Poor service. I wasn’t seen until like thirty minutes after my appointment time and finally seated. My original hair stylist who seems like one of the owners or just one of the older stylist double booked me with another person. They don’t really seem to be respectful with peoples time. Then she gave me to a younger hair stylist because I changed my mind based on how long they were taking to even start so I just got it washed and blow dried. The second hairstylist was very personable and nice which was cool. Never had this negative of an experience overall though with a salon. They’re usually more professional and time sensitive.. not here though

Just got back from deployment and I couldn’t wait to get my hair done!! Megan has colored my hair, and cut it,and I have always been happy when I leave the salon. She is very professional, and undeniably cool, and extremely accommodating salon. Go. I highly recommend!

My favorite salon in the whole world. Tyler is absolutely incredible. I have curly hair and she does the absolute best hair cuts I have ever had. She even gave me instruction on how to style my new hairstyle because she knew it was new for me and I probably didn’t know how to. So not only did I love it fresh out of the salon but I was able to love it at home too! Ugh she is the absolute best and the salon is so cute and everyone is so nice.

I found this salon on Instagram and reached out and they got back to me promptly which I appreciated. I was able to snag a cancellation appointment which was with Hannah. She did a great job on the color (full highlights), though I wasn’t super impressed with the service. I sat with foils in my hair for literally two hours while she worked on another client’s hair. When it came time to trim my hair, I told her I usually get angled layers. She spent a total of probably five minutes trimming my hair straight across and did a little face-framing. I would have expected a litter better for a $255 appointment.

I loved my experience here. Kellen did my hair and I was so surprised at how knowledgeable she was about her craft. I have black hair so I was a little skeptical but I LOVE how my hair looks with the new color in it. A perk to getting your hair done here is getting to spend time with the girls at the salon and Mia, kellens dog, too!

I absolutely adore this salon! All the ladies here are super sweet and very professional. They definitely know what they’re doing! After getting my hair done here (I got hand tied extensions + full foil) I see why they have such an outstanding reputation! It’s such a cozy and cute salon too. I’m super picky about my blonde, but Taylor nailed it! I highly recommend coming here! It’s worth every penny!!

I am a new client to Kellen's and I am honestly beyond impressed with my new look. Tyler and the entire salon team were highly skilled, personable, and attentive. My hair remained healthy throughout the entire lightening process and she was able to achieve my desired in look in only one session! Will definitely be going back & spreading the word!

I hate writing negative reviews...... With that said.... I came in as a walk-in and I was very pleased with my hair. I made an appointment to get a balayage and grey coverage. My hair came out awesome. I scheduled another appointment and Tia had to reschedule it. Kellen’s salon has no receptionist therefore it takes the girls a long time to respond back to you. Also, it’s seems to me that Kellen’s Salon has so much business that they don’t care if they lose my business. I didn’t feel like they valued me as a client and like my money wasn’t green enough. I was willing to pay the high prices for a job well done. If you want to get your hair done when they actually care about your business, Kellen’s Salon is not the place.

I’ve been doing to Kellen since 2016 with extremely damaged hair! Needless to say this place is amazing and she has completely transformed my hair through the years. I started using Olaplex No. 3 twice a month at first to help with the damage and haven’t stopped using it since. My hair is the longest and healthiest it has been my whole life and I contribute all of it to Kellen! Highly recommend checking them out! You won’t regret your experience!

Taylor and Hannah kill it! I haven’t been this happy with my hair in years! Before them, I had extensions that were over priced and always came undone, My hair extensions now are legit!! I haven’t had any issues since they have been doing them! Kellen is a locally own business owner, who is doing it all in the mist of the crazy world we’re in. Staffing issues every where is a real struggle, but this girl and her staff are getting it done! The receptionist, the stylist, the cleaner, the inventory manager and orderer etc. y’all keep doing your thing because you guys are amazing!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Kellen and her leading ladies. I have tried so many salons over the years and after meeting Kellen, I have no need to keep looking for a stylist. She listens to exactly what you want and will take all the time you need to get your desired look. She doesn't rush or neglect you. You can tell that she is so passionate about what she does and loves her customers. There was even this one time, I came in after really messing my hair up, but her team all jumped on board to fix my mistakes. Go see Kellen! You will never regret it, and you'll feel so beautiful and confident after.

I seriously love these girls so much! Kellen pulled some strings for me to have Bailey do my hair on my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier. Bailey was beyond helpful. She was super professional and made sure that I was happy with the style. I’d recommend Kellen’s salon all day every day (:
