I absolutely LOOVEE this salon! They offer japanese straightening and korean straightening and they actually know how to do them correctly. Ive had korean straightening and brazilian keratin done here and ive never loved my hair more! The shape, the cut, the texture its amazing. This is my new go-to salon!

I had been coming here for over a year now and I have never experienced a bad haircut. However just recently my experience at the salon was not what I expected. I had explained what I had wanted with keeping the length as much as possible with just a trim all around with some curtain bangs. I had asked for 3 inches off my hair and when i was shown my hair it was way more than what I had asked for. I also asked for a curtain bang with some pieces in the front and now I have heavy bangs. When I mentioned how heavy the bangs were my stylists Meridian, just responded with “I cut your hair evenly, I guess you have more hair on one side” and she didn’t address my concerns any further. I am very disappointed with my hair cut.

This was my first visit to this salon. Meridian was my stylist and she did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable & answering any questions I had. I showed her an inspo pic of what I wanted my hair to be & she made it happen. I enjoyed the services provided ! :)

I moved to San Antonio two years ago and only had my hair cut for cheap at Walmart once during that time. I knew that I would not go back and I really wanted to find a place where I could put my trust in and be a regular. So after a recommendation and some looking online I decided to give K style a try. The reviews convinced me Susan would probably be the best person to book with. I arrived for my appointment a bit early and her amazing assistant, Hannah, immidietly took care of me. I had booked for a hair treatment with a cut. Hannah offered me a beverage and was such good conversation while she washed and treated my hair. When I would sit alone for a bit waiting for the steam portion of the treatment to be complete, another employee (I think her name was Megan, I forgot, but it started with an M!) would come and check in to see if I wanted snacks and she also talked to be for a bit. Susan came out and was immidietly in tune with what I was looking for. She took her time in listening and understanding both me and my hair. She educated and gave her suggestions respectfully. I could hear her sister in the background and I appreciated how they were so knowledgeable and willing to share and teach. I had a horrible experience with bangs when I was younger and I really wanted to try them again. I knew it wasn't a hairstyle that fully flattered me, but I was willing to work with it to experience it. She did try to urge me for curtain bangs which I've had before. Utimately she wanted to give me the hairstyle I came in for so we would make it work. In the end, the results looked better than we both expected. Even susan said it looked different than what she originally thought it would. I sent pictures to friends and family which were so well recieved! I had been asking for their opinions for a while because it took some time to fully convince myself to go for it. Those who thought I would not be able to pull off bangs (including me) were surprised to see it actually looked so cute! Thanks to Susan and K Style I can finally say I have had cute bangs and that means alot to me! I will for sure be going back and booking with Susan. Definitely recommend!

After not going to or trusting salons for 10 years, i finally gave it a shot at K Style. I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable in a salon before. Susan, Bekhi, and Margie all three put their hands on my hair at some point , but ultimately Bekhi colored and cut it. They stayed late to finish the job , which i am SO beyond thankful for. My hair was a mess and i wasnt confident in myself at all, but immediately after getting it done i felt brand new! This is the best salon ive ever been to and im so thankful my partner chose them to take care of my hair. Thank you three so much for everything you do!

I have a middle part (aka split hair) and i usually like to have my hair wave towards the back of my head. I was going for an asian look (bc I’m asian) and I usually like to stick with salons that understand the asian hair style rather than explaining it to someone who doesnt understand. I had Susan Yi do my hair and she knew exactly what i wanted. I did a “Korean style-partial perm” which was $85 (no haircut) + tip. The prices could be a little bit better, I usually get a perm + haircut in Dallas by a korean salon for $95, but the service was great! No complaints, very good people to work with. I’m also in the military so i expressed my concerns that i absolutely cant have my hair jacked up and Susans very aware bc she gets a lot of USAF guys at K Style.

I would like to say that these ladies are amazing!!! I walked in after a bad hair cut from another place. And they didn’t hesitate to take me in. I explained to them that I had gotten a haircut, I asked for 2 inches off my hair and layers, and that was not what I got and it was bad. They came up with a plan to fix it. And trust me I was scared. But we trusted the process and these ladies pulled through. I believe the lady that helped me was Meridian and another lady. These ladies are with the haircut and left no crumbs!! They were super sweet and reassured me everything was okay! Thank you guys so much! I will definitely be back!!

Great location and everyone in the salon was friendly and welcoming. My stylist Meridian was engaged asking questions. I explained to her what I wanted and why. She provided suggestions that were helpful in making my decision on my cut. Not once did I feel pressured to do something I didn’t want to do and I love my hair cut 🥰

I came in as a walk in and I must say I found my home salon. Nina was who cut my hair and she did some magic to my hair. She did what I asked for and loved her suggestions. I truly loved my haircut. It was not in the best condition going in but now I can’t stop touching my hair. Everyone in the salon was so friendly as soon as you walk in. The salon was so nice and clean. Definitely recommend and will come back again. Five stars.

I am beyond upset with my experience at this salon with the stylist Meridian. I went in with a very clear idea of what I wanted. I asked to keep my length and my layers, but she cut my hair much shorter than I wanted and completely removed the layers. On top of that, I specifically asked for curtain bangs, but she gave me blunt, straight-across bangs instead. I only wanted the two money pieces shorter, with the curtain bangs continuing, but she did whatever she wanted. The blow-dry was sloppy and lazy. When I section off the “curtain bangs” she gave me there are random pieces of long hair in that section and I can’t do rollers. I just wanted to grab the blow drier and do it myself but why would I tell her how to do her job. I spent good money on this and I barely make any money at my job and I’m a full time student and this was supposed to be a treat to myself and now all I wish is that didn’t go back for another haircut. I feel like I just threw good money away, and I’ve been here before and had a great experience with Nina, which is why I came back, but now I deeply regret it. I’ll have to wait for it to grow out, but I hate it so much. I am really disappointed and won’t be returning.

I went to this salon because it has high ratings. I needed someone to help fix my hair because I got a bad haircut at a different salon. Nina was my stylist, she really listened to my hair concerns and was meticulous in her work. You can tell she really cared about her craft. I left very happy with my haircut. Will definitely be coming back here again!

Meridian is my favorite stylist and she's been doing my hair for over two years now! She goes through great lengths to really learn each of her clients hair so that she can provide the best recommendations for hair care and hair repairs (when needed). Love her! ❤️

I was skeptical to try a new place. But from the moment you get there they provide a drink and snack and get you prepared for your session. The stylist assigned to me was Bekhi and she did an amazing job! Look how she took my copper tones and kept it in the brown family. She was exactly on point to what I asked for. This salon is awesome! Everyone is friendly and helpful. My stylist is Susan and she’s the sweetest! We discussed what I want to do with my hair color and made a plan to get it how I want. She was transparent about the process. Also they have snacks & drinks if you get thirsty or hungry while getting your hair done which is great if you forget to eat like me lol
