This shop is terrible. First and foremost I went to go get a pedi and acrylic toe nails. I specifically asked for acrylics , and when she was filing down my toes she cut off an “ingrown” toe nail . It was not an ingrown. I am now swollen from my foot and she left me a bad scab because my toe bled a lot. Will not go back and would not reccomend.

Kim your the best!! Last year 2021 she took out the black color on my hair, and created a balayage look. (Yellowish with brown) This year 2022 I went back and went lighter. Loved it!!! Honestly I recommend kelly salon 100%%%% its the ONLY salon I go to. Black hair and want to go lighter these girls know what there doing and are not afraid to get the hard work done. Regardless of time.

I've been coming to Kelly's salon for like 25 yrs now and I would follow her to the end of the world if I had to... Always has my hair looking sooo pretty.. Satisfaction and beautiful at its best... Wonderful staff. Always cheerful.. 😊

The pedicure was only 22$ and it definitely showed. They didnt even let me dry before they pushed me out the door and she spent no more then 15 minutes on it. She was careless and sloppy. By far the worst pedi I have ever had. Had I known I was getting a 22$ pedi ahead of time I definitely would not have gone. I know she had the time too because she asked me if I wanted my hair colored as well before she started. Incredibly annoying.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. I went in wanting to do my hair. I had asked for a honey blonde my hair turned out to be a yellow blonde. All my hair is an uneven color, you can see lines of where my hair wasn't bleached correctly. The final pricing was $380 super pricey for such horrible work. Will never be going back. Work done by Jessica!
