If I could give this place a zero I would. We wanted to try this place and walked in because the website said walk in’s were available. We walked in and no one acknowledged us for 20 mins. The ladies all kept taking their appointments not even bothering to ask us if we had one. Finally when they finished their appointments that’s when a lady FINALLY decided to ask and told us they didn’t have anything for 2 hours. This place is disgraceful and honestly disrespectful for not even acknowledging. It’s pathetic. Please do not go here. Such a waste of time.

Rowen thank you for being someone I could trust with my hair for 3 years. With that being said the keep it cut late policy is buns. My haircut takes like 10 minutes and last time I had an appointment 3 freeways were closed and I called them when I was 5 minutes out and 3 minutes to my appointment. I was told I have to reschedule and I’m already bad at making appointments in the first place. I moved away from Ahwatukee 2 years ago and still made the 25 minute drive but I will no longer be returning.

Anahi did an amazing job with my hair! She managed to fix my hair and make it look so good. Exactly what I asked for and she made an effort to make conversation and was very friendly! Will definitely be coming back to her.

I really like this place because the staff is super friendly. My haircut is the most basic so nothing special there, but I do see other gents get very sophisticated haircuts and they look pretty cool. The booking in advance is very convenient as well and you rarely wait any time if you get there on time.

I come here once a week on the membership and see Andria every time! I’m in the military so a perfect haircut is a must. I get compliments on my hair all the time & to top it off it feels like a small town barber shop. I’m always greeted with a smile and the highest level of customer service. Okay i am not one to leave reviews buuuuut Ms Andria is far and wide the best stylist I’ve ever had. My children and I have been loyal clients of hers for a solid decade and will never go to anyone else. Super personable, very knowledgeable, and always so easy to talk with during my appointment; even when that requires talking me out of a bad cut LOL Thanks for always being amazing Andria <3

Although I've been coming to KiC for a couple years, I'm now reconsidering my membership and whether or not I'll return. This is not a fault of any of the barbers, but instead because cut prices and membership costs go up every 6 months, it seems. As of this morning, I received yet another email indicating that prices will be increased by 10 dollars on my membership because I get skin fades? My haircuts have never exceeded the appointment time frame. I'm not sure what prompted yet another price hike, but I think it'll be the last one for me.
