I was referred to Chelsi Woodson 5 years ago when I first moved to Charlottesville. I have been with her ever since. She has never let me down! Quite the contrary: Chelsi goes above and beyond to make sure that you leave her salon every time with the perfect cut, color or style. She listens first, and candidly makes her own suggestions when asked. And, she knows her stuff! Warm, friendly, accommodating, and very attentive to detail. I can't wait to offer her my daughter's wedding next year!...never too soon to plan!! She books up quickly! I just love her!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. I had a confirmed appointment for a wedding makeup trial with Chelsea that our planner had scheduled weeks ago. We had several emails to confirm it. I drove three hours one way from the DC area just for the trial, and when I got there, Chelsea and Kasey both blew me off and said “it just isn’t on the books,” even when I showed them the emails. When I told them I’d come from DC just for this trial, Kasey told me “we’re gonna work this out,” left for a bit, and then told me there was no way they would take me today because “they’re just so booked.” They then acted as if it were my fault and told me, as condescendingly as possible, that this happens when there are “so many people involved in communicating.” There were only two people, since the planner did everything to set up the appointment. I would never trust them for a big event like a wedding. They acted with such indifference and completely blew me off. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they no-showed for the wedding and then told me in the same condescending tone that “we’re booked.”

Kasey is AHHHMazing! Her skill is the best I've seen! I came to her with dead, damaged hair and with her TLC and some time I couldn't be happier with the healing! I get compliments on my cut and color all of the time, without fail! She is sweet and her prices are more than reasonable! So blessed to have found her a couple years ago!

Kasey is wonderful!!!!! She has taken care of my hair for the past year and every single time I am in awe of what she turns my hair into. She is incredibly detail oriented and I trust her 100% with treating/coloring my hair.

I was very impressed. Wasn't sure how to explain what I was looking for, but Kasey delivered more than I could have ever ask for! I have had many compliments including how much younger I look with my new DO! I have a new Permanent Hair dresser and hope more locals will give her the chance to give them the look they always wanted! Love ya, Kasey!!!
