My mom and sister recommended me to see Vale and for my birthday, they scheduled an appointment. I was hesitant since I already had a hairstylist for over 3 years but I took the risk and listened to my family. Without any hesitation, Vale amazed me with her skills and I was very happy with the results. I wanted to blend in my greys and make my hair look as natural as possible without looking "Old'. LOL!! I am beyond happy!!! I highly recommend Vale and her amazing blonde skills and her kind and warm heart. She is truly amazing! Thank you!!!

Stay away from Danissa. Read the reviews and you will see why. Horrible attitude and lack of experience unless she doesn’t care how she takes care of your hair. Horrible horrible. The other girls are great though. Unfortunately she is there.

First time visit to Kairos and I must say the experience was lovely, from start to finish. Abigail was my stylist and I I’m so happy I found her on ig. I’m in love with my haircut and style. She has beautiful energy and is a master at what she does. Definitely will be going back. I have found my place. The staff was great too.

Been coming here for years with Danisa because she knows exactly how to deliver what I ask! I've done everything from bright crazy colors to simple balayages and I always get what I want. I've had very bad experiences before at other salons, but as soon as I found Danisa I knew she was going to be my new go to. If you're looking for someone who truly listens and doesn't just do whatever they want, she's the girl for you!

Been hearing good things about Kairo salon so I took a blind leap and booked an appointment with who ever was available. Which was mistake number 1. When I got there only 2 people were working and the person who "greeted" me was the one that cut my hair. She didn't introduce herself she just checked my name and sat me down. I had to ask her name (Danissa). She definitely did not look happy. She asked me what I was looking for but didn't really take time to understand what I wanted. Even when trying to show her pictures she didn't even look at them and proceeded to tell me my front hair was too short. Even when I said I like my face framing hair to be shorter if she could blend it better since it's been 6months since my last cut. She just kept saying it was too short. She washed my hair with scalding water (and I like hot water) and barely cleaned it. Then when she cut my hair she just did 5 cuts, no blending or texture cuts. Mainly just the length cut to where I wanted. When blow drying my hair she asked if I wanted it straight I told her more volume than pure straight. She had the brush way too close to my face and it definitely burned. And it was straight. For a 70$ haircut I expect a certain level of care. I was literally in and out in 25mins. For this I would have gone to hair cuttery or supercuts. There was poor customer service and no salon experience. 2 stars bc my hair wasn't butchered otherwise I won't come back.

Came in from out of town to fix a botched haircut from another salon a couple of months ago and Vale did a great job! Appreciated her being communicative of her process and checking in when needed. My hair is finally back to how I love it and it’s all thanks to Vale! Next time I’m back in town I will be coming in for another cut for sure :)

I had an appointment with Abigail and she was AMAZING!!! Abigail listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions to make my haircut absolutely beautiful. As soon as I walked in the salon, I felt very welcomed. Everyone was very nice. I will definitely come back and have Abigail cut and style my hair again. 😊

Ladies, whatever you need ask for Danisa! She is amazing! I have been coming to her for about three years now for cut and style. I feel like a new woman each time. To be honest, I was never one to care about who touches my hair until her. She takes care of you, gives you the best recommendations, and always makes sure you are happy. This wasn't my first time at Kairos but I had previously only gone in for a cut. My sister got her balayage done here before and had nothing but great things to say and suggested I go in. I got my hair done with Marleny and it was a great experience! Went in about 2 hours before closing to get a quote and schedule my appointment. I decided to ask if she'd be able to get it done that same day since I was leaving on vacation the next day and preferred to have it done before then if possible..fully thinking they'd say no. To my surprise they agreed and quickly got to work! Marleny was so sweet, super friendly, and took her time to give me the best results. To say I got exactly what i wanted would be an understatement because she definitely exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back!

Had the worst experience, my long time hairstylist has been having some health issues , so i decided to call Kairo because i was referred , i called and ask to be book with a stylist that had experience with short haircuts, I was assigned Katherine, i show her a picture of the hair cut that i wanted she ended up cutting so much even let me whith a spot on the bottom of my head because she over cut , she new what she did and and was not honest or mindfull , until i notice then she proceded to say dont worry it will grow up in two days., i couldn't belive her words are you for real. So think twice before going here or booking with this girl.

I got my hair done with Vale (insta: @valehaiir) and it was the best experience! My little sister got her hair done with her a few months ago and she did purple and it came out beautiful. She’s super nice and gentle (I have a sensitive scalp) and this was just overall the best experience I’ve had with getting my hair done. I got my hair done with Vale, and let me just say— she is AMAZING. She took my hair from brown to black all over, gave me phenomenal layers, and one hell of a blowout. I’ve never liked a haircut as much as I like what Vale did for me. Additionally, the service at this place is fantastic— I have eight tons of LONG, thick hair and they had two gals applying dye at once, absolutely worth it. So grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Everyone is so nice! I had my balayage done with Vale back in December of last year & I LOVE how my hair turned out. She is great at what she does. I came back recently for hair Botox & a haircut as well. I highly recommend this place 100%. It’s fantastic!

I love coming here to get my hair done. The staff is very friendly and always willingly to help me whenever needed. I especially love getting my blow dry done with Vale! She’s amazing! She listens and takes her time to really get to know what hair style you want. I happened to come in here one day as a walk in with her and I’ve been going to her ever since! Wouldn’t have anyone else doing my hair! Definitely recommend making an appointment with her!

I was so disappointed after this experience. I wanted a subtle balayage and showed Danisa a picture of what I wanted. My hair turned out nothing like it. This was my first time ever dying my hair and it took me a while to save up to get a balayage so I wanted to make sure I did it right. I got a recommendation from my cousin to go to Danisa and I looked at the reviews and I was very excited to go to her. However, when I got there she was in a horrible mood. Clearly she did not want to be there. That made me nervous and I should've gotten off the chair right there. She was taking care of 2 other girls while doing my balayage and when she was applying the bleach I could feel it was very careless and hurried. When she brushed my hair I could hear her ripping through it. My hair was not light enough to be anywhere near the look I wanted when the bleach came off. The haircut was also very hurried and I know that after you cut out your split ends your hair should feel soft, mine didn't, and I could still see split ends when I got home. The color was a blotchy mess. When I went to work everyone was horrified at my hair. I wanted to cry. The next morning was a holiday so I threw on some box dye-which I know you shouldn’t do but my hair was just that bad and I knew I wasn’t going to have the money to blow on fixing it, and I was not going to put my hair in that salon’s hands again. She ruined my hair and clearly did not have a good attitude (which I understand because I work in the service industry as well, but if you’re going to have a bad attitude at least do the hair well if you're going to charge me $400 for 3 hours of work). Extremely disappointed, my hair is ruined. If you see your hairdresser is in a bad mood, get up and go.

Twice I had Danisa charge me $45 for a supposed haircut. She took shears and thinned my hair but never trimmed it with scissors and now I look like a bush head thanks to her. Never again will I go there. My hair looks horribly frizzy.at the ends.

Amazing amazing amazing! I’ve never enjoyed myself at hair salons and I’ve never really left one truly happy, hence why I didn’t go to a salon for years. But today was different. It was the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon ever. Katherine was my stylist who not only did an amazing job on my cut and styling, but made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. All of the staff who worked on me as well were all equally as wonderful and nice. Definitely recommend this wonderful salon and Katherine specifically. will 100% be coming back.
