Carter is an amazing appointment coordinator/face of the salon. She was really helpful with getting me set up. And when I wasn't over the moon about the blowout, she didn't hesitate at all to make me feel better and find a solution. So many other places would just blame you and say your expectations was off. Then the owner got in touch and I just had a great experience feeling so taken care of.

Madison has cut my hair since I moved to Austin 6 years ago. 15/10 stars. She did a fantastic job on my initial haircut and has only improved over the years. She continues with her education, really listens to you as a client, and EDUCATES on how to style your hair at home! I have wavy hair that turns curly when brush styled. She showed me a new brush that has changed my game. The curls last for days. I'm so grateful and will definitely be making my appointments bi-annually instead of...whenever I can. Even people who don't normally notice curly hair notice mine and compliment it. I can't give her enough credit for how much I love my hair. Definitely see Madison if you can!

Amazing! Andrea really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave great recommendations, and I love how my hair turned out! The space itself is calming and relaxed, and I love the plants everywhere! I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

Extremely satisfied! This salon and its stylists consistently deliver exactly what I want. As someone with curly, textured hair, I really appreciate how gentle they are and how expertly they manage my hair. I’ve been seeing Kris for years for color, and I always leave thrilled with vibrant, healthy hair. I also want to mention how friendly and welcoming the entire team is—it makes for such a great experience every time!

Had such a great experience at this salon! Parking instructions on the website were very clear. The receptionist Carter was so sweet and welcoming! And Jace did such wonderful job of listening to me and giving me exactly what I wanted even though I thought my hair texture would never work well with the style I wanted. He really took his time and gave me my favorite haircut I’ve ever gotten. It’s so nice to have someone be able to execute so well. Needless to say I will be coming back again!

I got a hair cut with Grace! She was really kind and made sure that I was really involved with the process making sure that we were ok the same page on the kind of haircut I wanted. She was also very open and created a space where it felt safe to make requests or changes. Love my hair!

Jace is AMAZING. He works magic with long layers & completely rescued my hair after a less than ideal cut. He's meticulous-- by far one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. Would recommend 10x over!!!

Jace is hands down my go-to for a haircut. Took me 28 years to see that a razor cut is much kinder to my hair and preferred style. Jace takes his time feeling your hair out, ensuring you get exactly what you’ve asked for. And while some may prefer to gossip at the salon, I quite love his calm quiet demeanor. I’m no talker myself, and feel able to relax and enjoy my haircut without the pressure of making small talk.

Jenna was incredible!!!! She made time to really consult with me on what I wanted and the end result was perfect, highly recommend her!!! Grace was also amazing, she was so fun to chat with and gave me the perfect refreshing cut! Overall this salon is welcoming, attentive, and really prioritizes customer wants!! Loved it here :)

Jim did my youngest kiddo’s hair and Taylor did my eldest’s hair. They really listened to what they wanted, patient, and very kind. I see a stylist here already for myself and I will definitely bring them back.

I had a wonderful experience! Kasey gave me a cut and shampoo. She is so kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and skilled! I walked out feeling 2 inches taller. I talked with her about what I wanted and showed her pictures. She captured it perfectly. Truly an artist!! 10/10 would recommend. I don’t think I’ll let anyone else do my hair again.

I have been going to Keith Kristopher for nearly 10 years. Without exception the stylists that I have used for cut and color have been fantastic!! Olivia and Taylor are both professional and listen to your requests. I have recommended both of them to friends who have also been very happy!

I went in today and had a fantastic cut with Jim. He was very patient and informative. Easily the best cut I have ever had. The salon overall was very clean and organized. The staff were incredibly friendly. If I lived in Austin I would never go anywhere else!

Jim did a great job of cutting my hair. He asked me how I wanted it cut and then cut and styled it beautifully. The next morning when I washed and blew-dry my hair, it fell into place and looked great all day.

Kris and Grace were amazing! I have wanted to go naturally gray for a long time and Kris made my dream come true! She was so kind and explained everything to me! I can't even express how happy I am with my hair! 🩶🖤
