Just saw a news story on YouTube about a lady going to the hospital via ambulance due to false butt injections. When the reporter asked what license do you have the owner said she was a phlebotomist, which doesn’t give the right to do these type of medical procedures. If it’s to good to be true then it’s probable a scam do your research before you end up botched.

I just recently purchased two rolls of magic tape and couldn’t get through a whole 24 hours because it started burning my skin once I was able to get it off my skin had blisters and burns on my stomach, sides and back

I wish I could give zero stars! Worst customer service experience in my life! I bought this set from her store in June. The set costed me over $60 it was actually almost $70….it was a body tape and detox drink. A product that I was very excited to try. I waited a whole month to get this product. The packaging was terrible, but i was thinking okay trust the process. I go to wrap the tape around my body, at the same time watching her TikTok tutorials on how to do this. I go to work for a few hours it starts burning my skin, it starts burning really bad where it was nearly unbearable at work. This is a tape that’s suppose to stay on your body for 10 days and I only got to wear it for one…. I go home after work and start to very careful try to pull it off with oil and micellar water and I noticed as I was pulling I had blisters forming all over my skin where the tape was. I felt kinda bad for buying a product that was so expensive that I couldn’t even use so I emailed the website for Kaotic Von. After asking what they could do about this problem, I was told by the owner that they pretty much were not going to do anything. No returns, no refunds, not even an offer to a different product. So as far as I am concerned the way the conduct business is terrible, they don’t care about the customer they only care about making money. Now I have a scar on my rib cage from a bigger blister that their product caused me. So if you have sensitive skin guess what there’s nothing that they are willing to do to make the customer happy. Shame on them. I let them know that I personally won’t sue them for damaging my skin permanently but they might want to fix the issue before someone else does! Caution before buy!

Just reading some of the reviews...That's why aftercare is so important man...when you get any treatment you have to make sure your house/bathroom is clean!!! Trust me I knowwww! Based on what I see, It looks like overall the people love this company! Its hard to find black companies with an overall high satisfaction rate. You know us black women/men can be a trip lol!!!! In regards to the license thingy, they have it, it just needed to be transferred to GA right? So she technically has all the credentials to effectively operate, right??? RIGHT!!!!! lol Im booking my appointment for next week!!! Its horrible how people run with anything...lol

My girlfriend ordered the magic tape and was highly dissatisfied. It left a lot of glue adhesive stuck onto her skin after taking off the tape and it was also very painful for her to take off as it ripped off some of her skin as well. It also had a weird smell to it from the beginning . She now has some bruises left on her from how much pulling it took to unwrap her. Gave two stars because their customer service team responds very well.

Wonderful staff, they where very nice and the shop was very clean, I got a body wrap and the service was very professional and fast very affordable and the people were very Intelligent and informative I highly recommend there services.

Kv is very nice, pleasant and professional. I got the tape wrap service and in less than 24 hrs later, I took my spouse so that he could get the service too. She offers a lot of different services that I will definitely try in the future. I know that she tends to be quite busy, however I would just like to perhaps see internet web questions or concerns answered within 24 hrs via email or call if it’s in reference to a prior service.
