Mari is a superb technician for massage! I have been going to her for 1 year after a hip replacement after having decreased mobility and severe musculature pain and stiffness. After her massage therapy, my mobility has returned 100% to what it was prior to my surgery! The results can be measured. She is extremely knowledgeable about sports injuries and the overall structure and function of how bone and muscle work. Her hands on approach helps guide her therapy and therefore every person gets individual treatment based on their needs and wants. I highly recommend Mari and Keldara for massage therapy. She’s also such a wonderful, caring and kind person! I will continue going her for a long, long time!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Keldara Salon & Spa for highlights, lowlights, and a blowout, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The attention to detail and skill level was absolutely top-notch. My hair looks vibrant and natural, with beautifully blended colors that complement each other perfectly. Makyla is my go-to for hair styling! She listens well and offers thoughts and opinions when asked, which I find very helpful! Her haircuts are beautiful and, even if I go longer than expected between cuts, they grow out beautifully so that I never find myself feeling like I'm in an awkward "in-between" stage. Plus, she is just a pleasure to talk to and spend time with!!

I have been going to Andrea for my facials for over a year now. She is beyond excellent. It is the most relaxing hour of my month when I am there, professional, thoughtful, kind, best service! I highly recommend anyone interested to book a facial with her! Keldara is a wonderful spot, calming inside, clean, timely and easy parking. 5 stars + if I could give more.

I had a great experience with Rachel and Chris today! I booked a balayage with Rachel and showed her a few photos of what I liked and she delivered perfect results! The color and placement looks so natural yet made such a huge difference. Chris did my haircut and gave me such beautiful layers and face framing. Both listened to exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier

I had a fabulous experience at this gorgeous salon, where everyone seems genuinely happy to be working. I'm thrilled with my color and cut! Danielle, who did my color, was phenomenal—so experienced and attentive to my wishes, achieving results even better than I expected. My hair has never looked this good! Michaela, my stylist, expertly cut my fine hair, giving it incredible body and fullness. I'm so glad I've found my new go-to place. I've received so many compliments. Thank you!

Whatever you do don't be a minute late or you will miss out on your total experience. Arrive 15 minutes early. Appointment at 2:15 arrive at 2:14 and that was consider late

Do yourself a favor and avoid this salon. I made an appointment to get my roots touched up, a cut, and an all over color glaze with the option of adding some more balayage highlights in. I drove 40 minutes to get here I explained my last 2 hair appointments and the process that it took to get to where my hair is now and provided multiple inspiration photos. I was initially told by the stylist “we can’t achieve that, I don’t have that color.” The manager then came over, I asked to come up with a solution (since one was never offered) such as getting the color and rescheduling? She then told me “the experience and feedback from stylist is this color from our color line doesn’t take well. So not sure which it was.. they didn’t have the color or the color from the color line they carry doesn’t turn out well. Here’s an idea.. get a new color line!? None the less, zero attempt at a solution, no I’m sorry you are disappointed and we can’t do this today, nothing. It was the moment it seemed like the stylist and manager couldn’t have cared less about how frustrating this was that I got up and walked out as the manager was still talking out the side of her mouth. No professional salon should turn a client’s appointment down because they don’t have the color or their color line is trash. This is a large salon, it’s actually shocking they aren’t capable of providing color service that isn’t really that in depth or challenging. Not sure how this salon remains open with the lack of professionalism, lack of supplies and lack of a decent color line. Picture is of my hair now, other pictures are inspiration pictures to show I wasn’t asking for anything exotic or challenging. Advice to the owner: Provide some continuing education to your stylist as well as education in customer service, get a color line that doesn’t “fail to provide the correct color,” and stock your products appropriately so you can provide the services booked. You should be embarrassed at the way your salon is running. Thanks for wasting an hour and 20 mins of my day.

I usually get my haircut, like most guys do, from supercuts, great cuts, or any barbershop I may find driving down the road. However this time I decided to explore something new and more upscale and check out Keldara which was reccomend to me by several people. Upon entering I was immediatley impressed with the salon's layout and amount of people in line. I was graciously greeted at the front desk by a beautiful and friendly woman named Amanda. She told me my hair stylist would be Lui and walked me to his chair which was father back in the deceivingly large salon. Lui is the man. Incredibly kind and professional he promptly began washing my hair and then brought me to his station where he then attentively listened to what I was looking for and immediately got to work. He told me he had worked for Keldara for 19 years and the woman who works in the chair behind him for 30! I got to hear the history of how the owner started the business and it is nothing short of mind blowing how big and successful they have become. After a lot of laughs and talking my haircut was done and it looks incredible. So very happy with it and Lui was even nice enough to lightly fix up my beard even though I had just paid for the haircut. Really cannot reccomend Lui enough. Great dude and great at his job. My experience at Keldara was perfect and I highly reccomend you pay them a visit if you are looking for the best hairstyle experience.

Terrible experience. Came for a consult and was pushed to look around the store and shop when I was only there for first ever consult. Then had to inquire about person who was going to do consult as she was running late. Was told it would be another 10-15 minutes when a whole consult is only a 10-15 min appointment. Terrible service for a first time visitor. Would NOT recommend. —Just updating to say that, based on the owners reply, a color consult for hair at most salons takes no more than 10-15 min max. I was told at 3:08pm that it would be another 10-15 minutes before being seen for a 3pm appointment. I could clearly see that the person I was supposed to meet with was nowhere near done with her other client. I also heard her have an attitude about my even asking. I am now happily booked into a nearby salon who greeted me with a smile and in a timely manner. They will be working on my hair from here on out. Good luck to this establishment if this is how they treat new clients.

This is the only time in my life that I didn't leave a tip for a conventionally tipped service. I went in for a root touch up with Heather and was told that it would take around 40 minutes for my roots to process. After over an hour, I finally went to go check in with reception just to make sure nobody forgot me with dye in (after being encouraged to by 2 other clients who noticed how long I had been sitting with the color on) and she told me that I was still in my "process window" and someone would be with me shortly- ok, no biggie. Another 15+ minutes goes by and eventually someone else that works there notices how long I've been sitting (she had come and washed out 2 people who had been sitting for less time than I had) and it wasn't until she intervened and asked who I had seen that someone finally came to rinse me out. It was to the point that my scalp was getting dry and irritated from sitting for almost double the time I was supposed to. Not usually one to leave scathing reviews, and I did have a great experience with Dora a couple months ago, but this was super unprofessional and I'll probably be going to an different salon entirely in the future.

This salon is great. I wasn’t fully satisfied with my first cut (due to my poor explanation not on my stylist at all) and my stylist Chris was flexible and found time for me to come back in and adjust my cut. She stayed longer than needed and took the time to really help me achieve what I wanted all with a smile on her face. I’m so happy with the results and the time and care put into my service. Definitely will be going back to Keldara for all my Hair nail and spa needs! (i’ve included my before picture, the first cut, and the final results)

I have been a client at Keldara for over 15 years now and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I have every time I'm there (which by the way is weekly)! The front desk and management are so pleasant and always willing to assist in any way they can including letting you know about all upcoming specials! The stylists are highly educated and always work with each other in a manner which I find extremely enjoyable to be around. I've been seeing Nicole Costello for over 12 years and each time I leave with a smile on my face and a bounce in my hair, she is exceptional!! Honestly all the stylists are fabulous and the assistants who help them give the best head massages! So if you are looking for a new salon or just want a change, definitely make an appointment here and you won't be disappointed!! Everyone I've referred have been beyond happy!!
