I had a great experience at Katysface Beauty Spa. She took good care of my face with the best face massage I ever had. She showed me how to breather in and out and took in her natural Zen like hand massage on my face. She gave me the best vitamin C facial mask with heat. I was very tired and stressed and she relaxed me with her massage that touch the core of my stressed spirit. She gave me a Zen facial experience. I would recommend Katysface facial treatments to everyone I know,especially in this stressful holiday season. I went in with a stressful face and came out with a renewed face and spirit.

I had 2 facials so far from Katy. A hole in the wall-no frill/glam place, a hidden gem. She knew so much about my skin that I myself didnt know lol. Anyways, i am beyond happy- she used 3 differnt kind of masks in 3 parts of my face according to oil level and I clearly see an improvement and in brightness. I will be coming back for sure! And she is so kind and accommodating, so that helps too.

Katysface beauty spa at 98 Mott Street, 4th floor NYC , is a perfect place to get back your youthfulness and vitality. I am now in the fifth section of my facial rejuvenation and tummy slimming process . I feel my facial skin is brightening up , and my middle section is shrinking. The staff in Katysface Spa are courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Absolutely one of the best facials I've received in NYC. And I've been to everything from Silver Mirror / HeyDay to the expensive $500 facials... Safe to say, Katy is one of the last 'hole in the wall' places that really spend time with you + fair price + amazing quality. She is the founder / owner operator. She loves her craft (you can feel it!). And she is so flexible -- Katy fit me in at the last minute on LABOR DAY and was an absolute angel throughout. Her facial massage was incredible -- I felt toned, lifted. And her extractions were incredibly precise. You can tell she is a student of esthetics and cares about it passionately (she jokes it's the virgo in her). My skin looked fantastic the next day (no residual break outs, which happen frequently for me post-facial). And one week later, it's safe to say I am still glowing. THANK YOU Katy. I will absolutely be back + cannot recommend her enough to all my friends.

Katy went above and beyond in service. She included a luxurious facial treatment using an exfoliating eye mask, deep a deep pore cleanse and included massage of neck and upper back while facial was concurring. Excellent service I can't recommend enough!

Amazing work !!! She help me a lot I got the acne treatment she did the job 💕 my confidence went up definitely, my pores are cleaned out I feel prettier after the next day and I also got some lipstick that i really love and facial cleanser and lotion feels so good on my skin, she went out of her way to accommodate me thank you so much. I just had my first facial with Katy yesterday. She fit me in last minute and was so accommodating and kind the entire visit. The massage was so relaxing, I may have even fallen asleep! My skin was troubled, breaking out, and dehydrated when I came in and was absolutely glowing by the time I left. Will definitely be going back!

I went with a friend. Katy did my friend’s facial and Amy did mine. I had an excellent facial. Now my skin looks vigorous and the sun marks I have are less pronounced. It was a very relaxing experience. Katy is an excellent hostess too. Professional and very friendly. Ready to go back!!

Worst place I went there because they had a group on deal for $50. When I get there Katy who does the facial says Groupon is only anti aging and I have to buy $128 facial. Then she gave me a faicial for $59 and charged me double tax on this amount which is $8 and the she says you have to give $20 tip which is mandatory. I wouldn’t mind tipping but the service was just horrible, my appointment was at 7:45. As soon as I enter she talks about paying before the service is done and she started my facial around 9:30 same time she was doing facial of another client inspite of my appointment which was at 7:45. This place is waste of money, horrible service

10/10 Recommend. I went there for the first time and already saw improvement. Everything is natural and there really nice and genial. They would recommend you the best for your face and overall the best experience. They can work with your hours as well. They serve tea after facial which is delicious and even give free items and can give you products for your face after which does work and at the same time very gentle. They also give very wet yet healthy snacks and recommend diets to help. So far I went there two times and it had been a blessing for my face. I took about 2 hours or less and as a hormonal teen with acne they boosted my self confidence and helped with the acne.

Had an amazing Rejuvenation/collagen facial today and was so relaxing, I almost feel asleep twice! The ambiance, amazing, and Katy and Amy made me feel sooo pampered! Katy is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She even did some extra service, which she absolutely didn’t have to do! She’s extremely knowledgeable and even provides tips to help better care for your skin at home. She makes sure to explain the process as she goes through the facial. Walking you through the benefits of each step. I did the rejuvenating collagen facial, completely worth every penny. I already booked to be back again! Look forward to another facial with her.
