I love going to Kairos Salon! Ashley is the best—very knowledgeable, and my hair always looks amazing. The ambiance is wonderful, and I enjoy watching movies and sipping great coffee while getting my hair done.

Kairos is a wonderful salon, Ashley is a great colorist; has done beautiful blonde lowlights and recently went to a copper brown which she hit right in the perfect shade. Gaby also does great blowouts !! P.S. I watch the best movies there !

Ashley is an amazing stylist! every time I visit the salon I live feeling refreshed and confident. Her ability to understand my taste, and suggest the best styles is unmatched. Plus the whole team is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This was my first time going to a salon for a haircut, and Yari made me feel so welcomed. She specializes in curly cuts and gave me a step-by-step for different products/routines I can try at home. She also showed me how she was applying different products as she was styling my hair and showed me how she uses a denman brush. Such a pleasant experience, and also for a very reasonable price (i.e., $50 for cut and style). Ambiance is also very clean and calming. Thank you so much for such a great experience 💕

I enjoy going to the South Miami location. Yari is the sweetest and does her job with excellence . My daughter and I have gotten our hair done by her for a couple of years and we always leave satisfied and happy with her work.

The owner/manger of this establishment is unaccommodating and unconcerned about customer service. I called one location, unaware that there were multiple and scheduled an appointment. They mistakenly scheduled me for the wrong location, a fact I discovered when I showed up early to my appointment. They told me I was at the wrong location and that they would call the other location and let them know. I started driving to the other location in rush hour and after driving for nearly half an hour they call me to tell me they can’t take me to turn around. The owner/manager told me it was my fault for not looking at the address which is fair but if they couldn’t take me late after they booked me at the wrong location why didn’t they tell me that at any point in the half hour I was driving there. She said there’s was nothing she could do and she’s right- there is nothing you can do about not caring about your customers.

I had such an amazing experience at Kairos. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I got my hair cut with Ashley. My hair feels so healthy. She listened to all my hair concerns and gave me the exact haircut I wanted. She also applied a treatment to hydrate my hair. I am so happy with my the experience.

I’ve been here several times with no problems, but the last time I came here, it was AWFUL. I booked with a specific stylist, who did felt sitting and chatting with other clients was more important than seeing her client who made an appointment specifically with her. I booked a root touch up and cut…2.5 hours later and I end up only getting a root touch up. On top of that, she wasn’t even the one who did my color and passed me off to the woman who washed hair (who wasn’t qualified to color hair and left my scalp red!) and went back to her social hour. Stay away from this place!!!

So thankful to everyone for taking care of me. My hair is always healthy after coloring and looks natural. I feel so comfortable and welcomed whenever i come. Definitely recommend to check there salons and services!

Amazing, clean and amusing environment. They play movies for you (and used to have snacks before COVID). Definitely my go-to hair salon. My favorite hair stylist is Aimee. She is not only super attentive but very knowledgeable and patient. Would highly recommend if looking for anything from a balayage touch up to new funky hair.

I love this place! I have been searching my whole life for that salon I could call mine and I found it in Kairos! It's a rare find to find a place that will really pamper you, do excellent work AND are reasonably priced! I love how seriously they take COVID (no beauty salon I know has done it so well) and I have never left feeling less than 100% happy. Everyone is super professional and friendly but Aimee is "my" girl! I highly recommend her for anything as she is truly an artist, but something super unique she does super well is Viking/fairy-like braids. She's super nice. You can go to her first thing in the morning, middle of the day, or at the end of a long day and she will always be super nice and happy to see you. I never feels that she's just "going through the motions" like most other places. I love this place so much that it's kind of far for me and it's super out of my way but I will simply not try another place ever!

Aimee does my hair at kairos and I have to say she’s done an excellent job every visit. She pays an incredible attention to detail, takes her time, and completely understands not only what I want but what my hair needs, which is extremely important. Aimee definitely knows what she’s doing and it shows in amazing results every time! The rest of the staff and facilities are excellent and I recommend kairos to everyone! If you haven’t gone yet, do it now!

Ashley is hands down the BEST stylist in town. I’ve been following her since 2005 and I would NEVER let anyone else touch my hair. This new salon is gorgeous and so close to Downtown Dadeland and South Miami. I highly recommend her.

Hi! So I went to kairos Hair Salon (S Dixie) to have my hair fixed from a very bad job from another hair salon (it was so bad that I stopped wearing my hair down) and they immediately booked me with Aimee. She was AMAZING! She listened thoroughly and was very determined to help me with my situation, I also loved her positive attitude and patience and most importantly she did a miracle to my hair!! I walked out of the salon happy and with my hair down again! I’m definitely going back! Thank you Aimee and Kairos Hair Salon!

I have only been here once but I had an amazing experience with Aimee! She took her time and fixed my balayage which was a total mess. She was absolutely hilarious. We laughed and joked the whole time basically. The time flew by especially because they play movies while they do your hair and offer free snacks and coffee. I will be returning for sure. I found the pricing reasonable for the amount of work that was put in.

I recommend them 100%!! I do not visit hair salons, ever, but I wanted to get a balyage done. After many months trying to choose a place to get it done I decided to go to Kairos salon, and I am beyond happy I chose them. Ashley listened to my concerns and did an AMAZING job. They also made me feel welcomed since the beginning until the end. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.
