I called and tried to set up an appointment. I could not understand the receptionist due to her very thick accident. Even when asking questions regarding the spa hours and appointment set ups she seem bothered. I had arrived 10 minutes late which is completely my fault. She only gave me a 20 minute span to arrive and I didn’t make it on time. Upon arrival she told me she could not offer me any services. Which is completely understandable. All around I just didn’t appreciate the way I was treated and spoken to.I hope they read this review and improve their customer service.

STAY AWAY from this place! The women that works there is demanding tips like it’s mandatory while providing a terrible massage and service. In case u try to get the mandatory tip back she’ll physically attack you. Btw all the good reviews are from previous owner so don’t let it mislead you.

STAY AWAY! Barbaric Terrible experience, Not clean, bad smell, poor massage skills, they skip over many areas and will physically assault you if you are not satisfied and don't give enough tip.

They did their Job! got both our knots out. Only thing was is, usually my BF knocks out during his massage session but this time he was wide awake cause the massuse kept asking "is that okay?, breath in!, is it too hot?, Breath in, how does that feel? breath in". Scrub shower was new to us (which we enjoyed!) but it wasn't thoroughly explained in the begining.

awk expirence. it was an ok massage and awesome body scrub which is why they get 3 stars but the whole experience was kind of awk. when first walking in the place smelled of dirty diapers .... but they had really good reviews so we stood. trying to convey what i wanted was a hassle. they dont speak english but i understood just trying to ear a living so i tried my hardest to cooperate and they had me talk into google translate which was awkward. the massage was mediocre not horrible but not the best. the full body scrub made my skin feel awesome. then it was over and we visited a place next door. these ladies really were looking for me and my partner for a T I P. but we didnt notice right away we left the place we were looking at and they're at the door saying we worked for u we need a tip i said huh??? i was trying to tell them i tipped on my card but they didnt get it so i gave them a ten and walked away.

I am writing because I had purchased a groupon for the 90 minute massage. I had called on 12/29 at 1037am to make an appointment for the same day and was given an appointment time of 7pm. I even called back at 630pm to confirm the appointment and ask if there was parking. I was told there is parking on site and to come in. When I arrived for the appointment, I was met by Alice and she informed me that the other person had left just 20 minutes before arriving for our appointment. When I informed of making the appointment, she apologized and said that the only way she could help was to do two separate 90 minute massages. This defeated the purpose of doing a couple massage and would take 3 hours and leave the other person waiting for 90 minutes alone. Alice was apologetic and said that she could reschedule for 12/30 at 5pm and include body scrub and aromatherapy for the inconvenience. We said that's fine and that we would be back the next day for the couple massage. We then showed up at 445pm on 12/30 for our appointment only to see that it was closed. We called the business phone and left messages and am even sent the business an email. We waited until 5:30pm and no one showed for our 2nd appointment. I am now extremely upset and do not know how a business operates like this. I have now wasted 2 evenings planning for a relaxing massage only to be stressed out more by ten times then i was before. I have not been called back from messages left from yesterday and today and don't know how a business like this can stay open with this type of dysfunctional business operation.

I cannot speak to the actual massages because I never got my massage. I bought a Groupon and made an appointment for a 90 minute couples massage via email, as requested and got a confirmation. My husband and I drove 20 miles, arrived 15 minutes early to find the spa closed. The sign said open 10:00am-something, and it was 10:45am and our appointment was at 11:00am and the place was dark. I called the number and a gentleman said the masseuse would be there momentarily, not to worry. She showed up at 11:05 and looked confused. I told her we had an appointment for 11:00 and without an apology or anything she said sit here and walked away. I could hear her on the phone, she didn't come back to give us an update, just continued opening the spa, lighting candles, etc. Heard another phone call around 11:20, after which she came in to tell us that they didn't have record of our appointment and the additional masseuse wouldn't be there until 3pm, so we would have to wait or come back. THIS WAS THE ONLY OPTION OFFERED. Not, I could do one at a time, not, if you come back at a later time/date we will offer a complementary service, or additional time on the massage. No explanation for why our appointment hadn't been recorded or way to make it right. Just sorry, our mistake, too bad for you. There is actually another review on Groupon where someone's appointment wasn't recorded and they were left waiting. How many times does that have to happen before a company figures out how to stop making the same mistakes?? There are plenty of spa's that take care of their customers and give good massages, don't take your chances with this one.

I unfortunately had the worst massage experience of my life at this establishment. I did purchase a Groupon for a 90 min couples massage to be fair, so I wasn’t expecting amazing things, but this went way below my expectations. To start off, both therapists showed up about 15-17 minutes late. My partner said he had an amazing experience with his therapist but my therapist didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. She never touched my hands or feet and spent about half of the time just pushing on random muscles. It hurt quite a bit in some spots. At one point she said “Be right back.” And physically left the building to go out to the parking lot... in the middle of my massage.. And didn’t return for a good 5-7 minutes, so I was just sitting there staring off into space, listening to my partner enjoy his massage while I had nothing. It was very awkward. She then didn’t stay an extra 15 minutes, as she should have, to make up for showing up late. But the other therapist did, so again, I was sitting there for 15 solid minutes listening to my partner enjoy his massage while I had nothing. Again, very awkward. I heard her phone constantly going off during and it felt like she was replying to messages with one hand while she was giving my massage! I had some pain in my shoulder and I left with more pain than I had before the massage. She talked a fair bit during the massage. Her voice was quite distinctively loud and irritating, which I know isn’t her fault, but to be so loud in what is supposed to be a relaxing massage really threw me off. It really was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had and I’m really disappointed in this specific therapist.

This place is awesome!! The best massage I've ever have for last 3 months. Very calm and supper clean. The best part of it is the Bodyscrub. Love it and I will be back soon with my friends.
