The lady is very very rude .. if you don’t accept Groupon then why you offer it !!! Even the way she talked to me was with really bad attitude though I was very respectful and polite .. don’t go there

Bought a Groupon for eyebrows and lip threading, 3/7, 11 am. Called to see if I could walk-in or it was mandatory to make an appointment through Groupon. No answer. 1:30 pm-went to business. There was one worker there. I told her I had a Groupon for eyebrows and lip. She said she could do my eyebrows but wouldn’t do my lip because she didn’t want me to take my mask off. (She also had a bit of attitude.) I said I’d go back another time to have someone else do it because that’s what I paid for. 3/08 5:45 pm-went and they were closed. 3/10 6:15 pm-went and they were closed. 3/13 1:40 pm went and they were closed. The sign with their hours, say they’re open until 6:30 pm. 3/15 5:45 pm-went and they were open! BUT still wouldn’t do my lip. (Different worker) I understand not wanting me to take my mask off but don’t offer a Groupon for a lip threading if no one is going to do it. I went ahead and did my eyebrows because they were so bad and redeemed the Groupon without my lip threading but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Sunday hours appear to be 12p-6p, came at 12:30 and 1:05 and the door was locked both times. Lights on inside and open sign off, no one answered the phone or door

The girl that was working the front desk on Saturday around 12pm (3/6/21) ( she was working by herself) was very rude and messed up one of my eyebrows. She rushed me and talked very rudely when trying to tell her how I like my eyebrows. I assume she’s new because I’ve been going to just stringz for YEARS inside of Hulen so when you all moved I was ready to start back up and be a loyal customer as always but she put a distasteful experience in my mouth. No longer a loyal customer she was so horrible! As long as she’s there I will not be giving my hard earned money to get an unprovoked attitude and horrible service!!!! 0/10 recommended!

I'm still waiting to get my lashes done from a Groupon I purchased 2mos ago. Every time I try to make an appointment with you guys there's always an issue ... No mediums or long lashes. I don't want to lose my Groupon and I don't have money to just throw around

Went to get my brows cleaned up. Customer service was very poor. The lady seemed to be rushing, and didn’t brush my brows or trim them before starting. I was in her chair for less than a two minutes before she asked me to take a look. I was not pleased with how my brows looked afterwards and i was not offered any aloe. I recommend not getting your brows done here and question the validity of the reviews. It appears that they are using a discount as an incentive for those that leave a review.

As a regular customer, I was EXTREMELY upset when my Spanish only speaking mother went for a brow thread and was taken advantage of when the worker specifically slickly said “$7 tip” knowing my mother didn’t understand what she said thinking she was saying “pin” and so my mother she Just nodded yes, so mila charged her own tip. Never have I personally been told how much she would like to get tipped, always been “how much”. On top of that this woman didn’t even ATTEMPT for a $7 tip as when the store was empty my mother walked In and as Mila was eating she told her to wait, took her time, went into the restroom spent some time there, then finally got to my mother. And at that with the “I don’t want to be working here attitude” that she ALWAYS has.

Paid $15 extra for 2 week glue. Lashes came off in 2 days. I paid $15 for a fill and asked her to ensure th great were secure enough to make it through my wedding the next day. She said yes, and then sure enough, half of my lashes fell out on my wedding day! Lashes did look good, but were very uncomfortable

I got my eyebrows done by Nirmala. She did a really fine job. She was very gentle and quick, and she provided great customer service. All the ladies there were very polite and professional.
