Literally had the BEST experience here. First time client here and Kristina (@texasmanetamer on Instagram) got me feeling confident and looking so good! Awesome balayage on dark asian hair. She fixed a disaster done elsewhere and somehow turned it into something beautiful. The manager was so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%

I have used Brittney Cantu many of times now and every time I walk out feeling amazing. She takes her time and you can tell that she cares and has a good eye. Honestly, I’m just truly grateful that I found her.

I absolutely love Rain at Katour's Salon! She is hands down the best hairdresser in the Fort Worth area. I have been a loyal client for over 3 years now, and I can confidently say that I trust no one else with my hair. Moving to a new place is always a struggle, especially when it comes to finding a new hairdresser. But luckily, I stumbled upon Rain and she has been my go-to ever since. She is a blonde specialist, and let me tell you, she works magic on my locks. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also has a great personality. She always makes me feel comfortable and listens to exactly what I want. I appreciate that she takes the time to understand my hair and gives me her expert opinion on what would look best.

The service is ok. They are friendly and do a good job. It is a bit overpriced for what you get. There are several people working here. There is no overall manager from what I can tell. Everyone seems to rent a space and run their own place. That seems ok until you have a problem with the service. There is usually lots of talking among workers in the shampoo area. Mostly professional.

Ashley gave me exactly the haircut I was looking for! After experiencing a lot of postpartum hair loss, and subsequent thinning, I needed a change and wanted to freshen up my look. I am super pleased with the cut, and feel the best I’ve felt about myself since before I got pregnant!

Chelsea Wagoner at Katour Salon in Fort Worth did makeup and lashes for a few of us before a recent family celebration. She listened to our special requests and did such a great job. None of us had experience wearing lashes but she selected sets that looked natural and showed up great in photos. The lashes and makeup lasted all night even though it was 105 degrees outside. We looked as fresh at the end of the party as we did when it began. Chelsea is an artist and a sweetheart and I highly recommend her!

I was referred to this salon to go see the stylist Brittani Hill. Looked her up on the IG to see what she could do. I have now changed my mind. I will be taking my curls elsewhere. Working in the service industry there should ALWAYS be a want to make your clients happy. After the display she made she failed to please her client and continued to argue her “professionalism” instead.

RAIN IS THE BEST HAIRSTYLIST EVER!!!! i just moved here in july and have not been able to find someone who is truly educated in their craft the way she is. I drive 45 mins to get my extensions and color done by her and it’s worth every mile!!! this salon is also super clean and is a very relaxing environment!

You guys are very hard to get a hold of. I called twice, no answer, even left a voicemail and never heard back. I called a third time and finally got ahold of someone but was told they needed to text all the stylists to see their schedules before I could book and that I’d recieve a call back. Obviously I never got a call back. Very unprofessional especially when you don’t have an online booking service available- you need to be answering and returning calls. The location is very convenient and the shopping center is very upscale but since I’m not able to book an appointment I wont be going here.

Degrading a client in front of other customers instead of offering advice on how to fix her hair? Guess that’s what they do here? Because that’s what Rain did to my wife today who’s been unable to have her hair serviced and wasn’t aware of how to properly maintain the style. Hope this isn’t a trend but that’s very unprofessional and unforgivable.
