This place is so perfect. It was my first time and I was amazed by how pink and stylish the boutique was! Very well organized and taken care of. Kelly is also the highlight of this place! Very welcoming and generous, one of the kindest beauticians I’ve went to in Seattle. I got my first ever brow tint + lamination by her today. Her attention to detail , patience and skill really made the results worth while. Absolutely so kind and so sweet yet so professional. If you are looking for someone trustworthy and reliable in beauty, look into seeing her!

I have been seeing Kelly since 2022 and I always leave super happy about the lashes she gives me. The quality of her work speaks for itself - she is extremely skilled and professional. She's honest about what your lashes can handle and whether a style will work for your eye shape and lash health. Not only is she an expert in what she does, she's also just a wonderful, sweet person - I always look forward to seeing her! I always get so many compliments on my lashes and they last a really long time if you take care of them right. I came here while visiting family for Christmas. Prices were very reasonable and the results were perfect, my brows were exactly how I like them done here in Georgia. Service and conversation was great, I felt “at home.”

Absolutely the best lash place in the greater Seattle area. I literally won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been a client of her for almost two years now (I see her once every 2-3 weeks). Kelly is highly skilled and has been in the industry for a long time and can work with even the most difficult lashes, like mine haha. Not only that but she’s also super kind and very accommodating and I always leave feeling amazing 💕

Kelly is the best and is not only efficient, her work is impeccable. She’s also just a wonderful person to work with. I started with her over a year ago and haven’t gone anywhere else since then. I have always done Classic and she manages to amplify without making it look overdone.

I've been to Kelly several times now for the classic eyelash extensions, and she is just the best! I honestly wish I had found her for my wedding. I like to get my eyelashes done before big trips or events since I am not skilled with makeup and I end up liking the photos of myself much more.The extensions always look amazing, super full and natural. I've gotten extensions at one other place and I loved the effect but they felt super heavy, fell out patchy and looked strange towards the end, AND my eyes were irritated after for days. The extensions I get from Kelly are so light I don't even feel them and I've experienced essentially no irritation at all. With proper care they still look nice and natural almost two months later. Kelly is also just a sweet and lovely person overall, such a joy to meet. So glad I found her, can't recommend her services enough!

When I was looking for lash extensions for a special event this past spring, I did a ton of research looking for the best lash artist I could find in my area, and after combing through hundreds of photos and many different websites, I landed on Kelly -- a true artist who has been the magician behind my (absolutely stunning!) eyelashes ever since, and who I cannot recommend enough! Not only is Kelly an absolute pro at what she does, but she is very kind, professional, and takes care to educate about how to maintain the lashes, and even went so far as to give me a great recommendation for an eye drop to help with my allergies. All this is to say -- if you're looking for gorgeous lash extensions, Kelly is your gal!

Kelly is the best! I've been getting my lashes going on 9 years now. With that being said, I am very picky when it comes to my lashes. I moved to Seattle about 2 years ago and went to various lash aestheticians and wasn't satisfied. After my first appointment with Kelly, I was relieved because not only did she make my lashes beautiful, she was extremely polite, sweet, and funny and I knew that I had found my right lash lady! Now after going to her for about a year, not once has she hurt my eyes/eye lashes during a fill. Kelly also looks out for my lashes best health and gives me recommendations/tips to keep my lashes healthy and growing. She's definitely the best in The Greater Seattle Area! Highly recommend!

I don’t know why it has taken me so long to leave Kelly a review. I’ve been going to Kelly for well over 7 years (if not longer) following her from Myano to her own business, and there isn’t anyone else in Seattle that I’d trust with my lashes. She is honest with the health of my lashes which I appreciate and if my natural lashes are struggling she modifies her technique with less volume to ensure my lashes can handle the extensions without breaking off easily. She also lets me know when it’s time for me to take a break and strengthen my natural lashes even though it means she doesn’t have me as a client temporarily. In addition, I have sensitive skin, and she has helped tremendously in finding a lash serum that works for me. Love her! ❤️

I gave this woman an overly generous tip, she was the absolute rudest woman I have ever encounter I signed up online for my appointment and they had full knowledge this was my first time EVER getting my eyelashes done. My eyelids were shakey because I was nervous. And she kept proceeding to get irritated at me for something I can’t control, I kept apologizing over and over and over making it more nerve wracking to focus on not moving. When you book the appointment it says expect to be there for 2 hours. she finishes one eye and shows me her phone and it says 11:45 (my appointment was 10:30 AM- she thanked me for waiting because she was late) she had the audacity to get mad at me for it taking so long. I was out of that office at 12:23. That’s not even two hours. A first time client, nervous, DONT GO HERE EVER. She was so very rude. I still tipped her 20% of 170. Tips are for good service being rude is not good service. Run far away, look at her response to the other 1 star comment and you can see she is rude as all hell. The only courteous staff member in here was the sweet young girl working at the desk. You don’t not treat your clients like she does. I know many friends in Washington, I will advise them to go anywhere BUT HERE.

I’ve seen other eyelash stylists in the past and she is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous with her work. I was hesitant to get eyelash extensions for the first time especially because I have such thin eyelashes, but after doing thorough research I found Kelly's website! There were so many good reviews I had to book an appointment. When I arrived Kelly discussed the aftercare process with me and they looked beautiful! They made me feel so confident and beautiful. Kelly takes her time and is very precise and attentive to detail. I am now one of her regulars and we have fun conversations every appointment. I've been coming to Kelly for almost a year and I always get so many compliments on my lashes. Kelly is very professional, meticulous, and detail oriented. On my first session with her, she gave me recommendations on what would look the best on me and she's been doing consistent, amazing job every time. She is really an artist at what she does. She asked me the specific look I wanted and then tailor fit what I wanted to what works best for my eye shape. I get compliments on my lashes all the time! Kelly is also extremely kind and generous. She has gone above and beyond for me multiple times. She is extremely professional and always a pleasure to see. I’ve been going to Kelly for the past 1.5 years and she is so wonderful! I can’t imagine going to anyone else to get my lashes done - from the get-go she has been thoughtful, professional, and so good at what she does. When I was looking to get my lashes done, I wanted someone who could tackle short Asian lashes and she always makes them look so full while caring for the way my natural lashes are. She won’t do anything too much that might break down my actual lashes and takes eye shape into consideration. She’s so sweet and I love chatting with her. Kelly is always consistent and I look forward to every appointment.

Kelly is THE BEST lash professional. I have had extensions for 3.5 years and have tried 3 other salons downtown with mixed experiences until finally finding Kelly- I have not gone anywhere else for almost 2 years! She is talented, gentle, efficient, communicates proactively and best of all- I LOVE MY LASHES. Kelly is amazing! I’ve had my lashes done by several people in different cities I’ve lived in around the U.S. over the the past few years. She is by far and away the best. She’s a perfectionist and does the job quickly but thoroughly without feeling rushed. I admit I’ve fallen asleep multiple times on her table (pain-free sessions). Not only do I see her for my lashes whenever I’m in Seattle, I genuinely just love being around her. She’s super sweet and conversational and also has the best playlists (she even sings along sometimes :) ). The end result of sessions is always super natural (which I prefer) and long-lasting. She’s also managed to fix a burnt lash scenario I had and still make them look good. You can feel safe going to her!

I’m always satisfied with the 2D lash application and appreciative that her products do not burn or irritate my eyes. Her spa room is clean and very welcoming. She always takes the time to educate me on how to keep my natural lashes strong and healthy. Most importantly, she provides consistent service and professionalism, which is extremely rare.

Kelly is incredibly talented and so sweet! I just started getting my lashes done by her and am so impressed. The 2D lashes are perfect for what I was looking for and they last 3+ weeks before I need to get a fill. I had my makeup done for a wedding I was in recently and the makeup artist kept complimenting my lashes, saying how well they were applied and how natural they look (this was already two weeks after Kelly had done them). I highly recommend!

Kelly is the absolute best. I tried several different salons with mediocre results, and finally found Kelly. She is a true professional, and I am always happy with my results. She cares about the health of my lashes, and knows when I've been slacking on using serum to make my lashes stronger. Even though forcing me to take a break from lashes would mean less business for her, she lets me know when my lashes are looking extra brittle and pushes me to keep them healthy. Kelly is also very honest about what will look good on me. I was tempted once to go a bit bolder and longer with my lashes. She was hesitant and said that they would be too heavy, but I wanted to proceed anyways. Dang, she was totally right and I will always listen to her advice moving forward! Kelly knows what she is doing, and I cannot imagine anyone not walking away feeling like a million bucks. I get compliments on my lashes ALL the time, and although people think they're natural, I'm proud to tell them about Kelly and her amazing work!!

I’m so glad I found Kelly! She does a beautiful job on my lashes and I leave feeling like a new woman every time. She is also fun to talk to. I’ve never gotten so many compliments and questions about where I get my lashes; I‘ve referred many friends, coworkers, and even strangers to her- even some who said they were never getting lash extensions again. When they saw mine they changed their mind:) her lashes also stay on and rarely fall out, where other lash places I’ve gone I’ve noticed them falling out easily and sometimes often. These lashes stay gorgeous through to my next lash fill. I don’t ever want to go to anyone else!
