I’m so thrilled to have found Kellie. Not only did she take my fried, “Karen” hairdo to health and lush, she helped me grow it out into a style I love. She’s worked her magic for 4 years now. Kellie is also the most delightful, warm and funny human. (Any negative post on here is just garbage). Anyone would be hella lucky to have this fabulous human’s hands on their hair (and person in their life).

Kellie has been doing my cut/color for 9 years now and I couldn’t imagine letting anyone else touch my hair! She is the BEST colorist and very affordable for her work. I would refer her to anyone and everyone!

Bottom line: Kellie is the only person I will let color my hair! Go to her if you want to be listened to and get flawless bombshell blonde color and a wonderful cut. I showed Kellie a few pictures from instagram of what color/style I wanted. Jennifer Aniston is my hair idol. Kellie asked me about my hair coloring history, what I was looking for based on the pictures and giving advice and ideas for how we could achieve it. She spent the time to figure out how to realistically achieve what I wanted. Kellie was very clear with what she was going to do and was very careful with my color, ensuring that I would be very happy with the root grow out. Kellie was super determined to get what I wanted done right and she did! I absolutely love my hair! Thanks Kellie

I have gone to Kellie Ross for 7 years. She always does an amazing job. I always look forward to my appointments and leave 110% happy every single time. I always leave feeling beautiful and cared for. She has helped keep my hair healthy or make it healthy again (in times when it wasn't due to stress or health issues). Kellie provides quality and professional service that is above and beyond. She also did my hair on my wedding day and it was gorgeous!

I moved from Portland to Los Angeles a few years back but I always fly back into Portland to get my hair done by Kellie. She is my go to stylist! I like to have the perfect beachy blonde and she nails the balayage every time! I always leave her salon feeling like a million bucks! I have really long hair so I always know its going to be a minimum of 6 hours at the salon for cut and color.... and thank god Kellie is fun to be around otherwise I would have a hard time sitting in one place for that many hours. 2 thumbs up!! Wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair!

I recently had my hair done by Kellie. She was only able to finish about half of it and charged me $500. She is incredibly slow and charges by the hour. It took her 6 hours to do half of my hair. She gave me a time estimate at the beginning of 5 hours which she obviously exceeded. I have no idea how much it would have cost me to sit there for many more hours to let her finish but at the rate she was going I couldn’t let her finish. I expressed my concern at my appointment and was met with hostility. And I reached out to her after my appointment to try to come to some resolve with her. She did not feel that she had done anything wrong by not communicating that she would be unable to do my hair within a reasonable time and budget, or by not sticking to her original estimate. The service I wanted done was to have my roots lightened and hair toned grey. I do have several inches of regrowth but after I expressed concern she started calling the service a “corrective color” which it was not. I’m extremely unsatisfied and she refuses to work with me to make it right. I would avoid her at all costs.

Kellie is absolutely fabulous with naturally curly hair! She really listened to how I wanted the style to look and covered up every grey hair with a rich color. When I returned for my next appointment Kellie not only remembered me but also my hairstyle. I highly recommend Kellie! You will be thrilled.

I cant believe how lucky I am to have found Kellie to take care of my hair. I found her right before my wedding and she really nailed my color and extensions. She is so amazing at what she does and really listens to what her clients vision is for their hair. Shes also a super fun person to hang with while getting your hair done, I would reccomend her 1000×!!!!

Kellie is AMAZING! She's been doing my hair for 3 years now. I have really thick, dark hair and she's managed to change it to beautiful shades of red, which let me tell you, is not an easy feat! She also really knows her stuff!! She's constantly taking a new hair or make up seminar so that she's on top of her game AND SHE IS! I've learned how to take care of my hair so it's always looking and feeling healthy I recommend Kellie to everyone, she's not just really a talented stylist but she's a pretty cool person too!
