I take my 3 boys here and have had nothing but good solid haircuts for each one of them time after time. The prices are affordable and it seems like we are always in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time.

Horrible haircuts, didn’t know it was possible to be this awful at cutting peoples hair. I think i’ve had maybe 2 good experiences here, recent one made me look awful. Do not go here.

I've been searching for a barber for a while. Came upon KC Metro Cuts and was very pleased. Also, they are open later than most shops which works better with my schedule.

Very rude! Left me sitting there for half an hour, then told me he doesn't cut women's hair!!! Will not be back!!

Went to get a cut at 9752 N. Ash, K.C., Mo. NO SHOW BY ANYONE IN THE SHOP. Went by at 9:38 a.m. Door posting said OPEN at 9.00 a.m. Waited, No Show. Left and came back at 10.05 a.m. Waited until 10.45 a.m. Still NO SHOW. IRRESPONSIBLE. Refuse to ever go back. If there was a problem, a posting should have been on the door. NOTHING.

I have gone to KC Metro Cuts for years, Ive never went anywhere else because I love it there. The price is reasonable. The haircuts there are pretty quick so there is always easy rotation through customers. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Alissa is absolutely the best, it is always an enjoyable time coming in for a cut. She takes her time and makes sure it is done right before I leave. Sometimes there is a wait to get in her chair but I’m never disappointed that I waited. Which just shows the quality and value her chair offers! Seriously go see her now!

Clean, Nice little shop. The Gentleman cut my hair. I don't remember his name, but he did a great job. Fade was done well, quick beard trim to go with it.

Great little business. I’ve been getting my hair cut here for over 4 years now and Nichole is my go to stylist. She provides a lean cut and how I like it every time. Very friendly staff and great experience every time.

I go to Metro Cuts for Nicole Otto. She's decent and only messes up my hair once in a while... I'm just kidding she is amazing! I love going here! She's does a stellar job on beards too, men. I always walk out laughing and in a great mood. Highly recommended!!

I have lived all over the US and been to a lot of barber shops. KC Metro Cuts is a great place to get a haircut. They have Military Discount as well. Some of the greatest barber shops are little shops that no one notices. Ask for Chastity she was great and she knew how to really cut hair. I’m very pleased. Thank you so much. I will return!

I love chastity. She has been doing my hair for 15+ years. She has also colored my hair and I loved it so much I went to her every couple months to get it redone. We did platinum blonde with hot pink highlights. I got so many compliments. She is so sweet and kind and always has a smile on her face. Thank you so much chastity for your wonderful services. I will continue to come back. Even living far away I will fly in to get my hair done because she is the only person I will let do it. Everyone else I cry because they did horrible or cut more of my hair than I asked.

I've been going to KC Metro Cuts for years, and you can't beat the service and style you'll recieve from Alissa Evanson. She gets you right in and always has a smile on her face. I would highly recomend giving KC Metro Cuts a try if you haven't already. Great people and great haircuts!!

I’m a 50 year old that has been to the same barber my whole life. When I moved to Excelsior Springs last year, I was worried about replacing my barber of 50 years. I had Chastity cut my hair and let me tell you this, I wish she had cut my hair forever. Hands down the best cut I’ve ever had. Pays great attention to detail and is fun to talk to. If you’re in need of someone to cut your hair, ask for Chastity!

Nicole Otto is the best!!! She is extremely friendly and welcoming and makes sure that I don't leave the chair until I am satisfied with the result (every time). If you are looking for a new person to cut your hair, definitely go see Nicole.
