Went in for bang trim while my normal person was out of town. I got a super uneven cut and had to go home and fix it myself. It was super cheap ($12) though so I guess I got what I paid for!

Incredible service and finished product! Both Carrie and Sam filled my heart demonstrating thoughtfulness when cutting and coloring my hair. I have recently finished radiation treatment and they both took the time not only check in on how I was doing personally, but ensure that they would use products that would not be harsh on my skin and protect new hair growth. On top of this, it is the best hair cut and color I've ever gotten! Thank you ladies!

Amanda was so welcoming and did an amazing job. I have been searching for a good salon since I moved to chicago two years ago and truly feel like I’ve found “the one.” Not only did they listen to my wants and needs, but they saved my mangled and damaged hair while being extremely communicative and looking through my 30 inspo pics. I had a wonderful time chatting with Amanda and I truly LOVE my new haircut.

This was such a great experience. I have curly hair and so hard to find a salon that can do it perfectly. Holly was such great hairdresser I love how she did my hair it was so good. Carrie and K Chula is amazing! Even when I have a general idea of color and style Carrie is able to take the lead to best match my wants and what's best for my face shape and skin color. Always a great result, clean and fun environment! Highly recommend to anyone!

I don't know how to say this any other way but I love Carrie. She somehow works magic on my dual textured abundance of hair. And she's totally affordable. My 1st haircut was back in Jan 2020. I needed a haircut as we were going into shelter in place in March. Unfortunately I put it off too long and they shut down salons. But 3 more months pass and my hair is actually holding its style and shape but clearly getting too long. Salons finally get the green light to open. So I book online in the middle of the night and I have bouncy happy hair again. Full service masked with min, if any, people in salon.

I visited K chula today, I had called to make an appt with Carrie, however she was booked, so decided to make the appt with Marisol, she is absolutely amazing, i loved my haircut, and most of all how she blow dried my hair. I highly recommend her!

This is hands down the Best Salon in Chicago! Friendly, fun atmosphere, with excellent stylists! They do it all! I came across this salon when I moved to Chicago in 2005. I was exploring the neighborhood and needed a haircut, so I walked in off the street and was greeted by a very friendly stylist who happened to have availability right then. Turns out, she was the OWNER of the salon and she remained my stylist until I moved away in 2016. Even when I go back to visit Chicago, I make it a point to schedule an appointment with the owner Carrie V! She is amazing and treats everyone like family. (As do her entire staff!) I would give this salon 10 STARS if it were possible! Go check out K Chula Salon and tell them Brian R. sent you!

The owner, Carrie, has been cutting and coloring my hair since 2002!!! That's 15 years of my following her wherever she goes! A perfectionist but charming, she's the BEST of both worlds!
