Bad experience for me. I had a technician, called Star, that put on a full new set of hybrids that fell out very fast. I got them for my birthday; I just moved to Newnan so that is why I tried a new lash salon. Star dropped glue in my eye, which stung my eyes. The Lashes turned out looking fine, but they were 90% gone after just two nights of normal sleep. They looked horrible and were falling out in my pillow and sink in clumps. I have had Lashes from many shops and technicians before and for years, and this never happened to me until Star did my Lashes. I know how to aftercare to make them last, and I usually only need fill-ins every 3-4 weeks. Just a guess, but I have a hunch that the humidity level in the shop is too high because they also do hair services that increases humidity maybe. Humidity has to be 45-60% for best results when applying lash glue. High levels affect the glue drying time. I paid Star $170 for hybrid full set, but those Lashes she did looked so terrible on my birthday. When I complained about the terrible result, to the owner of Kat Eyes, she kinda acted as if she did not believe me and kept saying Star is a great technician. She offered the same technician to re-do the Lashes or a $30 gift card so I told them to keep their money. There is no desire to return for additional risk of bad results. While I do not need the money I spent back and never asked for it back, it seems like more equitable compensation for the poor results should have been offered if Lashes are totally gone within a couple days. That's very short even for someone rough on lash extensions and not doing proper aftercare. Not normal.

Amanda Lancaster who works independently the the shop is the best. Coloring my is always perfect very satisfied. I recommend her to anyone who needs a new hair stylist.

It was my second time going to Kat Eyes. My lash technician Kortney, did an amazing job. I’m not hard to please but you really do have to deserve a 5 star to get one from me. Kortney, you deserve that 5 star and than some. Keep up the great work. I will be back. I’ve found my lash technician.

Beautiful atmosphere! Kat did my lashes and she did the best job. I've my lashes done a few times before and they didn't last. Well, I have to tell you I have not been disappointed, they have lasted great so far!!

Love this place. Drove two hours for my eyelashes, eyebrow wax and tent but well worth it. Love the atmosphere of this place. The ladies were so wonderful and welcoming..Fully recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.These ladies are truly AMAZING.. I repeat I LOVE this place..😀😍🤩

I Adore Katrina ! She’s the Best of the Best !! Go see her you won’t regret it. I drive about 97 miles to see her!! She does great eyeliner and eyebrows. I love getting up every day and not having to put brows and eyeliner on ❤️❤️

I will forever be a customer. Today was my first time getting eyebrows threaded at this location and omg I am in loooovvveee! They actually look arch. Miss Katrina did a awesome job and made me feel very comfortable. Love the decor and set up.

I got my first set of lashes done at Kat Eyes. Maddie was very professional & explained everything that she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable & the atmosphere was very relaxing. The playlist was on point as well! I will definitely be going back!

Loved my experience at Kat Eyes! I got a lash lift and the lady that did it, who’s name was Ashton, was very nice and very helpful with all the questions I had about the lash lift. She also talked with me through everything as it was happening! Ladies who work here are very qualified what know what they’re doing! You will have a great experience at Kat Eyes and definitely won’t regret the results!

My lash lift didn’t take the first time but Maddie and Kat were willing to find a solution to my problem. They were able to squeeze me in a couple of days later to redo it and wow wow wow the results!!! I love my lashes! Thank you so much! The customer service is amazing and they are all super sweet. I will be returning!

Wonderful quality work and amazing customer service. It was a pleasure to spend the day with these girls! Ashton worked miracles on my hair and Maddie totally transformed my lashes.
