My wife and I were briefly in town; we went here for a one hour foot massage. No appointment, but they were able to accommodate us on short notice. Very polite staff and they did a great job

I am not a relative, nor paid to write this. I'm simply a paying client of theirs. All I can say is that both Jason and Tom (both Masseuses) are incredible. When I say 'incredible', I don't say this lightly. They are better than many of the masseuses I've had at 5-Star resorts here in Scottsdale. In fact my son, husband and myself love them so much that we purchased 12, 90 min massages as a gift for each other. There is no need for me to visit a chiropractor anymore because after Jason's massages my back feels like I've had adjustments, PT and stretching sessions. Jason simply put me in a state of melt down where I tell him to call the police to get me off the table. You won't be disappointed. This is the absolute best massage place in Scottsdale by far. DO NOT GO THERE if you want something else but rubbing your body with lotion. The massage chairs at the mall do the same job. The owner was more interested in proving me wrong than understanding my point of view.

This may have been one of the best lower leg and foot reflexology sessions I have ever had. And on top of that, the prices are amazing. Vert friendly staff, clean and quiet facility and soft relaxing music. They don't try to up-sell you, totally recommend it!!

JeannieJonesSelfieGirl YouTube LOVES Just Relax they are Awesome and I have had over 100 Massages including at the Ritz Carlton in Beijing China. Whether you get a man or a woman, you will be massage from your head down to your toes and they do it strategically so it doesn’t ever hurt but takes every ounce of stress out of your body and feels like it is healing you as they massage. They use hot rocks and nice hot towels and massage your body with them to the point where you feel like you have literally healed in that hour and it is so worth every penny of the 60 or $70 for an hour massage. This is my fifth time in Scottsdale at just relax and I will always get a massage here when I’m in Scottsdale!

Haven’t been here in years but about to buy a gift card for my significant other because the massages were so incredible. Hoping it’s still as good as it was back in 2012 when I used to visit regularly. Now I’m too far for regular visits but thinking of making the occasional trip just because they were always so wonderful

I have been coming here over 16 years and my body is thankful for it. I live with multiple sclerosis which mean’s I generally have some level of chronic pain in my body. One of the few times I feel really good is during and after a reflexology massage. Thank you just relax for years of pain relief!

Really great place with kind employees who give great massages. I wanted a foot massage, however they also did my neck, back, legs, arms, and shoulders. Wasn't expecting it and it was really appreciated. Price is right for the service they provide.

The owner is very kind and they have made a lot of improvements recently that are great. The therapists are really good and it's still really affordable. Love that you can just walk in.

It was supposed to be 30 min foot, 60 back. I maybe got 10 minutes of back and the rest of the time was spent rubbing lotions on my arms and legs. Will never come here again.

This place is creepy and smells bad. No one spoke English and when I tried to check in they just stared at me. Do not recommend it was a bizarre experience.

I had been going to Just relax for years typically 2 and 3 times a week, I always get the 90min the process is wonderful but once again greed sets in like it does with most owners. The price for a 90min session Was $45 + tip so all said and done $60 and I did this 3 times a week. Skip forward to today that same 90min massage is $80 + tip so I'm now walking out $110 and the service is no better then when it was $45 matter of fact all the staff is new due to covid19 and have no idea what they are doing. I could rationalize going at $45 because well that's all it was worth and you get what you pay for.But now that same 90min is $110 for a basic massage from an unlicensed "masseuse"and I can no longer rationalize going it just isn't worth going at those prices, and it's a shame because the owner had a good thing going but got greedy. For an extra $10 I can go to a licensed massage therapist that knows what they are doing and in most cases enjoy other amenities like pools, spa, as well as a closed quiet room all to my self unlike the open dividers they have at Just relax where the customers can be heard talking loudly when entering and leaving but the worst is the constant talking amongst the employees this would all be acceptable if the price was reasonable at $45 it's unfortunate and simple businesses 101 to not do what they did. Use your head do you want people to come in 3x a week for $180 or just 1 time a month for $110??? Bad bad and business, do better.

I was not impressed with this spot. I’ve gone to dozens of foot spas and was trying to find a place closer to where I moved. Back massage over a towel?? No thanks. The foot massage was great but they dipped my feet for not even a minute before massaging them. I enjoy a nice foot soak like I’ve experienced at other foot spas. I will not be going back.

My boyfriend and I are members with Just Relax and we love it there! We haven't found a better reflexology place in the area. The staff at Just Relax are friendly and there is always someone at the front desk who can help you determine what type/length of massage will work best for you. Plus, the massages are fabulous! All of the masseuses are professional and skilled. The amount of time they spend on your feet vs. the rest of your body is very well distributed.

Stopped in on a whim with some deep muscle pain from my Fibromualgia. I let the front lady know I was short on time and she gave me plenty of options. I specified where my pain was coming from mid shoulders and mid back and I was taken back to a nicely lit room. I felt very safe about their covid procedures, and was covered with warm towels fully clothed while my masseuse worked through deep knots on top of knots with her knuckles and fist. The pressure was intense but necessary for my pain. I will definitely be back for more!!

Wonderful massage! My friend and I went for 60 minutes (30 min feet and 30 min body) and it was so worth it! Angel was a great massage therapist. We’ll definitely be coming back here
