I have been going to KARA Spa for at least 20 years. Alicia is the best as is her daughter Korri. They are more than a fabulous spa owners they are truly my friends. They give the best facials ever! Please try. You will not be disappointed. I will give more than 5 stars if I could👍

Truly a wonderful experience. I purchased the Ultimate Package for my wife as a gift and couldn’t have been happier with our day. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming and every single service was more than we could have ever asked for. We will be back!

Best Day ever!! This was a first Spa experience for my Mom and myself. We drove from NC to Kara Spa because of their excellent Google Reviews. It was worth every minute of our drive to get here. I especially loved the spa facial!! Alicia put a lightening agent on my dark spots and it did miraculous things to my skin... The not so much liked aspect of my trip was my very first waxing! Alicia again set my mind at ease and helped me through the experience, which turns out, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The results AMAZING!!! And Kori was absolutely a delight to have as well. She gave me and my Mom the best travel advice as well!! Thanks again ladies for such a great day! We WILL BE BACK!!

I had one of the best massages I have ever received with Meredith this week. She gave mea sinus and head massage with beautiful smelling aromatherapy oil. Then immediately after she proceeded into the signature massage. She was responsive, caring, and really worked the tension out of my body. She was excellent and I highly recommend her services. I'm excited for my next (even longer) massage!

I have been going to Meredith for a couple of years now and she is amazing. I like a lot of pressure and she is able to accommodate it, even for an hour and a half massage. I highly recommend her!

This was my first spa experience and I was extremely pleased! I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but each staff member made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. The atmosphere is relaxing, and I found myself dozing off several times😊. I had the Renewal Day package and it was worth every penny!! Kara Spa was the perfect addition to our Girls Weekend. I look forward to visiting the next time I'm in town.

I came here with my partner. I absolutely loved every minute of my massage. They are very easy to book online. They had Saturday appts as well which I loved since I’m so busy throughout the week. The staff was very professional and helpful and the champagne was a very nice touch. Defiantly will be back and I am now a permanent customer. I highly recommend coming here.

Korri has done my pedicures and facials that I've had at Kara spa, and she's fantastic! The pedicure is the best I've ever had, my feet are healed and so soft. The facial was amazing, and her knowledge on skin care is so helpful. Above all, Korri is so personable, fun, and hilarious. I loved talking to her, and have never had a service before where I just chatted the whole time. I loved it! She's really great, and I will be a return customer!! Thank you

Spa’s are my favorite and I enjoy being pampered! I have been to spa’s all over the US and world. This is one of the best kept secrets in Greenville. It started with the ease of booking an appointment. I received a confirmation email as well as a text of my appointment time. When you walk into this warm inviting spa, you are greeted by a friendly staff member who just wants you to have the best experience possible. After changing into the softest robe I have ever put on to the refreshments were perfect. The first question the aesthetician asked was what I didn’t like about my skin and what would I want to change....I have never been asked that question before. She laid out a plan of what we could accomplish. Next my massage was excellent....she asked what I would like to focus on during the massage either the spots that were causing me trouble, a relaxing massage or a little of both. I choose both and I left the room feeling wonderful. I never felt rushed. The little gift shop has some of the coolest items. I left after my day feeling like a million dollars. I don’t live in Greenville full time but the next time I am here I will book this hidden jewel again! You won’t be disappointed.

I have been getting facials, peels, and microdermabrasion from Alicia for years. Every visit is relaxing, comfortable and refreshing! Everyone at KaraSpa is very professional. I wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else! Highly recommended!!

I absolutely love Meredith and KARA spa! I have been getting massages from Meredith since before she joined the KARA spa team, when she was located in Charlotte and I make it a point to see her every time I am in Greenville for work! Meredith’s hands are magic and her deep tissue work gets all the knots and tension I hold in my neck and upper back from my stressful job! KARA spa has such an inviting and relaxing atmosphere, it’s everything that you are looking for when you are wanting to be pampered!!!

I booked a massage for my husband for his birthday at Kara Spa. Meredith worked with me on specific dates/times I needed for the massage. My husband said his massage was very relaxing, the staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was peaceful. They also gave him a discount for being a first responder, something we appreciate. We’ll definitely return to Kara Spa for massages and relaxation in the future. Thanks again!

I never leave reviews but I absolutely had to leave one after my prenatal massage with Meredith today. Hands down this was the best massage I have ever had and I have had memberships at Massage Envy and other places throughout the years. I even had a prenatal massage months ago that was double the price of what I paid today and it was not enjoyable. Meredith made sure I was relaxed the entire time and not only that the price was amazing!!!!!! I was actually able to relax and enjoy my prenatal massage. She took her time and remembered everything I told her when it came to my problem areas. I will definitely be coming back to see Meredith and will make sure to tell as many people as I can about the amazing experience I had today!!!

My husband and I did the Day of Kara for our anniversary present to each other. This was the best day! Each treatment we received was exactly as described on the website. The service from all the ladies at Kara was amazing. Our lunch was so good and just what we needed!
