I came in town for my nephew’s wedding and needed an updo. My appointment with Caroline could not have gone better. Caroline is experienced but very open to and asks for feedback along the way. It was very easy to ask questions and make decisions together on what would work best. I never get updos so this was new territory for me and she put me completely at ease. An easy 5 star recommendation!

Sallie is wonderful! I’m worried what I’ll do if she ever decides to retire! But honestly, I think all of the ladies there seem so talented, so I don’t think I’ll have any problems. The ladies making appointments and shampooing hair are always so pleasant as well.

The hair dresser, Margaret, was trying to pressure me in to getting a full foil. I did not feel comfortable with her doing that service after discussing what I wanted because she couldn’t grasp what I was wanting to achieve. She told me I still had to pay her for her time, regardless. Which I understood completely. So, I chose to do just a haircut and blow dry. During the cut, while my hair was soaking wet, she walked away for 5 min to do something else leaving my wet hair covering my face completely. Once she returns she was so rough with my head it makes the chair tilt to the side. She never spoke one word to me the entire time. Never asked if I liked it or what I wanted style wise. Upon backing out of the parking lot, she ran out to my car and demanded I roll the window down. She said, “you know, you should never judge a book by the cover.” I was so confused and said, “wait what?” She then stormed off into the building. This was the MOST unprofessional experience I have EVER dealt with in any customer service industry. Heed my warning and steer clear of this place. I’m so happy I went with my gut and did not have her do the full foil. AWFUL customer service. Truly deplorable.

This is a wonderful salon. I wish it were closer to my home. I just treated my High School senior granddaughter to a color and cut for her senior pictures. She was treated like a queen ! Thanks, Juve

I am a curly haired woman, and if you are too you KNOW that not everyone can cut curly hair. Today I sat with Margaret, and she helped take my shaggy hair, to a perfect cut! She dry cut, and made sure my cut was shaped round! What has taken other hair dressers two hours to do in the past, took Margaret 30 minutes easy! She was so nice, and I’ll be back to see her when it’s time for another cut! 10/10 going to Juve to see Margaret if you need someone who understands your curls !!! A plus is that the rest of the staff is very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk.

Let me tell you about Margaret. This was my first haircut with her, I walked in an uneven grown out mess and walked out ok really I floated out with hair so beautiful that I couldn’t believe that it was mine. I LOVE the haircut she gave me and she was also a delight to spend time with.

My stylist has gotten insanely popular. (Congrats, Annie!) So getting an appointment time is difficult. The receptionist was extraordinarily helpful with accommodating me and working with me to schedule an appointment. I am very appreciative!

My favorite place to get my hair cut! Ric Jackson has been cutting my wife's and my hair for 40+ years - he is excellent! Other staff, Tina, Linda and others are always pleasant and cheerful. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! 🥰

Morgan cut my hair. I wanted to grow my hair into a little different style and she was so attentive. She checked with me as she worked to be sure that she understood what I wanted. Very kind and professional. Can't say enough good things about her.
