I’ve been coming to Justine’s for years. I recently came and had the worst experience. I was charged for human hair (Senegalese with curly pieces) when I specifically asked Justine to use HUMAN HAIR SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO BE PARTICIPATING IN WATER ACTIVITIES! when I got there 2 females were working in my hair. One was twisting loose and the other tight. My hair in the back and side came out completely different. My twists started unraveling next day and I had vacation in a couple days. I went back before I took my vacation just for Justine to talk mess and say “she don’t usually do this” and “she’s not doing it again”. After a week, My hair is now tangled and I hate it!!! I’ve sent pics and messages and gotten NO RESPONSE. So I will post them here. I’m Glad I refused to pay full price! Do not go here!!! $250 fir bs!!!

After seeing a random picture of boho braids on social media that I really wanted I searched my area for a braided that could execute the inspired look for a reasonable price for an upcoming trip I had. I came upon Justine Hair Braiding and stopped in the day before I wanted my hair done to speak to the stylist to make sure she could execute what I wanted. The stylist was friendly and understood what I wanted and told me to come in the next morning. Come in the next morning and we got straight to work, she did a couple of braids to make sure the size, length, etc was what I wanted (which I appreciated!!) my style took about 7 1/2-8 hours but it was well worth it!! I love my boho braids and consistently get comments about how pretty/neat they are over and over again. Professionalism was great, patience was great, everyone was friendly!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Ms. Justine is the best! She is super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I brought in my inspiration photo and she delivered! I'm receiving endless compliments. She knows how to treat hair and the best ways to care for your specific conditions. I received the deep conditioning treatment and the wonderful oil. I love my hair. This was my first time coming to Ms. Justine. She has definitely gained a regular customer!

As a walk in, Ms. Justine took the time to talk to me as well as educate me, about my hair needs. She was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable enough to address all my concerns. She, and her team, did a great job installing my micro braids in a timely manner. I love that she offers extra services, such as a deep conditioning before braiding and she also provides products to strengthen and grow the hair while in braids. I highly recommend her and her team and will most definitely will be returning!

I went to this shop with the picture of what I wanted and also show them the same picture they had on their window my hair look awful I gave them a second chance and came back 2 months later at night and the place was full with roaches I couldn't take it and I left 😅

Service decreased. Hair looked weeks old after a few days and excuses were given instead of correcting it after increasing the cost. For the price the length should have been longer and was short. Not cool and hair is already coming out.

I was unsatisfied with my service. My braids were not neat and my parts were not straight. My hair looked 2-3 weeks old the same day I left the shop. The attached pictures were all taken the day I left the shop. One set is me in a dressing room (literally 30 mins after I left the shop) and the others were a couple of hours later (after I made it home). Needless to say I will not return to this shop for service. If you just want your hair braided down for a wig or install then you might find Justine's useful.

Loved this place! I called them the day i wanted to come in which was a Friday. The owner gave me the price & told me which hair to get for what i was getting (butterfly locs), and even gave me her personal cell to ft her while i was at the store getting the hair to make sure i got the right one. The ladies at the shop were very nice as well. I have very short hair because i usually wear finger waves, so i was afraid they weren’t going to be able to do it, but THEY DID!! & they did an excellent job. Price was reasonable for what i got done too, so i will definitely be back!
