Been going to Jeronica for a few months now and she always does a good job with my fades. She is extremely patient and constantly checks up with you throughout the haircut. A great return on your membership for sure!

They can’t seem to keep appointment times here. Had an appointment for 9:40 with Michelle, and after waiting an additional 20mins (appointment slots are only 20mins long), they let the wrong person take my spot and started on their hair before confirming they actually had the right person in the chair. Most of the time they can’t seem to get a decent blend between the sides and top anyway no matter who you see. Save your time and money and go somewhere else, because even if you do get the haircut that you booked you’ll be going somewhere else the next day to get it fixed. Not sure why I gave this place so many chances but it won’t happen again.

worst haircut ever. jeronica is nice but she messed up my hair so bad. i asked to her thin it out a little and add some texture and i left looking like im losing hair. worst. haircut. ever.

Best place in Phoenix to get your hair cut! Everyone is amazing there is amazing consistency from the way they cut your hair and scheduling your next appoitment which is what everyone loves! Karen and Michelle both keep my hair looking amazing and both have personalities of gold! Thank you ladies for all that you do!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about Keep It Cut! I’ve been going to them for about a year now. I’ve gone to 3-4 different locations and have always had a great cut. For the last 6 months or so I’ve been going to the one off Indian School and 28th and seeing stylist Michelle. She is great at what she does. Super kind and caring as well. Cannot recommend enough!

I can’t say enough about Brittany Adams! I have been getting my haircut by her for years. She is so kind, professional, and knows hair like the back of her hand. She never takes too much off and does exactly what I need. If something will look funny or not work for me, she is honest and will tell me. Go see Adam’s for all of your hair needs! You will not be disappointed.

After most of the staff has left this location, the location has turned into an absolute disaster. One person to be exact, her name is Aspen is nothing but rude. After she was late for about 25 minutes, she had the audacity to call my partner and yell over the phone on "what the issue was". Not only did she not apologize for being late (and this is not the first time), she also had excuse after excuse. She stated that it was not an appointment and that they are reservation times (although the app says appointment). She then followed with her excuses and rude tone versus trying to fix the issue. She is the issue, her issue is she is not taking accountability for her actions. Be an adult and own up to your bad work ethic. If she is falling behind maybe she should inform her client instead of calling and yelling over the phone when her clients leave because SHE IS BEHIND SCHEDULE as usual. Absolute unacceptable behavior! Do not go to her unless you want horrible unprofessional service, wait past your appointment time (that is scheduled), or to be yelled at if you leave because she cant handle her schedule and is always behind. What an unprofessional person. Her attitude needs to be addressed. Everything she says on the keep it cut video on IG lol omg!

Jeronica is the best in the business. If I could’ve been her client for a decade then I would’ve. Doesn’t give herself nearly enough credit but she’s patient, crafty, and hilarious. I promise that you will leave there one happy camper.

We get there at 2:06 and told we’re are to late and all booked up. No one there waiting for their haircuts. It was dead!!!! One guy checking out and 5 people standing around at the counter. Our location we normally go to and thought our appointments were at was completely full and busy. Encanto location is 1000% better. Horrible service at Arcadia location!

I had a great experience with Jeronica. She helped me recover from a pretty grown out combover to something much tighter. I live right by here so I decided to commit to the unlimited haircut for $38. I’m going to be coming every week to keep the sides faded into my beard as I think the look is worth that. I saw a variety of hairtypes in the shop and I imagine they can cater to you. I will reiterate I think there is huge value if you can swing the subscription, you can keep a tight cut really sharp by coming in often for maintenance.

I have been coming to Keep It Cut for 3-4 years and the consistency of quality is unbeatable. The subscription model is convenient, along with the app to book appointments. Britt is amazing and she is extremely skilled in all her cuts, the attention to detail is unmatched. Jen’s cuts are incredible quality and ensures I get the cut I want with attention to detail. With that said, you can’t go wrong with any of the staff!

Everything works seamlessly and easily....from online booking to checking in and services provided. I've never had a bad experience here! Dan is my go-to barber, but I've never hesitated for a second to use anyone else if Dan wasn't available.
