Don't go there, I was on my first date, where we agreed on $450 for 3 chemical peeling sessions, then After I paid she changed her words and said she meant 2 chemical peeling sessions for the face and back for $450. I asked her yesterday to increase the strength of the peeling material, so she asked me for more money, and I said Well, when I came today to the appointment, I found the place closed, and she does not answer the calls. I am there 20 minutes before the appointment, and I waited about 35 minutes. I call her, but she does not answer. Her neighbor in the place works as a barber. He says that she always does this. There is no punctuality, and she always sees her customers who are unhappy and do not return.

Made a follow-up appointment, traveled a total of 50 miles and made sure I was there in the middle of the work day… and the owner was a no show! She didn’t call and wouldn’t answer & hasn’t called me back. Wasted my time and very disrespectful to ignore. Accidents happen, she should have called.

DO NOT GO THERE! I got Botox in my forehead here, it was my first visit and instead of starting low and increasing she gave me way to much! My right eyelid is sagging! It can take months for Botox to get out of your system. I called Krystal and told her so we scheduled an appointment and she scheduled it wrong twice, so I showed up and she wasn’t there. I called her the second time and she came back to her salon to see me but I had to wait 40 minutes for her to get there. I definitely would not recommend this place! She keeps trying to push you to buy her high dollar products and procedures. I’ve spoken to other medical professionals and told them what happened and they said she definitely doesn’t know what she’s doing! And she doesn’t care. All she sees is dollar signs.

I am so happy to have discovered K Bella Medispa in St. Matthews; I came in for an Enzymatic Dermaplane Facial-a first for me in terms of spa services. My aesthetician, Makayla, had a warm, professional, educator approach and I felt immediately comfortable and confident in the process-which I enjoyed thoroughly-the atmosphere was relaxing and therapeutic. The outcome was the best part and I was quite amazed at how smooth, healthy, and rejuvenated my skin looked. Thank you again, Makayla and K Bella-I look forward to coming back and bringing my friends with me!

I have been to K Bella twice and both times I have had the best experience! I received services from both Krystal and Makayla...they both were so great...they took time with me,I never felt rushed and to tell you the truth they treated me more like a friend or family...I DEFINITELY would recommend KBella to anyone... when I left I felt soooooo relaxed and refreshed and my skin had a beautiful glow I haven’t seen in years!!!

I went here to Kbella to see what they can do about my break outs. I went for a hydrafacial and Krystal talked to me about my skin and gave me some products to try at home. Every since the break out have been minimal and now I have a new skin care routine! Highly recommend them if you have been struggling with your skin.

Very professional. I responded to an ad, and was surprised to be contacted within a few hours, and I was able to schedule an appointment easily and quickly. I received texts about what to do when I arrived. Upon arrival Makayla greeted me at the door and we went to the treatment room. She proceeded to interview me about my skin, problem areas, and what I expected. This was in a very relaxed but professional manner, and not rushed. Next, Makayla started my facial. Very refreshing and relaxing, we had conversation about the procedure and normal conversation. This is the first facial I have had in several years. I know things won’t happen with one facial, and I was so pleased with it and Makayla, I immediately scheduled my next one!

I received a face lift facial, performed by Makayla. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about skin care. She explained very thoroughly what to expect during the treatment and kept making sure I was comfortable and happy throughout. I highly recommend K Bella Medi Spa!

Love Makayla! I followed her when she opened her own business because she is one of the only estheticians who actually taught me about my skin. Not only that but as a mom and a business owner, my schedule can be really hectic and she accommodates to me so well. Customer service like that is what keeps me coming back to her.
