nails done, and they looked pretty. Fast forward a couple of days, and my toe started to hurt a lot. There was pus coming out, indicating an infection. I contacted the owner of the shop, who offered me a complimentary pedicure. I was hesitant to get another pedicure due to my previous experience, so I requested to have my nails done just a fill in. First they try to give me acrylic when I had gel X nails. The owner was accommodating, but I ended up having to pay $40 for gel polish, which I felt was unreasonable. I did not want gel polish. It didn’t seem right to have to pay for gel polish just to have my nails redone, especially after the trouble I had. Since I don't live close by, returning was a hassle, and being charged more out of pocket was frustrating. not to mention the nice tip that I left the young lady who did my nails and feet the first time. And I To make matters worse, after getting my nails done, I noticed a black discoloration under my nails. I suspect that they are not using sterile tools. Overall, my birthday was ruined. I couldn't wear the shoes I wanted because my feet were in so much pain, and I had to go get antibiotics, which the salon did not cover. This has not been a good experience, and I would definitely not recommend this salon. I know I won’t be returning.

I followed my favorite nail tech to this location and I'm so glad he is here. Michael is so good at what he does and the feel in this salon is so lovely. Everyone single tech and the owner are just so sweet! Great vibes, great nails-I love coming here!

My friend and I had an appt at 3 pm. We were not seen til 340 pm with no given time estimate and barely any acknowledgement. We got the hot stone pedicure and both of us got burned on one leg, besides the fact that each of our pedicurists barely spent any time with the stones and half assed it while they were using them. The whole time neither pedicurist really put in the full effort. They were nice, but the pedicures were not nearly worth $55. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I did by accident hit my nail polish bottle over and it broke. They were very kind about it as I felt terrible. So 1 extra star for being cool about my mistake.

Been going there for 5 years. Moved to a different part of town so decided to try somewhere else. Never again, I will travel the 25 minutes for Hannah and Michelle!

Didn’t know this awesome place was located so close to home. Michael is very good in detailing mani-pedi, where the Green Tea with Honey spa was so very relaxing. Hannah was a gem with the wax services. And to find that they do facials as well? All-in-one location with skills and professionalism and so conveniently located near home, will definitely return for maintenance and spa treatments. Thank you Michael & Hannah.

My experience was disappointing. I came mainly for my eyebrows but also decided on a pedicure. My pedicure started first, the manicurist was friendly, but did not do a thorough job of callous removal. While my toes dried I waited for the person to do my eyebrows. After ~25 mins, I ask how much longer it would be, a few moments later and a lady tells me they cannot do my eyebrows because they have appointments they have to work on and then asks me if I wanted to come back in 2 hours; mind you eyebrow waxing takes less than 10 mins. I pay for my pedicure without incident, and do not plan to return to this location again. I expected a better experience & better time management and customer service.

not worth making an appointment here, they make you wait for a half hour anyway. plus, they cut my toes horribly wrong and made me get acrylic on them to fix it. obviously i had to pay extra for that. i won’t be coming back.

I have used this spot on and off for several years. Have had mostly good experiences, but for sure some oddities too. The last time I did a spur of the moment call for a pedi. Went in and asked for the basic pedicure. Was simply looking for a basic good clean up as the weather was warming up. Anyway the woman is doing her thing and when it came the normal time to sand the heals and do basic the normal clean up she stopped and asked if I wanted her to do my heals......I was a little confused because that's what always happens. She then went on to tell me she had to charge me an extra $5.00 to do that. I agreed, but it didn't feel right. Suddenly being petty about what had always been the normal service. It's not like it was busy. It's the principle and not the money. Kinda sad because that's been where I go. Just sharing

I had arguably the best pedicure of my life. Shanti (sorry if I misspelled!) did such a great job and was so detail-oriented. I unknowingly booked an appointment kind of close to their closing time, but instead of trying to rush through it and get me out the door, she took her time and let it feel like a relaxing experience which I greatly appreciated. Will be back!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! After not even 2 weeks of getting my gel nails done, 2 nails have already broken off and 1 is starting to come off. I'm sorry but it was definitely not worth the $100 I freaking paid to get these done.

The tech did a very nice job from start to finish on my pedicure. She was very detailed oriented and made sure that everything was just perfect on my toenails. She also did a very nice massage on my feet when my gel polish was done.

Wonderful staff and service for a good price. The deluxe pedicure is absolutely fantastic as are the other services. Highly recommend this nail salon.
