I started going there 9 months ago, and Karen has been the best stylist I ever had until now. It’s the first time someone styles my hair in a way that doesn’t go all over the place when growing. It’s also the first time someone understands my hair even though I had given up on that ever happening. I have a job that requires my hair to be looking good all the time and now I feel that I don’t need to worry anymore. Huge plusses: no one tries to sell you products, Karen is super quick and you’re in and out in no time. If you want to talk, she talks, and if you want quiet, she’s quiet, so she’s really good at reading the room and going with what her clients want. Also her prices are the most competitive EVER. And she’s kind, cool, and open minded.

Karen did my hair and it turned out wonderful!! I absolutely love my hair! She was friendly and helpful which made it an even better experience. Karen is very skilled in her work. I definitely recommend.

Heat damaged my hair and does know how to long layers and angles to frame your face. They were convenient and polite but my hair is ruined until it grows out.

I called last minute to get my hair done for a wedding the next day. I was so very pleased with my updo. Karen hid my bald spots on top of my head and blended the in coming gray beautifully with the brown. I highly recommend Karen to do your hair for your special event!

Had a great experience with Peggy. My hair can be kind of tricky to cut but she did a fantastic job and I'm very happy with how it turned out! I'll definitely be back :)

It was my first time visiting this place. Cheryl was absolutely amazing; she is a professional. She literally fixed my hair completely and changed it into something beautiful. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place is clean and I LOVE my hair.

Best hair in Roxborough. Friendly, clean salon with Wi-Fi. Karen, Cheryl and Peggy are all very experienced, top notch stylists and they're all about making their clients happy & beautiful. The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, cheery - nothing snobby or stuck up like so many salons. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I started getting my hair cut by Peggy at Karen's Hair Boutique about a year ago. She is an excellent hair stylist and very open to me showing her a hair style I like on my tablet (they have WiFi). The shop has recently been renovated and it's always happily busy with lots of conversations & buzz from the friendly stylists & customers. I love this salon!

Nice staff, little waiting but always better to call for an appointment. Karen has been cutting hair for almost forty years and always does a great job! Whenever I am in Philadelphia I always have her cut my hair.
