I am updating my review; after going in w/ my adult daughter paying for both of our massages I was unable to give a tip this time. (I am a repeat guest that has always tipped) they were so upset I didn’t tip that they blocked the door and demanded an explanation of why I didn’t tip. One of them blocked the exit and began to beg for at least $10. The other lady pull her phone out telling us can we give a good review. Needless to say I will not be back. Tipping is optional and I shouldn’t be made to feel bad because of not tipping. I told so many people about how great this place was and now I’ve got to go back and let them know how badly we were treated I hope the staff sees this & makes the necessary changes.

The fact that the place is noisy and loud (sometimes) is bad enough but when you have to pay FIRST even after paying for a 60 minute and receiving only 40-45 Minutes. Then the lady was switched and practically begged for a bigger tip---NO WAY

This place is hit and miss and kind of weird. I’ve been here maybe five or six times and each experience is vastly different. I got a massage here that was one of the best I’ve had in my life and took an away my neck pain for a whole week. Then the next time a got a masseuse who was really new and not that good. When I went back I got the first masseuse who, again, was incredible and got her name. The next time I called and ask for her and was told she could do the massage. When I went, I got a different masseuse who kind of shrugged me off when I said I had an appointment with someone else, but she did a great job, so whatever. The next time I got the first great masseuse, but during my massage one of the other masseuse’s ex boyfriend and mom showed up and they started arguing so I had to get up with a sheet wrapped myself and move to a different room. This last time I went, I got the masseuse who is not the best and it was so weird. She started the massage with one hand while she texted on her phone, not even on silence, so it kept make a bunch of sounds. Later she propped her phone up against my leg so she could read or watch something while she just kept rubbing my arm for like 10 minutes. Then later, she lets some guy in the building, I guess to drop something off, but she leaves the door open and the guy WALKS IN THE ROOM and they started talking and arguing in the room during the massage! I’m giving this place three stars because if you get one of the two good masseuses, it’s going to be great. But there is no telling you won’t get someone who gives you an uncomfortable experience.

Great place ! Please go to April and tehera the experience was great they put the hot rocks and it felt wonderful! The facial massage had me very relaxed and I left very happy .we did a couple massage and they did amazing on my boyfriend too! Very professional and have very good hands . 💕 I will be back !

I just had the best experience here! She took us in right away very good massage helped tremendously with a knot I had. Very clean establishment. Highly recommend.

Disclaimer: this review is solely based on initial interaction. I did not receive a massage from this place. My husband and I decided to go here because it was walking distance from our house. We set up an appointment beforehand. We arrived and we're sitting with another man who was also waiting. When the massage therapist came out she asked if it was a massage for 3 people, keep in mind it's 2 men and 1 women I've never heard of a group massage. We told her no! This place is so disorganized because she didn't know we had an appointment. After coming in and out of the waiting room she calls the other man to get his massage. He walked in and not even 5 minutes later he walks out while one of the massage therapist rubbing his shoulders then she walks back into the room. The first massage therapist comes and calls us in and tells us we have to pay before we get our massage, my husband tells her that is not how it's usually done she seems confused and walks back inside. After that I thought it was too awkward that we decided to leave cuz this place is too weird and disorganized. Now after looking at the other reviews I'm glad we didn't go through with it.

I recently visited Just Relax Massage and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Pinky. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind and attentive. What impressed me the most was her responsiveness to my pain concerns. Throughout the session, she consistently checked in with me to ensure the pressure was just right and adjusted accordingly to meet my needs. Pinky's professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. I left feeling much better and thoroughly satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Just Relax Massage and especially Pinky to anyone in need of quality care and attention. I'll definitely be returning!

This is my go-to massage place in Fulton. My family and I have been coming here for years and every time we request our favorite masseuse. All of their staff work really hard to make sure we are comfortable by asking us about our preferences before and during the massage (I like deep and hard pressure on my back, medium pressure on other parts of my body). We always tip appropriately after the massage and they deserve it.

Same experience as other 1-star ratings. I Don’t mind prepaying but the girl was super pushy on the tip and made it really awkward. Note: even when I gave her tips she told me I would remember you next time and made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t really know how much tips are enough for her. even though tips are voluntary!!

First time here, no appointment necessary. I chose this place based on the reviews. In my experience it is a clean place, the price for 1 hour is very reasonable. It is not the typical relaxation massage, it is a deep and strong massage, so if you are not very tolerant of pain, this is not for you. I didn't like that the masseuse interrupts the session to attend when someone shows up at the entrance. Tammy (not spelled correctly) my masseuse looked like she wasn't happy with the tip, which is voluntary!!! She deserves it of course I don't know how much is enough for her.☺️Try it! They give free water and candies at the end of your session.

This place sucks!! They make you pay beforehand. And also extremely pushy about a tip afterwards. That has never happened before to me and it’s extremely unprofessional.

Too good to be true, and it is! I'm a physician who was desperate for massage therapy after a serious hamstring tear. One weekend when I couldn't tolerate the pain anymore, and I had been to several therapists 'who specialize injury,' I tried Helen at Just Relax. They were open and the price was pennies compared to what I had been paying. I could not go wrong. Now after several months of care, I realize I found a diamond in the ruff. Helen has me walking with significantly reduced pain. She is intuitive and masterful with massage hand techniques, hot stones, warm towels and cupping. For my sanity, I'm indebted to Helen. Thank you!

very bad room. bad smell. Massage therapists don't listen to clients! I was bitten by a bug too! I don’t want to ask them for anything in return to make me feel better. I'm going to court!

My wife and I just walked out of what were potentially the worst massages ever. That was really bad. The masseuses kept coming in and out of the rooms, every ~5min, welcoming guests, talking to each other, opening and closing other doors. My masseuse answered her phone — multiple times — while she was massaging me! My wife had 3 different masseuses Houdini swap in for each other during her massage. The walls and doors are hollow thin, so the noisy hallway (and loud security beeps every time someone comes and goes, which was every ~5min) is very disruptive. At one point, about halfway through, my masseuse left for 10min without saying anything, I thought she just left the building and my massage was over. Worst of all — and this is completely gross and unacceptable — I got a huge bug bite on my face. I'm over here Googling bed bug bites vs. flea bites to see how to treat this. We felt so icky walking out of there. Gross tables. Inattentive staff. Trashy building. I do not recommend.

The environment was very disruptive. I received maybe 40 minutes of the 60 minutes I paid for. You can hear every conversation and door open. Even cars honking outside. The massage therapist seemed untrained, lacking technique. My neck didn’t hurt before I went in, but it does now. I did not enjoy my experience and did not intend to tip but the staff was very pushy about receiving one. Overall not worth the money and not worth the time.
