Sophia cut my bangs and trim my hair as well. She was very sweet and professional. Customer service was great, my newborn was not having it and the other ladies offered to carry her while I got my hair done. Will definitely go back.

I only went in for a quick brow & lip wax since I was in the area. The ladies were very friendly & squeezed me in shortly before closing time, which I was very grateful for. Kelly did my wax & I enjoyed chatting with her. The salon is beautiful! I will definitely be back again for other services.

Brittany did a fabulous job on my haircut! I think I learned more in that hour I was with her than I ever have with other stylists. She also made me feel really good about my hair in general. We have a plan now to help my hair continue to grow out the way I want it to. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you again, Brittany!

Angie always delivers on my haircuts. I have fine curly hair and somehow she makes it cute every single cut. Nice front desk staff is always a plus!

Brittany is amazing! She is the stylist for my whole family (brother, sister and mom). She really listened to what I was trying to achieve, gave me a great cut and made sure I could style it when I went home. She goes above and beyond to provide a fantastic experience.

Brittany is the sweetest! She has been doing my hair for a few years now and is so accommodating to my crazy schedule. I especially love the scalp massages at Katrina Salon, and am glad I found this place!

Just realized they deleted my original review.. not an honest business now are they? Just a reminder to everyone not to go here, they fried my hair off. I asked for a test strand beforehand and Kelly had told me no, she knew how to do her job. I was blonde my entire life, I think I know about a test strand being necessary after getting highlights/balayages done for 6 years of that. Especially on naturally fine hair. I heard her say that 30 volume developer was used as well, which was WAY too harsh on my hair. Couple years later and my hair is STILL healing from the bleach damage and I was forced to go brunette (the damage was very high up on my head and frankly I wasn’t willing to do a pixie cut to remove all the damage evenly). Charged full price too, as well as for a treatment afterward. I have some personal beef with this salon after that! Not looking for money now though, just trying to prevent anyone else from having their hair destroyed. It was devastating. If they delete this review I will post again :)

Love this salon! Everyone is so friendly and the salon itself is very cute. I’ve seen Chelsea for a few years now and she does such an amazing job with my hair always making sure that I’m perfectly happy with my cut. Highly recommend!

Very well kept and comfortable facility. Book an appointment with courtney shes amazing! I have a unique hairstyle and she brought my idea to life 10x better than what i envisioned. Couldnt be more pleased with her work and im stoked to go back for all future hair endeavors. Rest assured with courtney your hair is in good hands!

I've been going there for about a year now for pedicures. I called to make my next appointment and was told they no longer do pedicures. OK no one mentioned this at my last appointment and no one called me when they made this decision. Low level service. I won't be back.

The service at Katrina’s has been amazing always. Brittany and Chelsea both are great. The reason I am writing this review is because of the way everyone went out of their way today to help me while I am still hobbling around on my boot recovering from a fracture. From opening the door, helping me up and down the stairs, helping me maneuver the chair at the wash area, they were truly extremely kind! Thank you!
