I wouldn't waste the time or money....manicure polish (clear) chipped off after 2 days. They told me it was because I had dip polish on previously....all of us that use powder dips and gels know better. Heading to Diva Nails for the fix.

This biz sold Groupons for services they no longer offer. I have contacted the biz which was not empathetic /helpful, and have contacted Groupon 3 times yet to get a refund.

Birthday gift for my daughters and they said it was wonderful. Went recently with a Groupon and got 3 uv sauna sessions. Relaxing music, nice people, candles, nice shower in room. 30 min $15 each. Detoxing is good. I love this place.

Elizabeth Burrvel the massage therapist at the SPA is very experienced and a HEALER. She will massage away your pain and make you feel great! I recommend her.

Highly recommended!!! My daughter and I had an excellent time at our “spa day” - facials and pedicures. The atmosphere was excellent and services were outstanding. We specially chose this spa because it has organic products.

I had a massage and it was wonderful. It was just what I needed after a long work trip. They were friendly and accommodating to my schedule. The complimentary 15min sauna before the massage felt special and relaxing. I would highly recommend this spa . Jessica gave me the massage she was professional and attentive.

I had the best deep tissue/relaxation massage with Marisabel. My neck has never felt so good post massage. Hiroko did a fabulous pedicure for myself, mom and sister. Great experience here!

I went to the Kaelen Harwell Organic Day Spa to have some waxing done and to have my brows tinted for the first time. Everyone who worked there was really friendly, and the woman who did my brows was kind enough to explain the process to me. When she finished and handed me a mirror, I couldn't believe how defined my brows looked. But my favorite part of the experience was the complimentary 30 minutes in the dry sauna. I used the use the one at the downtown YMCA until they took it out. I'm so glad there's somewhere else I can go to find warmth and relaxation!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kaelen Hardwell's spa! Kaelen gave me an amazing dermaplaning facial and lash lift/tint, and Gretel gives an amazing Swedish massage!

My mom and I came in for a spa day while on vacation and we each had a Signature Pedicure with Hiroko, KH Signature facial with Rashel and a Deep Tissue Massage with Gretell. All of them were fabulous! It was the most relaxing day. All of the services surpassed my expectations, the space was beautiful, and the gals were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this spa and if we make it back to Tucson, we would love to return! Thanks for such a great day!

My mom and I got 90 minute swedish massages (with CBD) yesterday - I added 15 minutes of the infrared sauna. I had Gretell as my massage therapist, she was amazing and the massage was absolutely blissful. I recommend.

My wife went here and with an appointment for two services. One service was available, she had only good things to say about her nail tech Hiroko, but there was no one there to provide the second service she wanted. She said she'll be going to a different salon next time.

Beautiful and welcoming environment! The woman I met at the front desk was so helpful, friendly, and responsive to my needs. She also was extremely knowledgeable about everything related to skin care and I felt so good after talking to her because she was so passionate about her craft. I ordered some new skin care products -- a mask and toner -- based on her excellent recommendations and advice. I initially went to just use their sauna, but came away with new insights about organic products and skin health. Wonderful service!

Clean, very professional, peaceful and beautiful environment, the best quality! Serene music, relaxing aromas. I came in at Tucson Arizona location for a Swedish massage, sauna and LED spa. I was able to shower before my sauna relaxation and before my massage. I felt clean and so comfortable. The massage by Gretell was fantastic. She made sure to ask me if I was comfortable and about the pressure. She made me feel very comfortable! I fell asleep during the LED spa. They also have useful and organic products in their lobby. I was able to get a nail polish and a pair of earrings. Five star! Really loved this experience with you guys!

Got a good deal on Groupon for 30 minute massage and led treatment but the equipment malfunction And services were not completed . Sadly disappointing but rescheduled next day Will post final review Customer service was very Nice As was the overall environment

I loved my experience at Kaelen’s Day Spa. I had a facial and a mild peel. The products are so yummy to smell and they feel great on your skin. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable about the products. I live in Tucson and use Kaelen Harwell products every day of my life and they are great.

Popped in for a last minute facial and had the pleasure of having Kaelen as my esthetician. She was so knowledgable and attentive. The products that she used were soothing, smelled gorgeous and felt wonderful. To learn that Kaelen is an entrepreneur, runs a school and makes all of the products used at the spa was even more satisfying. It was also impressive there was no hard sell on products as I walked out, though I did buy a few things I didn't feel as if I had to purchase anything. All around great experience.

Such a relaxing experience during my massage! Very clean, calm, and relaxing atmosphere. The organic products smell great and did not irritate my skin during or after the massage. I’d recommend purchasing some skin care products from the retail area; all-natural and locally produced!

These products are amazing. I tried when I visited Tucson almost three years ago and haven’t stopped! I have very sensitive skin and sometimes after using a product for a while my skin will start to react. I haven’t had any issues with any of this stuff. I’ve tried a lot of the products. They also list ALL the ingredients which I really appreciate.

Visiting Tucson all the way from London, I wasn’t sure what level of service to expect. Needless to say, the service was nothing short of excellent. The fact the products are all organic was what pulled me in and a massage plus facial later, I can say hand on heart, it was really worth the visit.

What is not to love?? The products here are truly luxurious and it's wonderful to know that they are owned and made locally by a knowledgeable professional! It's located inside of the Marriot AC hotel, and they have a really lovely little gift shop as well. I had an upgraded facial which ended with sitting in the dry sauna which was a treat! Then I tried out the Spa.Nap power wave which left me feeling so relaxed! I did the hour-long session with the first half hour using an LED light that helps with acne prone skin (like mine - sad) - this is such a cool experience and one that I can see using quite a bit!! Definitely highly recommend - a beautiful spa experience!

I was recently traveling in Tucson for a whirlwind business trip, and am so happy I discovered this little gem right in the heart of downtown Tucson. I was exhausted, and in need of a reboot. The kind staff nudged me towards a one hour session on their "power nap" table. I have never tried anything like this before... basically the table vibrates with waves that gently pulse from your feet to your shoulders while you wear a blackout mask and listen to music that is in sync with the waves. I was skeptical and convinced I would not fall asleep as I'd had no less than 4 cups of coffee that day, but I passed out so hard, and woke up so incredibly refreshed and HAPPY! I'm a mother of a 2 year old, so that kind of indulgent midday deep power sleeping isn't something I often get to enjoy. I can't wait to go back and try their other services. Afterwards I enjoyed some retail therapy in their adorable and well-curated gift shop. Definitely a must for anyone in need of some pampering and self-care!

I will definitely be returning to this spa whenever I am in Tucson. My boyfriend had a massage and I had the signature KH facial. Both of us were over the moon with our experience. Everyone we met was warm, welcoming, and professional. If you are into synthetic fillers, dyes and fragrances, this is not the place for you. The products are so incredible. Please open a Kaelen Harwell Day Spa in Los Angeles!
