I am not from Jax, but am up here for the month, as my Mom fell and broke her hip Xmas eve. I desperately needed a hair cut and found Kristi through google reviews. Having hairdresser anxiety and having cut my own hair for many years due to this, I brought her a mess and wasn't sure if she'd even be able to do what I wanted; well, let me tell you, I left there one happy gal. She did EXACTLY what I asked for, effortlessly. She gave me long, feathered layers with curtain bangs and didn't even sacrifice any length. I am still floating on air. I am a customer for life and will be making appts as I come to visit my Mom. Thank you, Kristi, for giving me faith in hair dressers, again.

I am so happy with my hair cut. I looked for a salon ND someone to do my hair for months following a terrible hair cut over a year ago. I was anxious going into the appointment with Kristi, she immediately made me feel so comfortable and after a few minutes I was so glad I took the leap and went to her. I would recommend her to anyone. I have been so happy with my style and I have had so many people comment on how good it looks. THANK YOU KRISTI, your the BEST!! My stylist for life!!

If you're looking for a stylist, look no further. I told Kristi about my anxiety with getting my hair cut, as I've only had one person do it for the last ten years. She went slowly and double-checked the length several times until it was as short as I had wanted. She was also able to get most of the bleached portions I hated, if not all of them, without compromising style. I showed her what I wanted, and she made it work for my face shape. I am absolutely thrilled.

After almost 4 months postpartum, I was in desperate need of some TLC. I’ve lived in Jacksonville my entire life, and am very particular as to who handles my hair. I’ve been to various salons, but I am so excited and happy to say that this was the BEST service I’ve ever received. I will never go anywhere else. Kristi was so kind and listened to what I wanted. Not only did she she make me feel like “me” again, she went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about her and her salon. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hair artist that knows what they’re doing and does it well!

After reading the reviews I am so happy I tried K. Fields Studio!!! My appointment was with Kristi and let me tell you she was amazing! It’s always a little difficult to explain what you want especially when you’re anxious to begin with. Kristi patiently listened to everything I asked. She was extremely knowledgeable & I knew it as soon as she started with a dry cut on my curly, wavy hair. She took her time with me to make sure I felt at ease & was happy with my hair. And I was!! I will be back!!!

Edit in response. In the two days you had to respond to the clarification texts, sent to a number received from a website, and at a reasonable hour the second time, you could have avoided this review, but attitudes show. Your "waitlist" on your website does not give hours. Unfortunately, I did not make it into a chair. With all these great reviews I expected at least a timely response to text messages and a kinder response to me in person. Instead I was left in limbo all day Friday when I could have been looking elsewhere. Response to waitlist late Thursday night was quick. I was offered appt on Saturday morning. However, when I tried to confirm twice, I got no response. So I show up at appt time, was told not available, two other hairdressers in building, and not one offered an option. Not even for another day. I guess I don't fit their clientele.

Got my hair styled by Kristi today! I have been in such a depression. I asked for a short cut above the shoulders and showed her a photo and she just did such an amazing job! Such a sweet and talented lady! I'm rarely happy with my haircuts, today I am so happy and my mood is lifted. She spent a good amount of time on my hair, wash, blow dry and styled and charged $35, but I was expecting a lot more and would have gladly paid. I would show a photo, but I have colored my own hair with a cheap box color and I don't want anyone to think this stylist had anything to do with that but I plan on coming back very soon and get my hair colored by her! Oh I'm so happy!

I have been on the road for the past 4 months for work and needed my hair done really badly!! I found Kristy and she was BEYOND AMAZING!!! I told her I want it colored and trimmed and pretty much left the rest in her hands….I couldn’t be more happy with the end result!!! My hair looks BEAUTIFUL, everyone of my staff noticed the difference as soon as I walked in the door, as well as my kids, and of course my husband!! I wish I lived closer so I could see her more often than once a year….thank you Kristy for making me feel like a new woman again - I LOVE MY HAIR!!!❤️

Kristi did an excellent job with my haircut today! I was extremely nervous based on past experiences and she listened patiently and understood exactly what I wanted to do and checked in with me every step of the way. This hair salon is extremely professional and I will definitely be back soon!

Kristi was very personable, easy to talk to which made being there for 5 hours very pleasant. I went in there with expectations of what I wanted done and she gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. Just perfect! I would definitely recommend her to anyone and I will most definitely be going back!

Just had my first visit here and Kristi was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and even took the time to change some things afterward for me. I love my new haircut. Will definitely go back. The salon is clean and modern looking. She even put on some music for us. Big fan of this salon.

This studio is amazing! All of the hair stylists are super friendly! I requested Kristi online to do my hair and she out did herself! The upkeep of my hair was lacking but she didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to make my hair exactly how I imagined it! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!!

Trust me when I tell you, this is the place to go. I brought Kristi a mess. I had a horrible haircut a year ago and had not gotten a professional service since. She was kind and encouraging. She trimmed, shaped, shampooed and styled until I loved my hair again. I almost cried in public. I wish I had gotten good before and after pics. The change was dramatic and beautiful. I have found my salon!
