Best experience ever. This was my first time being waxed in years. I was so nervous before since I knew how bad it hurt. I couldn’t even get through the whole waxing appointment years ago with a different place. Kristen was amazing, made me feel super relaxed and not embarrassed at all. She is so fast and so upbeat you don’t really have time to feel the pain. I actually got through the whole waxing service and was very pleased. It’s so nice to get good customer service and a positive experience in today’s world. If I could rate her and my experience higher I would. If you are on the fence because of horrible experiences in the past with other places, try Kristen. I promise you will not regret it!! So glad I got the recommendation from a friend, I will def be coming back all the time.

Before I met Kristen, I had no idea you could have your eyelashes tinted and curled. My lashes are super long, but (sadly) straight and have gotten lighter as I get older. Enter Kristen. I have the nicest eyelashes now and it makes me feel great to go in and have her work her magic. I feel like a new person when I leave. It’s ridiculous how happy it makes me. It’s amazing how long the curl lasts and I love looking put together without worrying about mascara or eye makeup. Honestly, it’s my favorite thing to do for my appearance. Of course, during the service she also acts as a therapist. She listens, is endlessly supportive, and can always be counted on to agree with me on everything no matter how ridiculous I’ve been. Her prices are already reasonable but if you count the therapy session that’s included for free, it’s really a bargain! Kristen is knowledgeable about skin care and offers a wide range of services without ever being pushy. My plan is to try everything on her menu asap. I’ve got my eye on several services including the back facial and butt polish! Thanks for everything Kristen!

Finding Kesthetics was serendipitous. I had previously had really poor waxing experiences, where I could not even make it through a Brazilian and had burns from the wax being too hot. Thankful for finding Kristen! She is super patient, calming, and a true master at her craft. She is the only person I would trust with my waxing needs. So much so, worth making an hour drive to see her. She is punctual, kind, and always willing to help fit you in. She makes sure you are satisfied with her services and you will never leave unhappy. She uses the best products that are great for my super sensitive skin. Her prices are really reasonable, especially for the quality of service you receive.
