Kate’s massages are the only way I’m able to manage my stress and chronic body pain. She intuitive with the body and works on areas thoroughly so that the root of the issue is solved. As a person who needs extreme pressure she is capable of massaging me really. It’s always a pleasure to go in and relax and feel rejuvenated after!

A lot to love with this hidden Gem. The space is unassuming and welcoming plus clean and well cared for. Kate is perfection! Her touch intuitive, her disposition genuine. She remembers you and it’s easy to feel at home. I leave feeling relaxed, reset and happy! It’s such a treat.

Massage has been a routine part of my self care for decades and the highly professional and therapeutically personalized treatment I've received are the very best I've ever had. Great location and warm, comfy vibes in the spa. Kate is super friendly and gave a great massage - listening to what I wanted and adding some really nice touches - hot stone, deep tissue, .... Will definitely go back!

I experienced the most glorious massage at Kate's Day Spa yesterday. Heather asked what kind of pressure I like - I like deep pressure and she delivered! The heated massage table was bliss as was the scent in the spa and treatment room. Heather was lovely and kind. I will definitely be back!

I have been getting massage from Heather Hardee for years, after discovering her via a gift certificate. Even when I forget to tell her where I most need relief she finds those areas, intuitively. I prefer deep, firm pressure and Heather consistently delivers. Kate is equally gifted--once Heather was unavailable, so I settled for Kate. Ha, it wasn't "settling"--she is just as strong and talented! I highly recommemend either of them. The spa itself has a soothing warm glow, and antique accents. I always look forward to the ambiance & tranquility. Since Covid, they've had to postpone steam baths. Once they feel safe to resume, I highly recommend a 15-30 min steam prior to massage. Absolutely heavenly! Added bonuses are their parking garage and easy online scheduling and/or rescheduling. I really love this spa!

I have been visiting Kate's day spa for the better part of a decade now, and I love it. It is impeccably clean, quiet, and Heather is an exceptional masseuse. I have been to the spa for pre-natal massages through both pregnancies, and I highly recommend those. I also felt safe going there during covid due to their masking protocols (still in place!), and the fact that they usually only have one person in the spa at a time. Kate's is my go to spa for massages! I highly recommend it.

I love Kate's! The massages I had here fixed a back problem caused by an accident when PT didn't help. They are very friendly and the spa itself is cozy and always scrupulously clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a massage in Seattle.

This is a wonderful place and I had an amazing massage from Heather. She got the pressure just right in all the right spots I asked for and more and did a great job on my psoas as well. Love the high ceilings and the temperature of the mattress as well as its softness which I found so comfortable after the pressure applied. Kate and Heather are veterans who understand the body well! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I tried a lot of places around town, and then I went to Kate's. I've now been coming here for almost 10 years, and no one lives up to Heather or Kate! Wonderful people, amazing massage of all kinds, and a lovely set up. This is one of the places that makes me love Seattle.

It was a great experience for my wife and I to visit this spa for our 5 year anniversary. The place is quaint, clean and reasonably priced. We had the foot mask service, but honestly it was the neck and head massage that stole the show for me; I nearly fell asleep snoring on the table! All in all, would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.
