I went to see Katrina today for a Brazilian Blowout that I purchased on Groupon. It was a great deal, and I fully understood that I would have to pay extra cause my hair is super long. I’ve never gotten one before but have friend who have and my hair is very thick, wavy, and frizzy. Katrina did an amazing job and I’m very happy with the results. She’s super sweet and went over how to take care of my hair. I bought the products to help elongate the results. I’m coming back in two weeks to hide the grays and fix my balayage. I live in Greensboro so this is a 2 hour trip there and back for me so I highly suggest Katrina!!

It's the next day and I still can't get over how beautiful my hair looks. Atmosphere is fun and friendly. Katrina has a great eye for what looks good and how to translate inspiration. My hair has LITERALLY never looked better, a perfect summer blonde. I couldn't even imagine a better stylist than Katrina!

Made appointment with Katrina and she rescheduled and then made another appointment with her and confirmed the location with her two days before and went to appointment she said my appt. was cancelled and didn’t receive any notification that my appointment was cancelled. She refused to take me in and was very arrogant and rude. Her prices are also high for a small stylist, her prices are equal to elite salons in the area. Katrina was unprofessional, rude, and has an attitude problem. I will never book with her again, and recommend anyone to go to elite salons where I get a better treatment for the same price.

I went to Katrina because she had a Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout. I have returned many times since then. She is a fantastic stylist and a riot to talk to. She now does my cut, color, and blowouts.

Katrina is a good listener, has a good eye for what works for you, and she's great at execution. I'd recommend her to anyone (and I have -- my wife! She was really pleased with how Katrina did her hair, and my wife is really picky!). She's also super affordable compared to the prices in Raleigh. I'm really glad I found her.

1st Ever Brazilian Blowout This was an amazing experience from start to finish! She answered all of my questions and was NEVER pushy about buying products or purchasing more services. She told what to expect and what not to expect and was very educated on the service and what was going into my hair. But MOST of all, Katrina was a genuinely nice person and I will continue to return to her for my hair needs!

I chose Katrina because of the glowing reviews from others on Google and had the good luck to find a Groupon. I could not have imagined how spectacular a hair stylist she was and feel beyond lucky to have found her. She was insistent on a free consult to assess my severely damaged hair and “realistic hair desires” for cut, color and Brazilian Blowout. I’m 55 years old, known to pamper myself and yet, never had a stylist want to evaluate my hair before setting an appointment, that’s a professional! She was upfront about costs, purchase of products to maintain the Brazilian Blowout for optimal lasting results and what a Brazilian Blowout actually is, which is a smoothing system NOT a hair relaxant or chemically damaging hair straightening, which I had in the past. Katrina listens to you and if you listen to Katrina, hear and understand what she says you will not be disappointed. She is a beautician, not a magician, but she is darn near close to magical!!!

I had a haircut and partial highlights done by Katrina - one of the best haircuts ever! The highlights were just what I wanted, too. She listened to me, and gave me advice and then executed it perfectly! I've already scheduled a Brazilian blowout with her. Highly recommend!

I went here for a Brazilian Blow Out using a Groupon. Paid extra for long hair and I was ok with that. Once I was having it done was told I would have to spend another $50 on product or the treatment would not work. I have had these before and was only told no sulfate in the shampoo but never had to buy anything else special. The treatment looked good until the first time I washed it and it was like I had never had any treatment at all. When I complained she said it was my fault because I didn’t spend another $50 on the products she wanted to sell me. No refund offered for procedure that didn’t work so now I have to spend more money to get it done somewhere else. Would not recommend.

I have been going to Katrina for a year now (4 visits) and she is awesome! During my first appointment with her she sought to understand what I wanted (a combination of bayalage and ombre) and she customized the highlighting/painting to give me the look I was going for and at a very agreeable price. During one visit we lifted my color and it wasn't *quite* light enough for me so she went back over and did it again without making me feel needy at all or like I was wasting her time - she really did just want me to be happy with my hair! Professionalism like that is one of many reasons I've come back again and again. During my most recent appointment she helped blend my dark roots into my bayalage and I can't believe how natural it looks! Katrina is the best and I've seen my color improve again and again after seeing her :)
