I truly love my stylist, Cindy. She never tires of me asking for something new or completely different. The best part? She delivers! She can take me from high and tight to long and naturally messy. All with a page from GQ or VF. I only wish the owners could get back the vibe and groove of the Tempe location in Scottsdale. I live less than two miles from the Scottsdale salon. But, I traveled for years to the Tempe location four times the distance not just for my stylist but for the groove of that location. Ever since closing Tempe and consolidating in Scottsdale I have to choose my appointment dates more carefully to avoid that “mall salon” vibe. Honestly? My urologist has a more inviting environment.

I've been seeing Tatum for 3 years and I've never been happier with my hair and its condition. I get color and extension move up every 7 weeks and she exceeds my expectations every time. She also installs my extensions about once a year and they always look flawless and are perfectly placed. Her attention to detail and care for me and my hair doesn't go unnoticed. I've been seeing Tatum for over three years, and my hair has never been in better condition. I love being blonde, but my hair is extremely thin and fine, so bleaching it in the past has caused a lot of damage. Tatum, however, has always prioritized the health of my hair, ensuring it's protected throughout the process. Unlike other stylists who have damaged my hair with bleaching, Tatum has kept my hair thick, healthy, and the perfect shade of blonde I've always wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone. When she suggests Aveda products, trust her—they've made a world of difference in my hair. Tatum is truly an expert, and it's no surprise she's a two-time master-level hair colorist!

Raquel Viara is an AMAZING Artist & a true Master Professional! I had recently tried another Aveda salon that couldn’t seem to get it right & I was soo unhappy with my hair color. I had a consultation with Raquel who listened to me, looked at the picture of the hair color that I wanted & took on the task of getting it right. The day of my color she took her time with me, took extra time out of her busy schedule, consulted with others on her plan and went beyond any expectations that I had of getting the hair color that I was hoping for. I was on a trip in Phoenix and called to make an appointment for a grey root retouch and a gloss. They scheduled me with Whitney. I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my blonde highlights and current color, which had taken over five sessions to achieve. I only needed a retouch to cover grays and a gloss to enhance the highlights. Despite my detailed instructions, I ended up with a darker brown color. Whitney insisted it was the same and said she only had 15 minutes to fix it because she needed to leave. I showed a picture of my previous color to the manager and another expert colorist at the salon. They tried to fix it, but it was too late; my highlights were covered with a brownish color, and my hair was extremely dry. Although they didn't charge me, I was left with damaged hair, a color I didn't like, and had to spend extra on treatments to fix it.
