I decided to try this place because their prices were affordable, and it's close to my work. I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage, specifically requesting that the entire hour be focused on my neck and shoulders. The masseuse agreed, but she spent the first 15 minutes standing on my legs instead. She massaged my spine, and I wondered if she even knew what she was doing. She kept asking if I was okay every few seconds. She then offered me a hot stone treatment, which meant she didn’t have enough time to finish the massage as I had requested. I ended up paying extra for the additional time and services, only enjoying the last 10 minutes when she finally focused on my neck. To top it off, she asked for additional tips even though I had already tipped her. This experience was very disappointing—definitely a no for me.

It's hit and miss here, but if you can get a Henry, Mai or Cindy to give you a massage as far from the from door as possible, because you hear all the noise otherwise, you'll leave very relaxed and rested. Best place in tierrasanta.

Just had an amazing massage from Mai. She was an expert at finding the right pressure points and the right touch. I loved how deliberate she was in her movements, I could tell she was very well practiced and cared about what she was doing. Will definitely be back!

Great massage for the price. Nice clean rooms. The foot massage is my go to if I don’t need a full body massage. Couples massage rooms available. I recommend Lina and Vivian for a nice relaxing massage and they speak a some English. I recommend Cindy for a strong massage, and I mean STRONG but be pre-warned her English is lacking. They all speak Chinese Mandarin

Came last night for the very forest time with horrible hip and lower back pain. Wow wow wow how Eric worked his magic and loosened everything up. I can walk like a normal person again. Needless to say I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! Woke up like a brand new me. Will be coming monthly for sure. Thanks JustYu Massage!

Called Wednesday to book an appointment for a 70 minute combo massage on Friday at noon. Come Friday morning, they call twice saying we could come in earlier if we wanted, to which we declined. We call to say we might be a bit late and arrive 5 minutes late only for them to tell us that they have an appointment scheduled at 1, so we would have to do the regular hour massage instead of the 70 minute combo massage which doesn't make sense because our massages were scheduled to end at 1:10 at the earliest– especially because it takes time to get dressed and undressed and to prep everything, so even if we did choose the hour long massages, we wouldn't be out by 1 if we were getting our full time. Yes, we were 5 minutes late, but they clearly double booked and were trying to shortchange us.

First time visit. Very impressed. 70 minute combination body and foot massage. It was amazing and my back feels great. I was a bit taken aback when a male masseuse came in but he was extremely professional, respectful and thorough. I'll definitely go back. Thank you.

My husband and I had a couples massage last month. Probably one of the better massages I've had! My husband and I are both big people and even though the masseuses were petite, they were both very skilled!

Not great. Came here I think two weeks ago. I asked just for a neck rub and maybe shoulders a little bit. A woman walked me to the door and then a man came in to massage me. I don’t mind a man massaging me but it was a bit of a surprise. They seemed to massage everything but my neck until I asked. Pressure hurt so I had to repeatedly ask for softer pressure because it hurt. There’s not a lot of meat on my body😂after a few times of asking, he kind of laughed at me which was disappointing. Sorry I’m in pain and trying to make it feel better… when I went to pay and thanked them and leave, the guy said, “no tip?” And I said no sorry. He kind of scoffed. All in all, I didn’t enjoy this experience. One of the worse massages I’ve ever had. They had a good reviews so I thought it would be good. I hope it’s better for anyone else who visits.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I called and scheduled an appointment in advance for three and Iasked to make sure that we would all by able to get our massage at the same time and that our group size was alight. They said it was fine and scheduled us. Upon arriving to our appointment, it turned out they had double booked us and told us we would have to do a shorter massage BUT for the same price. They also repeatedly blamed it on us cause we showed up NOT EVEN 5 min late, which I had called to tell them about before hand. BUT our 70 min appointment was at 12pm and the overbooked one was at 1pm. So it would have cut into our appointment anyway. We decided to just cancel, so they said "Oh come on we waited forever for you."- ???? What!? We weren't even 5 min late? How!? They were just so mean and it really upset my sister on her birthday. I was trying to figure it out since we were a little late, but it turned out it wouldn't have even mattered. So, so, so, so disappointing.

The female owner at this massage store is a Chinese woman around 30 to 40 years old with black long hair. I talked to her several times, she sound like a crazy woman with something wrong.

This place is terrible. My husband and I booked a couples massage a week ago and were treated terribly. The man who did my massage put no pressure, even when asked for more pressure. The woman who did my husband's was alright, he said she was decent. The walls are paper thin so be prepared to hear conversations. Pretty much a pay for what you get type place. Save your money, folks.

woke up with lower back pain so I decide to give this place a try. The place is clean, staff is friendly the most important part is the massage technique, the staff ( I believe she’s the owner) is so professional, she really know how to relief my shoulder pain and lower back pain! I walk out feel so refreshed, will be a regular from now on!

Wow! Just wow! My signification other and I had a couples massage done by Sasa and Lee. I believe they are also the owners of Just Yu. We has the hot stones massage and it was fabulous. So relaxing and Sasa really helped get my knots out and relieve my tension. We both enjoyed the hour massage and will be coming back. Thank you 😊
