Do not go to this place. Very unprofessional and they will mess up your face if you let them. Thank God I saw the level of unprofessionalism and mistakes in their techniques early enough to walk out. There was no apologies and only blank stares which tells me they knew that I knew that they do not know what they are doing. Its not my first time at a medispa and I knew something is off here. StayAway!

If I could, I would give 0 stars to Dr. Thampoe, but unfortunately it’s not possible. On Friday November 10, I went to Katy Medi Spa to get dysport around my eyes and forehead. She did not take pictures, did not ask me to smile or do gesticulations to see exactly where she would apply the injections, her technique to apply the injections was very different from the other spas I’ve been to. I went home with a headache and my eyes felt puffy. After 3 days my eyes didn’t get any better. I have folds under my eyes and wrinkles that I did not have before. I contacted the doctor on Monday and she told me to go to the spa to get checked. she made me wait for more than 1 hour just to tell me that she didn’t know what happened, she told me that maybe I hadn’t slept well and that’s why my eyes looked like that. She did not say anything else and walked out of the room and send one of the receptionists to tell me that they will give me $50 dollars back, which I did not accept and asked her to tell Dr. Thampoe that I was not happy with her “solution”and they said they will contact me first thing the next day. The following day no one called me, I had to call them and explain my situation to the manager and she said she will talk to the doctor and they will call me back. Once again, nobody called me back so I decided to go to the spa for the second time and I requested to see the doctor and she did not attend me and told the manager that she’s just giving the $50 refund. At this point what strikes me the most is how this doctor is so unprofessional and unethical that can even face me.

My husband went here because his primary care physician passed away. He needed refills on his medications - the doctor is very inattentive and doesn’t listen to the patient’s real concerns trying to push harmful money making meds.

Will not be back. I made an appointment almost a month in advance, they called me the day before to confirm the appointment and then goes on to say they may have to reschedule due to training. I never heard anything else by the next day so I drove all the way there, waited in the lobby for close to 10 minutes before peeking my head around the door to the back where all of the employees were laughing and playing around and told them that I was here for an appointment when I was given a very rude smirk by one of the employees standing back there. Another girl comes up and tells me that they had to cancel my appointment but they never bothered to call me and then she argued with me saying that someone did call to cancel after i told her i never received another phone call so i walked out. Extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Do not waste your time or money at this place.

Amazing experience and results! I’m on my second session and I’m already noticing results. Not only me, but my friends and family are also raving about it. The spa is super clean and organized. Paola is super nice and she knows how to perform every procedure using the best technique. She is very informative and takes her time to discuss every concerns. Furthermore, the spa offers great deals 👏🏻 Can’t wait for my third session!

Best Spa in Katy! I had fillers on my lips, and they look so natural, just a little pump. Dr. Paola has great hands, I didn't feel a thing. I'm coming back for the aqua gold treatment. Great place! I recommend it to everyone.

I had a very relaxing massage. I went in with pain in my arm and neck and they made sure to focus on those areas. Calm and soothing atmosphere. I will be going back for another session. Highly recommended!

I’m not one to ever leave reviews but when you are spending a lot of money you want to make sure u get the best. The lady who did my lips was super sweet BUT she did not do my lips good. I am almost post 1 month and i have bumps on my lip that shouldn’t be there. (I have got my lips done before from another place and this NEVER happened). Just trying to help someone out if they are looking at this place to get lip filler.

My first facial experience here was very disappointing. The facial appointment started about 15-20 minutes late, because they were busy talking to each other. Because of this, what should’ve been an hour ended up being about 40 minutes. The facial itself was very disappointing. They did not do much at all. It felt like they just wiped my face, applied the mask on, left the room for 15 minutes, then wiped the mask off and applied some moisturizer. They did not even massage the face or anything like that. For $110.00 I expected a bit more.

They were amazing ! I got a Groupon to do some dysport injections and when we decided on what all I wanted to do we decided I needed a bit more than what I had purchased she gave me more at the same Groupon price so I could complete my look. And after about 7 days my face just was so smooth and younger looking abs it made me so happy n gave me more confidence in myself. She does great work! I hope to go back soon for some fillers for under my eyes and my cheeks to plump them up. I have attached a few before and after photos!

This spa is super nice! They’re very professional. The rooms are clean and when you go in you can feel the relaxing environment. Paola does an amazing job and shes super nice, she’s really good in what she does. My lips were small and with the lip fillers they’re more voluminous but still looks very natural. I love how my lips are now. I also did fillers in my smile lines of my cheek, and wow! I look so much younger. Im really satisfy with the results. So yes, I highly recommend this place!
