Where do I start? I have tried to contact management regarding an issue with their previous in Hyatt at Huntington Beach location. I have left messages and my calls have not been returned. This is unacceptable. The HB logation closed without any notice to their customers. I have a monthly subscription and prepaid product and no one from their management team can give me the courtesy of returning my call

I recently visited Kalologie for a quick Botox touch-up and had an exceptional experience. Check-in was seamless and easy. Sam was my injector. She conducted a thorough consultation, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and expertise in determining the best approach for my needs. Sam addressed all of my concerns with patience and professionalism. Her gentle technique made the procedure incredibly smooth and virtually painless. Before I knew it, the Botox treatment was complete, and the results were stunning. I am thoroughly impressed with how incredible my face looks. Highly recommend Sam for anyone seeking Botox treatments!

I recently had an incredible experience at Kalologie MedSpa, where I went in for a Botox treatment in my forehead. This was my first visit to Kalologie MedSpa, although not my first experience with Botox. Right from the start, the ambiance of the place struck me; it was beautifully designed, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel at ease. My appointment was with Sam, who administered the Botox injections. I cannot speak highly enough about her. Sam was not only informative, taking the time to explain the procedure and what I could expect in terms of results and side effects, but also incredibly professional and welcoming. Her expertise and reassuring demeanor made me feel comfortable and confident in her hands. It's rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with a genuinely caring approach. The check-in and checkout process was another highlight of my visit, thanks to Brooke. Both were handled with such ease and efficiency that it barely felt like any administrative process at all. Brooke was friendly and made sure that everything was taken care of promptly, allowing me to focus on the experience without any distractions. Overall, I loved my time at Kalologie MedSpa. Sam isn't just an injectionist, she's an artist. She's the only nurse whose been able to get my face to a place where I am happy with the results. I call her the "Cannula Queen" meaning she is super-skilled at not just injecting, but also utilizes the cannula: less bruising, limited injection marks, with an added smoothness that looks more natural than just getting filled plopped into one area. Obviously, I could go on. Sam is already in the future of the skin business.

This spa is gorgeous. When you are there and being treated, you forget about your every day life and feel like you are a part of the Housewives franchise. Pampered in every way. The best part of my experience was Nurse Sam. She made me feel like a million dollars. She listened, she gave her opinion based on my needs and I felt comfortable the whole time. When she finished, I was shocked on how fresh, and amazing I looked. I appear 10 years younger. I can’t say enough about this place. Some people get work done and you can tell they GOT work done. Trust! We have all seen those people. But with Nurse Sam, you look natural and handsome/gorgeous. I’m 40 and I feel amazing. This was taken at a Palm Springs Drag Show Brunch.

Beautiful location in the heart of Indian Wells. The location is partnered with the Hyatt Regency on site. When you visit, they validate your parking and give you access to the spa lounge when getting service! They offer injectable treatments such as botox and fillers, Coolsculpting, SkinPen Microneedling, IV Therapy, and more! I would highly recommend this location for MedSpa and IV wellness treatments.

I've been getting fillers for many years. Samantha takes the time to get to know you and what your expectations are and what you want to achieve, she answered all my questions honestly and is very knowledgeable. Samantha is a real professional. The atmosphere is soothing and peaceful. I had a wonderful experience. I had great results. I highly recommend her and her staff.

If you're feeling under the weather, this place is a must-visit! I walked in feeling awful, but after my IV therapy, I felt a world better in no time. I could not speak more highly of Kalologie if I tried. The space they have created at the Hyatt is beyond aesthetically pleasing, calm, and so relaxing to come into. The only thing I can speak even more highly of is Samantha. Not only is she an amazing educator and injector, she is the sweetest human being and truly cares about you as a person and your needs. I initially came in for a consultation with her, as I have not had injectables done in the desert, and not only did she take the time to speak with me about the things that I was interested in, she gave me information on things that she thought would be beneficial for me as well. Additionally, once I left, she emailed me over a full treatment plan so I could have all the information I needed for future appointments. If you’re looking for a new injectable / laser / peel provider in the Coachella Valley, Samantha is your girl.

My buddy and I received the utmost exceptional care for IV Therapy here at Kalologie Medspa. Nurse Felisha was amazing and attentive to whatever we needed. We didn’t even feel the IV cause Felisha was awesome. We visited Kalologie because we were feeling under the weather and can’t afford to be sick. After the therapy we definitely feel a lot better. IV Therapy and nurse Felisha is definitely worth a visit. I would recommend to all who want to stay healthy.

Such a beautiful location! Right when you walk in you feel the sudden presence of relaxation. They provide such an abundance of medical spa services from Botox, Filler, mircroneedling, facial peels, IV therapy, and more! If you are staying at the Hyatt they will even go to your room and do in room service IV therapy. You are greeted by such warm and welcoming staff. It’s such a comforting feeling to be treated by medical professionals who demonstrate such a passion in what they do. Definitely recommend booking with Kalologie! I definitely will be coming back!
