I've been with this Spa nearly as long as I've lived in FL (4 yrs) - The very best. Carmen's facials will have you looking 20 years younger. Natalya is very personable, nice and experienced. You will receive the best of care. Come and find out for yourself!!

I had put a 1 star review prior, but I deleted it and am writing a new and updated review because Natalya is fantastic and fixed the issue! I needed correction to my lips after a problem with Biogel injections I received years ago. For some reason only a couple of weeks after getting a full syringe of filler in the treatment area, the asymmetry returned. Natalya invited me back to fix it and now they look so much better. She is a great practitioner and she strives to make her clients happy! Highly recommend her!

Natalya is amazing practitioner, very talented! My lips are still naturally plumped and looking great. Carmen is also so friendly, the atmosphere and interaction is very inviting. Very blessed to have found Natalya in Jax, don’t have to travel 5 hours to Miami anymore.

i’m updating my review as they’ve raised the bar even higher!! i’ve had my lips done a couple times and the level of skill, understanding, and patience from natalya is outstanding. she’s been so kind throughout my correction process (severely botched elsewhere) and never once made me feel bad regardless of how much of a pain it’s been. cannot recommend or thank them enough. truly the best, so so SO grateful.

I had such a great experience at Kapriz Medical Spa. Natalya is an amazing at fillers and muscle relaxants. I also had my first chemical peel ever there and had wonderful results. For a week after the peel, either Natalya or Carmen checked on me every day to see how I was doing. They are both caring and also very encouraging! I live out of state, but Kapriz is my go to! Thank you ladies!

I would recommend Kapriz to everyone. Before coming to Natalya my eyebrows were uneven from prior injections and my treatment would wear off after 6-8 weeks. Natalya is very knowledgeable and skilled,she understands exactly where and how much to inject . My experience has been so positive I drive an hour to see her and its worth it! My husband even commented on the noticeable difference in my appearance!

I recently visited Kapriz Med Spa and had an outstanding experience! Natalya handled my Botox, and initially I was nervous as the last injector I had visited suggested only 30 units while Natalya suggested 80. She took the time to understand my concerns and her expertise made me feel completely at ease. She tailored the treatment perfectly to my face shape and the 80 units were EXACTLY what I needed. I also had a hydrofacial with Carmen, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. My skin felt rejuvenated and looked radiant afterward. She suggested products I could incorporate into my routine but was never pushy like so many can be. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, making the atmosphere truly relaxing. I highly recommend Kapriz Med Spa for anyone looking for top-notch services. I can’t wait for my next visit in December!

I was the lucky raffle winner who won lip filler. I had the most pleasant experience start to finish. Natalya was so friendly and engaging and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. She took her time and was meticulous in making sure they looked just right. The spa is beautifully designed and I can’t wait to come back and try more services.

Kapriz is amazing. They took the time out to explain everything in detail and they actually care about their patients and what their patients are looking for and what their goals are. They are not pushy and I am so happy I found my new place after a year of searching for the perfect place after a few injections that were done by someone else that I was not happy with. Had a great experience here, painless and beautiful. Will definitely return for Natalya! Here to edit my review from 8 months ago. Initially I was extremely happy as I got greeted by 2 nice women who seemed credible and trustworthy. I should've seen the red flags at check out when they offer a discount in return for a 5 star review. The first impression was good so I said okay why not. Fast forward to now, my upper lip injection was extremely over done. The filler has slowly migrated above my lip line leaving the"duck" effect and causing a deep line above my mouth every time I smile. I'm now having to get this filler dissolved and re done else where wasting $$$$. I woudlnt recommend this establishment for lip fillers after my experience

I've been seeing Natalya for about 3 yrs now for fillers. She is knowledgeable, professional and patient. She answers all your questions and make you feel comfortable. I always leave llooking and feeling like a younger 74-year-old.

Natalya did Botox around my eyes back in February and I was waiting to see how long it lasts. ;) it's been over 5 months and only now it's starting to slowly disappear. This was the first time in my life doing Botox and I was a little scared, but Natalya explained everything so well and also the difference between different product and she applied Botox absolutely painlessly! The result was visible in about 2 weeks and it blew my mind to be honest. The difference was amazing. I'm definitely coming back!
