I got my hair retwisted here three times already and every time it's came out amazing. She nice fast and does an amazing job. I recommend u drop in one day it's totally Worth it

My sister spent $350 for traditional box braids with boho curly hair. The lady gave her knotless which she had told her twice already that she didn't want knotless because my sister hair is natural and will mess up quickly! My sister had the hairstyle in for 2 weeks and had to take out the hairstyle because the curly pieces were coming out, and her roots were puffy. I feel like she really needs to give my sister some of her money back. Times are hard and don't have money to waste! $350 is a lot of money to not get what you paid for!

I originally asked for boho traditional box braids with extra curly hair. I didn't want knotless because I'm natural and the style wouldn't last long with knotless. I told her this in our messages and in person. Some way some how I still ended up with knotless braids!! Paid $350 for what I didn't ask for. It didn't look bad at first but still wasn't what I asked for. That was one thing. My curly pieces started falling out,now remind you this all is happening within 9days that I have had the braids. The braids look like I have had them for 1 month already! I did reach out to her to explain what was going on. She told me to come to the shop at 10am on MLK day,I told her I couldn't because I had to work. The next morning more curly hair was falling out and detaching from the ends of the braids! I'm so disappointed. I was hoping I found a new braider but unfortunately I will not do business with Mrs.Kali again. I have never felt so cheated out of $350! I sent her more pictures to show her what was going on she left me on read!. Really was hoping we could have made it right before it came to this point. But God bless! And ladies read all reviews

Kali does a great job on my hair and my pre-teen daughter. Her braiding service is fast, quality is neat and will last a couple of months. Saves me time, one less thing I have to worry about with my everyday schedule. Prices are competitive to other sslons.

8/14 Update: I read your response, you're A LIAR! You braided my hair not one of your employees, there was no talk of another style, I was satisfied until a week later when my hair starting coming out of the braids. No, I didn't contact you, because if YOU didn't do it right the 1st time, why would I let you braid any other style? Update: A week of my hair being braided. My hair is coming out of the braids, her Tuck game was not on point! I know my hair is short, but she assured me that my hair would not show. Assured me that this is a 2 month style. Clearly it will not make it! She made a quick $275 for some Tacky braids. I wouldn't recommend a blind person to her! I was desperate after my appt canceled on me, I Google braiders in my area & Kali came up, I read the reviews, looked at the pics and called, she answered, told me to come in the afternoon. I'm GLAD that I did! When I say in & out, she started about 3 & finished about 6. Atmosphere was relaxing, conversation was great. I will be returning! Thank you Kali!!!

Hands down one of the best braiding experiences I've had in a long time. Go here if you love a stylist that is detailed, is professional and will have you looking your best. This is the place. I was in and out of there in 4 hours. No minimum hair length requirement, no wash or blow dry needed before coming AND she provides hair. I am so happy I have found a stylist!

Rosita is amazing!!! My hair came out just the way I wanted it and it took her less than 4 hours to do it. I got medium sized, long box braids. This is the first time Ive ever had them. She was gentle and professional. I truly love the way I look. Kali was so nice to meet as well. The lounge is tricky to find. Park in the front, next to the U-Haul trucks and you will see a Hair Salon sign on the window.

Kali was wonderful. She was friendly and my hair is beautiful. She has a light touch and I am not in any pain. I have gotten braids before but always them out as soon as I git them. Not this time I am in love. I got the medium bohemian braids boy did she put in work. I am already planning for my next visit.

She did a great job on my daughter's hair and was very quick we got that at 515 and was done by 7 also very trust worthy I forgot I paid booking fee and paid full price after service and thought about it the next day I contacted her and she immediately sent my money back. Will definitely be my new shop.
