Today , My fiancée and I went into the salon to get our nails done for our wedding that is currently in 2 days. I called and ensured that the salon was able to do the French Ombré Dip and was assured that it was possible and booked the appt. It seemed not one person in the salon knew how to do it but did attempt to try to do it and was not able to make it happen . After that they did switch and try to attempt to do a French ombré with acrylics and both my fiancée and is nails were nothing like the photos shown and after mentioning that there response was that they did not have time to fix THEIR mistake. We drove a long distance to their salon based off the photos online but the overall experience was terrible . Wouldn’t recommend at all. Most definitely should have read the reviews prior. Now here we are sitting in OC Nails ( who took us on the spot no questions asked ) ( Love OC nails for that , definitely recommend them) and paying additional money to fix THEIR mistake that they didn’t have time to do. Absolutely unacceptable and terrible customer service. No consideration to how important our nails would be for our wedding.

If you want great nails this is an excellent choice! I live locally and have tried many salons and prefer Katie's Nails. Friendly and professional staff, clean salon and talented nail techs. 💅

Made an appointment for 5 of us for my moms birthday, they got us in 10 minutes sooner than our appointment, saw all of us at once (all doing different stuff), and did a fabulous job! My mom was so happy with the work!

Katie's has been my go-to salon in the valley for manis for a couple of years now, but I just had my first pedi here - and can honestly say that my feet haven't been this soft and smooth since I was born. Highly recommend!! 😊

They were kinda rude and the guy who did my nails cut my cuticle and made it bleed. He didn't apologize, and just let it bleed for a while before telling me to wash my hands. Then they charged us a lot more than what the menu said the nail services were supposed to be. I will be going to another salon next time.

I have been getting my nails done for years and Katie’s nails is the best salon I’ve ever been to and I’m so glad I live here now! I was in the salon with the women who had her toes done and put shoes on while they were still wet. Katie offered to fix them for her, but the customer wanted her money back. I’m not one to usually say anything or write reviews but I just had to this time as I was there when this occurred. Katie is a wonderful and smart business woman and I appreciate her and her team!

I went to a different nail salon and was not happy. They didn’t do a good job in my opinion, then my friend took me to Katie at Katie’s nails. Not only did she fix my nails, I was super happy how great they look! I will definitely be going back there from now on. THANK YOU KATIE❤️

Katie and her staff are the BEST!!! I have been going to her salon for 2.5 years because I spent weekends fixing up our 2nd home in the MWV. When I am not in the MWV area for the weekend I actually drive from Hampton NH to see her. The one time I tried going elsewhere to save a 5hr roundtrip drive on a Saturday I really regretted it. No one does nails better than Katie (and I've been to kany salo s in my 10+ years of having gel nails), plus the salon is clean, all of the staff are friendly & do a great job. Katie even knows all of her repeat customers by name. Katie Nails is worth a 5 hour drive to me if you are in the Mount Washington Valley there's no where else to go!!!

I got a basic pedicure and the employee somehow cut my toe above the nail! He didn't say anything to me and I didn't notice it until I was under the dryer. I immediately disinfected the wound and hopefully I don't get an infection! I also did not feel that the polish was applied nice enough for what I paid! I have been to many salons throughout the state and other than it being clean and a short wait on a weekend, I was very unimpressed with everything else at this location!

Appt for mani/pedi. Opted for the “DELUXE ” pedi. Nothing “DELUXE”abt it. Shortest pedi, EVER. The “DELUXE” pedi was 23 mins, total. Is the regular pedi 12 mins long ?!?! He didn’t cut my toenails evenly. Really lame massage. I didn’t even proceed w/mani. Don’t bother, not worth it. I feel like bc I have natural nails he put in zero effort. I’ll go to another place in the Valley for my mani/pedi next time. I realize it’s Summer but that’s why I made appt so it wouldn’t be rushed.

Me and a friend of mine were here for a bachelor party. We decided to get a little treatment. As soon as we walked through the door the were very welcoming and charismatic. The whole experience was well worth the while. I highly recommend. I will be back in the future.

Went in to Katie's Nails yesterday Wednesday 7/10 to get a gel manicure, the gentleman that was sitting right in front of the door took my appointment. He filed my fingernails so hard the corners of my fingers burned after I left and still little red marks on the corners of my fingers today that burn, I said ouch and he said "relax your hand !" And gave my hand a shake.. basically blaming me for his roughness and hurting me.Today Thursday 7/11 two of my nails have peeled at the top, he rushed me out without the proper layers and drying time. I always give a $10 tip and for the first time ever I left without leaving a tip at all!

Had a 1:00 appointment for four two manicures two pedicures did not get seated for pedicure until 1:50 I had Amy she cut my cuticles five different times actually bled once if you're looking for a manicure pedicure do not go there bad customer service

Update: the owner reached out to me to offer a discount - appreciate the customer service and would give this place another chance! Disappointed overall. Pedicure was the most lackluster one I’ve ever had - cold water, the nail tech spent less than 2 min on my nails and never did my cuticles, the “massage” was 30 seconds of him lightly rubbing lotion on one spot on my foot Manicure also was rough - no cuticle treatment, a bowl of freezing cold water for my hands, never asked what shape I wanted my nails and then after I asked made them jagged and uneven and cut them short without me asking Would recommend heading somewhere else there’s a bunch of other places nearby.

I came in for manicure with clear polish. My appointment was rushed and I left with wet nails. I came home and took the ruined polish off.

Katie’s is the only place to go to get your nails done. However, appointments can be hard to get and don’t always start on time. They are usually very gracious about any delays, and do their best, so just plan ahead with this in mind. You may need to give yourself an extra 20-30 minutes to be out on time, especially during the busy season.

The worst pedicure that I’ve ever had. It took all of 10 minutes, a couple of seconds of scrubbing, my nails were never trimmed, the massage part was over in 2 minutes and the application of polish came out messy.

After being turned away from another nail place because they were booked solid ( no one in the salon...) I went over to Katie's. I was visiting the area and was a walk-in. They told me 15 minutes but it was only about 5, at this very busy, smaller salon. Excellent spa pedi and mani. When I'm back in the area, I will go again! If I lived here, I'd be a regular!!

I am absolutely ecstatic about the artsy nails Katie gave me. I had a very high pressure meeting to attend and I wanted to feel the most confident I could going into that meeting and I gave a picture to Katie of how I wanted my nails to look. Dark pine trees in front of a vague Forest behind with a few birds here and there. Katie nailed it. Her representation and art were beyond the picture I had given her that I had found in a magazine. Katie was fun and engaging during our appointment and I could not have had things turn out better. Thank you so much! Katie

I called ahead for an appt for a pink and white fill. I did arrive 5 mins late, but wasn’t taken for another 35 mins. I would not recommend this salon for acrylics. They did not seem familiar with them and did not know what a fill vs full set was. They charged me $70 for a fill, which I normally pay $45 for. When I questioned them, they had to call someone for help and ended up giving me $10 back, but the prices on the board stated $45 for a fill.

I went with my mom for a girls day and the guy that did her pedicure scrubbed her toes so hard that they were bleeding and he was just watching tv the whole time so he wasn’t focused into his job

Katie is talented and pleasant to have give a manicure. She works well with many different designs and custom work. They came out amazing, I am beyond thrilled.
