Lisa does a fantastic job on my nails! I have been wearing nails for 42 years, and Lisa is the only tech out of literally over a hundred salons, that does my dip nails and they stay on for 3 weeks! This last time I went 23 days, which is the FIRST time ever!!! I am very pleased with her excellent work!! She recently went on an extended vacation, and came back to do my nails with a brand new gel product, and it is equally as beautiful as the work she has always done for me! Outstanding work and service provided here!!! ❤️😁

First time going here and Lisa did the best job on my nails. She is sweet and personable. I like that she always confirms exactly what you want to do. I will definitely keep this place as my go to.

I’ve been coming to Kate Nails & Lashes for about 4 months, and I’ve always been extremely happy with my nails and eyebrows. I get the dipped nails, and for the first time, I’ve been able to grow my natural nails longer than ever before. They last at least 3 weeks! Whether I’ve set an appointment or walked in, I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve also never been happier with my eyebrows. The shape is amazing, and I even dyed them slightly to match my hair (since they’re usually a bit lighter), so I no longer have to fill them in. I no longer have to worry about them at all. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I love Kate Nails. They are kind and compassionate and they do a wonderful job. I love Lisa for lash extensions and Emily to do my beautiful ombré nails. It’s a full service salon, but a homey feel.

I went in for a full set, the lady who did my nails really nice but the work in my nails was really bad!! I paid 55 for this, she hurt my nails a multiple times not happy whit this service at all really bad

I get so many compliments on my nails and eyelashes.. the people here are absolutely amazing and professional. They nail it every time.. no pun intended haha but yes quality services and reasonable price especially for the area being right next to downtown and Sloan’s. I needed a quick pedicure this evening just a quick pick me up. So I popped into Kate’s nails and lashes during my visit I was up sold on the pedicure, which is fine. Then the technician notice I need my nails done and insisted I got them done tonight. After all, I only needed a fill during my pedicure. The technician left several times to take care of other customers. I ended up getting my nails done because they said they had enough time and I thought how much can it be? I just need to fill and I had one broken nail. My tech did a really good job on my nails. When I went to go pay for my services, my bill was over $100. I chose a $50 pedicure, but did not realize that my fill and one nail fix would cost as much as a new set. I feel really overcharged and probably will not visit that salon again. I just looked at my charge and noticed they charged me over two dollars for some type of fee. I’ve never been charged taxes or fees at a nail salon.

Inexpensive, relaxing experience, always love the exfoliating and moisturizing with the standard pedicure. Fun music too, everyone is so nice, and you leave feeling refreshed as heck.

Damaged my nails beyond repair and made me bleed. I believed I was supposed to get an acrylic soak off as I had called earlier that morning and the owner said they could do it. However I waited 30 minutes after my set appointment time, and when i get in the chair they did the normal first couple steps and then proceeded to instead cut the nails off, taking the blade and cutting around the acrylic nails and ripping them off. I've never had a worse experience I cried in the parking lot from the pain. I honestly don't believe this was morally okay.

This place was not welcoming at all. The nail tech lady seemed angry and made me feel ill at ease. I understand there might be a language barrier but I felt she just wanted to do my nails and have me get the heck out of there. I will NOT return.
