I was gifted a session for the float pod. Got there during business hours (10:08 am). Rang the doorbell and called 2 times with no response. I live 52 minutes away!! So disappointed. UPDATE: Got a very quick response and scheduled a session!!! Love a business who is willing to work with and accommodate customers!!!

Giovanni is incredibly well educated and informed about IV infusions. These aren’t just ‘feel better after a hangover’ (though I’m sure he’s quite good at that too. My son has a chronic illness, and these IVs are helping him to feel better and absorb the nutrients that he can’t through just eating and drinking. Thanks for working so hard to help him improve and gain strength and energy.

So I went to check this place out and when I walked in this young lady Kary was there and was so nice and kind and made me feel welcomed. She is stil nice. I was looking for a healthy natural way to heal my body and to relax, and I think this is the place I've being looking for. I am feeling much better after visiting their sauna and using compression boots. Every one here is very nice. I met Dr. Patel too, who was very friendly and wanted to help all their customers. I recomend this place to any one.

If I had a bad experience, I’d normally just keep it to myself but today is the exception. I booked an appointment for December 2 2023 at 4:30pm for my wife and I. It was our 12 year marriage anniversary and I planned a day of rest and relaxation for just the two of us. I booked an appointment just before 1pm the day before for Saturday the next day… Float, Spa, entertainment and picnic for the day was the plan. We made it to the location 15 minutes early and no one was there. Rang the doorbell, nothing. Called the facility 6 separate times, still no answer. The only response if got was for a person named Lisa from the “contact us” portion of their website. We waited until 4:30, nothing or no one. And finally at 30 minutes past, decided to leave. Maybe it wouldn’t have been such a big deal to have a missed appointment if it wasn’t for this occasion or if we live closer but we live 45 minutes away if there’s no traffic… for all the others that gave this place 5 stars, I’m glad you all had a great experience but ours was never allowed to happen. ⭐️ 1 star for this place for not honoring the appointment, absence of communication, the Inconvenience of my wife and I driving such a long way to visit, and ruining the very first stop of our anniversary day.

My husband and I enjoyed float therapy for the first time. Everything was very clean, the showers were really nice, and the soap/shampoo/conditioner was really good quality.

What an awesome experience!!! Kari was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she answered all my questions and took me on a tour of the wonderful facility, which was also super clean. This was my first time trying cryotherapy and it won't be my last, my back and knees feel rejuvenated, I will definitely come back here soon!

Absolutely amaizng, the best spa in katy by far. They truly make one feel at home, everyone is super kind and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about the treatments and will help you choose the best one for you. If you get a membership, they truly will help you make the most out of it and accommodate you. I have had a membership for 3 months now, and I love it. I asked for advice on how to loose weight, and Gio answered all my questions plus gave me the best tips for free. I have been able to loose weight continuously and keep it off, when nothing else seemed to work. I am truly grateful to Leah, Kari and Gio for all of their help and kindness.

Gio has so much knowledge when it comes to the IV infusions and what is needed. I feel so much better after receiving my infusions. He also calls the next day to check on how you are doing. I am thankful to all of the staff for such great service. I highly recommend them.

I’ve used the infrared sauna two times. Once for pain/inflammation and 2nd time for detox. Highly recommend this place. It’s new, very clean, and refreshing. My pain has greatly diminished and can now move around without the pain I had before using the sauna. I hope to use the float pod soon.

Love this place! I came to get recovered from a couple of injuries before a triathlon competition. I truly thought I was not to be ready. But, after Lisa did some work, she adjusted me and recommended Cryotherapy. I got ready for the competition. I placed 2nd in my age. And also got recover. I thought I would need to go back after the triathlon, but I didn’t, my shoulder got healed. I was impressed with Cryo; after you do it, your body instantly recovers and feels like new. I definitely will go back to get my body recover from my active lifestyle.

The team is very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in the next day and offered a great variety of recovery services. I ended up doing massage, compression and cryogenic. This is a great place and would highly recommend it.

Wow ... I called this place 1 month ago spoke to the nurse name Giovani and he was so kind and answered every question I had. My wife has gone to so many clinics for a Iv and never ever could get help she needed..This Nurse Mr Giovanni assured me he would be able to take care of her no problem from all the experiences he had and I admit I didn't belive him but we came in today and he did everything he said ❤️ Thank you so much for your approach to health and wellness

Had the pleasure of visiting Zivel recently. I attended a tour with the owners who very knowledgeable and explained each of the services and made personal recommendations for me. I use the infrared sauna and Sally bath soak. Highly recommend both for deep relaxation, as I was extremely relaxed after receiving my treatments. I’d recommend this place for athletes and those who push their bodies and those under stress ( most people in Katy) as part of a regular health/ body care regimen. Look forward to visiting again snd will add the oxygen treatment for sure.

I am not normally a "self Care" type of person. But my bride wanted to do some bonding so ZIVEL was what we did. I would have never guessed the Float Pod would be so incredibly relaxing. I've not slept that well in forever! The staff was very helpful and not pushy at all. I have since had the opportunity to try the CRIO treatment and the Infrared Sauna. I liked the Sauna the best of the two of them. Infrared is so different than the regular steam. Zivel is such a great place to take my Bride to relax! I would have never thought. Thanks Zivel Team!

I love to go to Zivel in Katy. The place has a great atmosphere, it’s clean and the owners are so nice and helpful . I have rheumatoid arthritis and when I do the float or the cryotherapy it helps me so much. Can’t wait to try the sauna at winter time. I would recommended 100%.

My zivel experience was like no other. First the staff is great. Great customer service. Great services offered for athletes like me. I have done cryotherapy which is great. Oxygen lungs have never been better. Sauna was better than a normal steam sauna because it is not as constricting. Have not done the compression boots but have heard a lot about them. Over all great experiences with them love them like family

Zivel has wonderful services for everyone! I am a personal trainer and breast cancer survivor and have used the cryotherapy, the floating, and the sauna to help manage many of my symptoms post a double mastectomy. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and very interested in helping you navigate your personal journey to wellness. I would highly recommend the Spring Green location in Katy Tx. It is beyond a business. They have researched the benefits of their different services and take the time to educate and encourage!! Thank you Zivel!!

I had an amazing visit, I used the Cryotherapy, and the Floatation Therapy. I noticed a huge difference in lower back pain with the Cryotherapy. The staff is so friendly and informative. Overall, great place, great staff and excellent service.

I have a very physical job that can give me aches and pains. I enjoy going to Zivel to get a reboot after a long work week. Cryotherapy helps remove the aches, pains, and inflammation in my body. I have definitely noticed the difference after a session. I have enjoyed every service they offer so far. Looking to try the sauna in the near future. Wow! So much to experience here. Started off with the oxygen bar and enjoyed just unwinding for a bit before my services. Headed to the dry sauna with my best friend, and time flew as we chatted and relaxed. Dry sauna is so enjoyable, I wasn't sure I'd like it because I don't like steam saunas at all. But it's warm and cozy and just felt so good! Finished my spa day with a float in one of the pods. I was a bit nervous honestly, but it's very calming and relaxing. There's soothing music and lighting that you can control. The sensation of just floating in the water is a bit surreal! You cannot sink even if you wanted to! Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Ready to set up another appointment!

Wow! What an experience! This was my first time at this establishment, but definitely will not be the last. I chose the cryogenic therapy and the float pod on the same visit. The staff on hand was very knowledgeable about the services and quick to answer any and all questions. The cryo was very unique and helpful, but the float pod, OH MY GOODNESS! I didn’t even realize I had fallen asleep, that’s how relaxing it was. When the time was up I felt as if I had slept an entire day! Such a unique and amazing establishment. Once again, I will soon be back! Definitely recommended!
