Do NOT go to this places honestly the lack of professionalism is out of line. I was getting my lashes done by Nancy & honestly 0/5 the work was alright but she is so unprofessional. On my previous appointments I always took my kids with me. My last appointment my daughter had pull an egg from a Easter decoration which I offer to pay for (it was $10 tops) Nancy said no need but the following appointment not only did she texted me around 11pm to remind me she also said the owner of the salon, Karla, had put a new “policy” in place of no kids allow in the salon. I of course put two & two together & told her I was not going to go to my appointment at the original time so if that was the case it had to be a later appointment she agree to do 6pm so when I showed up she tried to say I’d never confirm our appointment which was a lie. When I said that I had she cut me off saying “well I have to leave” I decided to reached out to them so call owner and the “policy” was a lie. The owner also is super unprofessional I texted her about booking an appointment to get my moms hair done & she took OVER a week to reply, didn’t even apologize for the EXTREMELY LATE reply.

Like another person said below, if I could give this business a zero, I would. We were supposed to see Emily at 4:00 and she didn't show up at all. She actually called us 30 minutes into our supposed appointment time and said she's on her way, she's just stuck in traffic due to a wreck. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They really just wasted our time. Very unprofessional. I don't know how this place is still in business. Owner should talk to the employees about respecting their clients because sooner than later, they won't have any. Will never go here again.

If I could give a 0 I would. First red flag was that she didn’t even show up for my confirmed appointment. Completely forgot about me. Came back two hours later when she could fit me in. I have dark brown hair. I asked for a gold balayage. I left with SILVER HAIR! The silver was from them over processed my hair! The over processing damaged my hair and started breaking off! When I complained about it, she kept blaming me saying it turned out that way because I “box colored” my hair before. I kept telling them I hadn’t colored my hair in almost 2 years but they still refuse to believe me. I asked for balayage and no joke, my roots were my natural dark hair and then 5 inches lower of the silver. No blending. A straight line! I asked for a refund. They refused. Even the customer next to me asked me if that’s what I wanted & told me she was sorry. Don’t make the same mistake I did and go elsewhere.
