i’ve been coming here for a few years. definitely hit or miss. i came in today for a balance/fill. the original price for the original set was $65. i just got charged $50 for a fill and new polish. kind of confused. she did a decent job but i just felt super over charged. she told me it was because i got long nails but i paid $15 more for a full set. confused and not happy 😅

This place is getting worse I went there to get my nails done and they acted like I was a burden to them . They have a small child in there all the time playing and eating everywhere all the chemicals are are laying around not safe for a child . They are more worried taking care of there kid and not taking care of the customers!! THIS IS A BUISNESS not a day care !! I am a paying customer.. Figure out your priorities!!

Had an extremely unpleasant experience this past Saturday 8.24.24 when I went in for a pedicure. Unsure if my nail technician lacked experience or if I was being rushed. Rushed through scrubbing feet. I had to identify areas that typically are addressed within a pedicure. Cuticles not attended to. Did not rinse feet off prior to applying lotion. After I inquired whether technician was new and conveyed my typical experience, nail technician rinsed my feet with cold water. Clean/dry towel not placed down prior to polish application. Feet placed on wet/dirty towel. Nail technician had issues with applying polish to nails. Overall worse experience I had coming to this salon.

I have been going here for years because it was the closest to me. They are very hit or miss with customer service and I have waited for over an hour multiple times when I would have an appointment. Today I brought my family with me for pedicures, 3 of us total. We had an appointment, walked in and the waiting room was full. They had 3 people doing nails and 2 doing pedicures. They did not greet us at all nor ask what we needed. We sat down and waited for 20 minutes, 2 girls came for a walk-in pedicure and immediately got sat. We left and I will not be returning again nor do I recommend coming here if you want good customer service. They have also cut and burned me many many times. There is only one nail tech there that I like.

Love this nail salon. The owner is very professional and nice. He solves any issues with fairness and professionalism! 💪🏼 💯 🎯 My nail tech is even better. She always does an AMAZING BEAUTIFUL JOB on my hands and feet. And her energy is so ✨💜🙌🏽✨. Today she made everything PERFECT for my trip to NY. Excellent place to get nails done!!! Kay’s is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED with TOP TIER services! ☺️😉☺️

They hit the nail on the head. Went on a Thursday evening and didn’t have to wait. Staff was friendly and place was clean. I showed the nail tech a picture and it was executed perfectly with no question. Will definitely be back.

They were amazing! I am very pleased with Steven and Lisa! All the staff is amazing! They are great people and so friendly!! Very quick at responding to messages and got me in the next day after requesting an appt! I definitely will be going back and continuing to give them service!! Thank you guys so much!

I been to this location no more then 5 times . It was nice at first One lady drilled my nail bed so low they felt raw Another woman did my pedi was sweet and elderly but she didn’t do a good job polish on the skin Steve is rude They have terrible customer service they don’t greet they talk trash in their language thinking no one understands I have google translate on I guess they didn’t want to service I rather them say it then be rude and rush on me I always tip , If you don’t like customers having an opinion or criticizing your work to their liking you’re in the wrong job . This place isn’t all that at all

Everyone was friendly even the customers were helpful. It wasn't a long wait. I was done in a little less than an hour. I wash my hands alot and my nail polish was still shiny 2 weeks later. My nails didn't lift at all. When I submitted a request online for an appointment I got a response with in minutes and was able to make a same day appointment. They also accept walk-ins.

I have tried to get a full set twice. The first time they forgot after I waited an hour and the second time they told me to come back in an hour. When I returned others came and were waiting and they were taken before me again. Just a bad customer experience.

I stumbled upon this gem last week when I walked right in and got a great pedicure. So I decided to go back today to get my nails done and Pam did not disappoint me. She was awesome and did my nails so cute for such a great price. Everyone there is so friendly and sweet and it's been a quick in and out the couple times I've come. I will definitely keep coming here.

I went to this shop this morning 11/13/23 to get a pedicure. I’ve only been once before to get my eyebrows done. The guy that did my toes was not nice. He didn’t greet me or anything and just sat down to do my feet twice while cutting my toenails he nicked me and I said ouch and he didn’t apologize. Instead of putting the disposable flip flops on he sprayed quick dry and sent me on my way. At the counter he didn’t say thank you for coming. Even though I felt unwelcome and not satisfied with the service I still left a small tip. Needless to say I won’t be back. I’m sad because this shop is 2 minutes away from my house and I had the day off and decided to pamper myself and left disappointed.

This place is amazing and the staff is so sweet! I’ve been a couple times now and my nails always come out very nice. The staff is always super nice too! Recently I broke my arm and got nerve damage so my motion in my arm is limited currently because of it. I still wanted to get my nails done though, just because it makes me feel better and more confident. Mr. Steven was so kind and gentle the whole time. He was happy to help me with my arm when I was unable to move it a certain way. He also checked in on me multiple times to make sure I wasn’t in pain or anything. I really appreciated his understanding and care, it honestly made my week since I was so nervous beforehand about getting my nails done because of my injury. I highly recommend them to anyone! Please check them out ♥️
