I went there at 2am one Wednesday morning with a friend. The receptionist was very friendly, professional and helpful. The massage treatment was good. Very relaxing environment.We were a little confused about the options but the receptionist was extremely helpful in explaining which made our experience that much better.

Strongly recommend!! I finally found the place to take care of my skins in Nyc. This place is high end, more private Korean style spa. I love their jade sauna and lemon hot tubs. It was a total relaxing time after hard working. The massage and body scrub therapist was very professional and nicely did their work to understand my needs. My skin becomes very soft and moisturized. Now i feel I am clean.

VERY friendly staff, and clean facilities. But the 2 story layout is odd, and the clay sauna and hot tubs just weren't hot enough for those of us that prefer to really sweat things out. I didn't have a bad experience, but for a $90 day pass I'm going to shop around next time I'm in Manhattan

Been coming to Juvenex for years! They have the best Korean scrub in NYC. The facility is clean and the staff is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Easy to find in Koreatown. Amazing service! Not only did the massages feel heeling and rejuvenating, the front desk lady was kind enough to grab some rose petals from the jacuzzi room for my sister and I as a momento when I asked. The complimentary two steam rooms and three temperate pools felt wonderful after the services as well.

I have been a customer of Juvenex for over 17 years, and for the most part, the service was just what I needed. Recently, during my visit, there was a feeling in the air that was not as welcoming as it was before. As a feeling of regret came over me, I expressed my feelings to the front desk. An apology was offered, and I was assured that the matter would be handled. I was appreciative of the response, but deep down inside, I was gravely disappointed. After all, a spa is a place where one visits to wash away from stress instead of being introduced with more stress. As I entered the body scrubbing portion of my treatment, I was partnered with a remarkable lady, and she focused on making up for the unfortunate incident. At the close of my treatment, which was rather good, we spoke, and I realized that she had serviced me in the past. I felt better and expressed my appreciation, particularly for her recognizing the fault of the wokers and for her customer service and focusing on a resolution. I spoke with the manager at Juvenex Spa, and she assured me that such an incident shall not happen again.

Wow! I came in today for the Full Day package and got the works! I had Kimmy doing all of my services and she turned me into a brand new person. I’ve never been so clean, calm and refreshed. She welcomed me from the minute I walked in and guided me through all the stages and the services. Her technique for my massage, facial and scrub was excellent. I will definitely be returning and recommending Juvenex to all of my friends. If you come here make sure to ask for Kimmy, she’s just fabulous. The facility, atmosphere and service is top notch here. Can’t wait to return.

I have been coming here for well over 10 years now, always pleased with the extraordinary experience and service I receive here. The body scrub is life changing and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I'd rank this spa number one out of all the Korean spas in NYC. Definitely worth a visit!

This place is running a shady operation. I was told on the phone the body scrub was $135, but then forced to pay $175 upon arrival with gratuity. No mention of this set gratuity on their website. My back has abrasions from the scrub. They tried to steal my friend’s necklace. The girl that works at the front desk is rude and herds you through each station like cattle. Facility is run down and dirty. Great place to go if you want to feel unwelcome, get ripped off and possibly pick up a disease.

Came here on a whim during the weekend and I had the best experience here. I opted for the massage and facial and I loved it. I would highly recommend. Friendly staff and great atmosphere!

Overly advertised! Photos are not accurate to the actual space you see when you there. Packages advertised in the website are not accurate either. They try to confuse you with adding surplus twice but I caught it in time. On the other hand the therapist inside was okay and not to blame for the website promises not kept. I received the package as a gift so I had no choice but to try it but I do not recommend and will not go back.

They don’t play any music when you pay for an expensive massage and you can hear the karaoke bar next-door. It was not a relaxing massage and I had to leave early on because the music was so loud and they didn’t play any music to counteract it and it was obnoxious.

I was rather pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem in Korea town! I found the pricing to be quite reasonable considering the services offered and the fact that it’s open 24 hours a day. The staff was very friendly, the facility was clean, and my much needed trip to the spa was everything I’d hoped it would be and more! Honestly can’t wait to go back! I’d love to make it a monthly or weekly ritual!

Wow! In the heart of Little Korea, an oasis. Maria, a lovely lady, gave a through body scrub followed by a 60m massage. Worth every penny. Place was spotless and very tranquil. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a few hours to spare on a Sunday before our flight home, and we decided to spend it at Juvex Spa. We opted for the Enhanced Romantic Couples Getaway package, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The experience was nothing short of amazing. We started with a relaxing soak in a luxurious tub while enjoying champagne and fresh pineapple—such a perfect touch! The Korean-style scrub was invigorating, and the massage that followed left us feeling completely rejuvenated. We did zero research before coming here, and yet, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, and we were pleasantly surprised to have the place almost entirely to ourselves. If I had to mention one thing I'd change, it would be bringing my own bathing suit next time, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal given how private and intimate the setting was. Overall, this was the perfect way to spend our last few hours in town. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for our journey home. We highly recommend Juvex Spa and would definitely return on our next trip!

Please if you are going to enter this spa do not waste your money, there is nothing, just a few water fountains and that's it, and you have to pay 75 dollars for that, you are wasting your money coming here.

I really like this place! I got the seaweed facial with Heidi. She did an excellent job and was very personable. They use high-quality products and provide a massage as well. The dry sauna areas were really nice and relaxing. There was a jade room, salt room, and infrared sauna. All were the perfect temperature and very comfortable. They have iced lemon water you can help yourself to, as well as give green tea and fresh fruit after a service. I went during a weekday afternoon, so it was quiet and peaceful. The only setback were the tubs. Although they were the perfect temperature, the water level was a bit too shallow for my liking. I would have preferred a hot tub with the jets instead of still shallow water. I also thought the steam room was way too hot. They had another one downstairs that was less hot, but it smelled of mold. Overall, I had a good experience here. I thought the service was great, the people who work there are really nice and I’ll definitely be back!

I would rate this 5 stars - I did the Juvenex Jade Journey which is the basic entry to the spa. They provide towels, robes, slippers and disposable swimwear for those in the city who decide on impulse (like me) they need to relax. 24HR access is extremely convenient and a huge pro to this spa. I went with my partner after she performed in a play after 10PM. We were the only ones there at 10PM on a saturday night for 98% of our stay. There was another pair that we saw in passing but all amenities were to ourselves. There are two hot tubs; one filled with lemons and the other salt. One cold tub. All three tubs are next to eachother. They were clean, temperatures were soothing and appropriate for all three, and easy to bounce between. This was my first time going to a spa like this - I have a gym membership that has a sauna, whirlpool, and steam room but that's all the experience I have so I can't compare this spa, but it exceeded my expectations considering previous reviews and researching spa's all over the city that i'm excited to try. The disposable spa wear is free, and it's probably not size inclusive because both my girlfriend and I had minor tears on our bottom suits but it did the job. Made of a mask/thick mesh material. 4/5 stars overall - The steam room on the main floor (5) had a weird smell to it and was hard to breathe in. More than usual. The steam room on the 4th floor did not work although the staff said it took 5-10 minutes after they turned it on for us. Maybe we did not use it the right way, but after the 10 minutes there was no steam. Not a huge problem, because the saunas were more my vibe. You pay for 3 hours of entry and I wasn't sure if that'd be an issue but it wasn't. 3 hours is plenty of time here especially if it's at "Off Peak" hours. Again, at 10PM on a saturday the place was empty and felt like a private experience for me and my girlfriend. There are public showers to rinse off and a private shower room that you can close the door that has "do not disturb" on there. Shower heads were a little fussy with temp at times, there were multiple shower head settings, and the private room was dark and ambient. The womens locker room is shared and somewhat small. I can see it being crowded during peak hours, but I did not mind and do not mind getting naked infront of others although I did not have to do that. There were a lot of toiletries - Deodorant, neutrogena hydroboost face wipes, hair dryer, and a bunch more. 5/5 Saunas- There is an igloo sauna, which at 5'6 I had to duck in at the entrance but it was atmospheric, dark, and HOT. I had to put a towel down on the seat. I LOVED it. The cold tub, along with the two hot tubs are right outside. Great for contrast therapy. The salt sauna, and the infrared sauna are on the 4th floor. The salt sauna was super relaxing and fun. The infrared was fun as well. Interesting trying different saunas out for the first time. I guess they do provide different experiences and benefits for the body. 4/5 Tubs- The tubs are extremely relaxing. I loved the lemon water tub the most. I don't know how filled tubs should be at a sauna, but there was probably 3 ft of water in the tubs, possibly less. I was able to lay down in them because my partner and I were the only ones using them. It's relaxing either way, but I would not know what it's like with more than two people in these tubs. It was nice to be alone with my partner and not worry about spa etiquette like just sitting in waist deep water. The tubs looked clean to me, they refreshed the lemon bath while we were there with new water. 5/5 Service- The attending front desk lady was extremely nice. She gave us the run down and you can tell she cared about the clients. She answered our questions, showed us the facilities, and asked us how the water temperature were. We had tea and pineapple which was a nice touch. I would totally go back here again. It is a fun thing to do at night on a saturday besides clubbing or going to a bar - which isn't entirely my thing unless my partner is playing music at a bar.

Love the body scrub just the fact that they don’t leave you alone at all. They need to give some privacy in order to get comfortable getting undressed. Also the changing room is not private at all and everyone keeps on walking there.

While my bestie and I were spending the day in Koreatown, we decided that while we were here, we should find a place to get our first facials. These wonderful women were able to accomodate us and after signing a release of liability, we were shown to our room and were accomodated side by side. We both got the express facial and were unsure if the experience would be worth the price. We were both delighted to experience the gentle cleasing and cream after cream being pleasantly massaged into our faces, neck, and shoulders. We are completely converted to this experience and were very happy with the treatment we received. Thank you so much!

Worst massage ever 😂 shower became cold and they apparently lost hot water, massage technique was non existent, she got on top of me and did her thing but it was obvious she had no clue what she was doing, just trying to make the 60 min pass, she was massaging my bones instead of muscles 😂 obviously didn’t learn properly nor went to massage school

The service and facilities were amazing. The facial and massage I got were really great. The lady doing my facial suggested that she help clear out my pores and pimples and then go onto the facial as she wanted me to get a facial that's actually worth it. After the facial and massage, the lady offered us pineapples and tea which was great. Overall this is a great place would 100% recommend!
