Extremely disappointed with my experience at Ksalon. We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment but were told to wait ‘a few minutes.’ After 30 minutes of waiting, we observed the staff continuing to take other appointments and walk-ins without addressing us. The lack of communication and disregard for our time was unprofessional. We ultimately left without receiving service. The treatment we received raised concerns about potential discrimination. I cannot recommend this salon based on this experience.

Worth every pennies. I’ve been to many way more expensive places but never have been this satisfied. The haircut turned out amazing, quick and at a very affordable price. Highly recommended.

I almost didn’t go because of the previous reviews but I’m glad I didn’t listen to them. I got a fresh hair cut and Korean wavy perm with them and it turn out amazing. I would definitely recommend. Great experience and customer service.

My mom, my wife and my daughter were here. Everything is good. We feel comfortable to have our hair cut here. Reasonable price with excellent service.

Great salon. Made an appointment. Got my son a “Korean perm” and a cut. Very reasonably priced and probably the best hair cut he’s had in years. We are constantly asking for a faded cut and keeping the length on top but too many times he’s walked out of different salons looking like a mushroom. This place is on point and he will definitely be a regular now. Thanks!!!

I came to get some layers and some bangs and I even showed the hairstylist a reference photo and he barely even looked at it. The service was quite nice and the cut did not turn out extremely bad but it just was not what I asked for but it wasn't bad. Please just be very specific with what you want and make sure that they completely understand what you are trying to get

I took my family to K's for haircuts. My son and I came out fine, but the woman cutting my wife's hair messed up her head pretty bad. The layering is all wrong and her normally thick lush hair looks thin and stringy. She thinned out the ends and left the top thick. She brought her a picture, but that didn't seen to do any good. If you're a woman, u would avoid this place.

AMAZING! This I was my first time getting hair professionally colored and I was actually pretty worried about leaving disappointed but Teresa completely got rid of the worry. Not just Teresa but all of the ladies here are amazing, it still confuses me how this place isn’t at 5 stars. I drove 30 minutes away from my house for this place and honestly I’d be completely fine with driving longer if I needed to. I felt so pampered there and it actually felt like I was valued and they didn’t just want my money. This is my go-to salon now. Thank you ladies!

My teenager son had a hair cut at a different salon that he was upset and embarrassed of. K-Salon listened to his concerns and fixed his hair just the way he wanted. Thank you so much for being so understanding and patience with him .We had such a great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.
